Great location, nice pool, close to Nissi Beach and to the center. The staff was great, the rooms were cleaned every day, towels changed often. The beds were a bit on the harder side, but not as bad as others said. The included breakfast was good, but not great. Great value for the money, would definitively recommend.

Breakfast could be improved

The hotel is at the great location, with bus stops and supermarkets on the corner. Hosts are very friendly and open to help. It is located in quiet neighborhood. Rooms are cleaned every day, and every room has balcony, so you can relax and enjoy. There is pool and free parking. Hotel offers transportation from and to the airport, which is very convinient. The big plus is the bathroom underground, which you can use if you have late flight, to take shower and use the change room after the day at the beach. The location is great, close to the beach and the bus stop, so you can easily get to the city center and popular Nissi beach. It's not that far to walk on both sides as well. The hotel itself is okay. Nothing too fancy, but decent. Having in mind that the season started recently, that it was a public holiday, the hotel was understaffed, but our room was cleaned each day and towels were replaced every second day. The room is a decent size. The terrace is great as well. Breakfast is okay, but there are not many options for a ten day stay (eggs, cheese, ham, tomato, cucumbers, butter, bread, sweets, cereals, juices, coffee). Overall we expected more. It probably wouldn't be our choice for the next Cyprus adventure.

Hygiene is not on the high point. Beds are not that comfy. We asked the hotel upon arrival if there are beach towels to be rented and received positive answer. We end up getting room towels for 3 EUR each.

This is quite a little gem of an hotel. Ideally located between a lot of the beaches and centre, which are easily reached on foot. Just depending on where you're going and reasonably active/mobile it will take between 10 to 30 minutes. The staff are really nice, genuine, polite, friendly, helpful and professional without being intrusive. The hotel is clean with the rooms and balconies being a very good size,plenty of room to swing a cat (not literally). It's also out of ear shot (quiet) from the sights & sounds of the nightlife. The pool looked great and for the size of hotel (35 rooms) it is perfectly proportioned. A nice place to chill and also kept clean and tidy. We also found the beds to be very comfortable as we like a medium to firm mattress with nice pillows to boot. All in all, a very nice stay. So, would thoroughly recommend.

Bellini Hotel is well located in Ayia Napa. It is walking distance to the shops, restaurants, clubs and bars, as well as Nissi Beach and the harbour. The bus stop is close by too. It's also off the main street so the location is quieter than many other hotels. I found the staff very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool, snack bar and restaurant. The room was clean, air-conditioned and modern. It included a bar fridge, kettle, toaster, stove top and TV.

The only complaint I have is that the mattress was uncomfortable.

I had a great experience at Bellini Hotel. The location is perfect — just a short walk from Nissi Beach and close to restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful, perfect for resting. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ayia Napa. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Everything was great. Nothing to complain about.

Friendliness of ALL the staff, they really cared about their guests. Great location to transport, shops, beach and nothing to disturb us at night. Food and Breakfast great quality and value. Pool was lovely and along with outside areas so well kept and clean.

The hotel is close to the Vathia Gonia beach, it’s very clean and the staff is super nice and friendly.

The breakfast lacks diversity. Also, there is no clothes rack for drying clothes after the beach and in the shower it would have been useful to have a place to put the soap/shampoo.
