The apartment was clean. They cleaned and made the bed linen every day. Towels were changed as needed. It is located near good beaches. There are shops nearby. The ambiance is very nice. The staff was very friendly and we got everything we asked for from them. We would come again.

Maybe the furniture could be replaced with a new one, but that does not reduce the value.

Excellent price-quality ratio. Large spacious apartment with an additional bedroom, 2 air conditioners, a large terrace overlooking the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and dishes. The beds are comfortable and the apartment is cleaned every day. The furniture in the apartment is not modern but functional. The apartment complex is not big and there is always enough space on the sunbeds around the pool. Manager Christos is very kind and always fulfills all requests. The beautiful Sandy beach is 5 minutes away, and there is a well-equipped shop within the complex.

At night, young guests make noise when they return from partying. In the morning, the tanker trucks that come to the neighboring hotel make noise

The pool, food was very nicely cooked and tasted really good. The staff were very friendly at the restaurant and a very helpful bar team. The entertainment team went out of there way to please everyone and were great with dancing with the kids. The all inclusive was worth the extra money especially for the drinks.

The rooms were dark and the way we was placed next to a group of young men who were there to party, whereas we was together as a family was disappointing. We asked to be moved but this was not accommodated. The rooms need updating and a few insects would get in at night.

The place is clean, the garden was excellent

A lot of ants everywhere. Needs some renovation. The housekeeping entered the room and left it open even though we left the don't-disturb sign on the door.

Clean and spacious Very close to Sandy Bay and Nissi beach. Nice environment - bushes and trees. supermarket within 3 mins walk Close to the facilities of Nissi avenue - great restaurants and bars

Very limited kitchen equipment eg no bottle opener. this didn't matter to us as we ate out it would be nice if some washing up liquid and sponges were provided so that it would be easy to clean breakfast plates and cups

Small and friendly apartments the manager I forgot his name was amazing I went with my mum and nan and he couldn’t do enough for us as we were a tab difficult to begin with! Lovely pool nice rooms if you are looking for a 5 star hotel this isn’t for you! But if you are looking for a nice traditional holiday apartment this is perfect! Supermarket next door beach is a two minute walk

We only stayed overnight. Exceeded our expectations due to the price. It is 3 mins from a beautiful sandy bay. 3 minutes from the main stretch Nissi Ave. very clean. We would stay again.Christ’s the general manager most helpful and chatty. We also got free entrance to a water park through booking.com which Christos told us about.

Perhaps the interior painting could have been better as it was sloppy workmanship but it didn’t hinder our stay.

Location is perfect, just across the nice beach with very clean water and Musan museum of underwater sculpture (so I recommend bringing snorkel mask). Sandy bay and Nissi beach are within walking distance. Beach towels and sunbeds within the complex are free of charge and you can still enjoy the sea. Upon our arrival we were upgraded with sea view room and it was really comfortable since we had four months old baby. The beach was 50 m from our room. The room was clean and very spacious. Furniture is a little bit old but still functional. Food was very good. Every evening there was different theme dinner with wide choice of plates. Breakfast was also abundant (we had half board option). There is also a supermarket inside the village.

Ants in the room but they did not ruin our time there.

The location is the best posible. Very clean and comfortable for walking distance to the beach and center. We r coming definitely again. Was a cheap price for this litle nice place.
