Good food - not Michelin:), but for all inclusive you had a lot of choices. We liked very much the sunbeds with ocean views on the fine green grass, and palmiers next to us. The pool is also nice, the beach is a little bit more wild - you need wear swim shoes. It was a very very clean water, so we liked it as wasn't crowded at all. So not ideal if you are travelling with toddlers, but our son is 10, and he enjoyed it, even if it wasn't with sand. Ayia napa harbor is also very close, 15 minutes walk on the beach.

Just a recommendation: i would have appreciated reusable cups at pool bar....so many waste.lets keep it green 💚.

The housekeeping lady (whose name I unfortunately forgot) was also wonderful. The hotel is located in the best spot in Ayia Napa, and the room – a one-bedroom swim-up – is perfect for families. The food is also very tasty. In short, this hotel offers the best value for money I have ever experienced, and I truly enjoy coming back year after year.

That the lifeguard at the pool doesn't forbid boys from bouncing a ball in the water

I really liked the rooms design, the pools for each room is a wonderful idea. The location is excellent. The staff was very helpful and polite. We stayed with my kids for 2 nights, the food on first night was amazing. Breakfast variety was very good as well. Comfortable beds and pillows.

The pool was greyish on its floor which indicated potentially that had ro be cleaned more often, but i am not sure if it was the floor design, as all pools had the same. It could have been better in regards to room cleanliness, as i did found hair on the bed sheets and bathroom floor upon our arrival in th room, i really pay attention to these things.

Hotel was as we expected- wonderful. The breakfast was rich, ambient inside of the hotel is great. Pool area wonderfull, Bar making wonderfull coctails…Room was comfortable, and it was generally clean. Overall- GREAT HOTEL

About the cleanless of the rooms- everyday cleaning should be a little bit better (floors are not cleaned properly every day, towels were cleaned, but sometimes intriged) But when we asked for towels to be changed, they have done it with smile (expect one reception girl which hates to work at all) Electrical sockets in bathroom are missing - hairdrying should be done in room, which is not practical. But at the end, general experience was pretty great.

Perfect place for the family vacation. Close to the center but quiet enough, beach is just 5 minutes away. Waterpark had only half-open, with 2 slides and lazy river but we spent a lot of time there. Breakfast was wonderful and we never had a chance to try everything - variety of dishes was amazing. Our big thanks to the pool bar staff, we've spent nice afternoons relaxing near pool with. We would like to return there next year for sure.

Hotel was brand new, so we had some difficulties - no parking, lawn was half-made. Cleaning was... not the best (things like missing towel, forgotten cleaning sponge, bathroom sink was never touched during our stay) but

The pool staff was very patient and helpful, and definitely add to the value of the service. I like the fact that they arrange to have a karaoke night, which was fun. The general cleanness around the pool areas and the breakfast area was very good. Our room was very good and spacious.

A thing I want to point out is that the breakfast could have an upgrade. The food was ok, nothing special, but I would expect the refill of the stations to be made in a way that is not so disrupting to the flow, with people passing through, food on disks being carried around.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, cozy rooms, very tasty food, lover the kids playroom and activities.

There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom, i had to put a towel to cover the shower drain. Also, there was an aqua park next to our room and they were making noise at 6 am

Food was nice, hotel was relaxing overall.

Maid doesn’t really clean your room, she just mops the floor in the bedroom. Doesn’t leave clean cups or towels and doesn’t clean the terrace which is a shame when you’ve paid for a swim up room so would like to spend more time there. Also not enough sunbeds for the amount of guests. 3 out of 6 days we had to sit on the chairs as there weren’t any beds available.
