The reception staff were super friendly and welcoming, which made check-in smooth and pleasant. Big shoutout to Gabriela at the bar—her cocktails were top-notch. Sipping on those by the pool was definitely a highlight and gave off a really relaxing vibe.

We stayed in room 616, so unfortunately, we didn’t get much of a view. The room itself felt a bit small, and the balcony wasn’t ideal—technically set up for two, but realistically only one person could sit comfortably. Also, the hotel overall is very calm and quiet. Great if you’re looking to relax, but not the spot if you’re after energy, music, or a party atmosphere.

Very clean and comfortable hotel . The location is great ! One minute and you are on the beach .. It is also near Nissi beach ( about 7 minute to walk .. and not far from Aya Napa center ( about 15 minutes to walk)

We had a nice room on 6th floor with balcony and amazing sea view (recommend room 607-608-609-610), the location is very good (close to the beach), there are nice walking (or running) paths along the coast line to the left (center of Agia Napa) and right (Agia Marina), excellent fresh orange juice at the breakfast, we could park our car inside the hotel area

The hotel itself is bit old already, evenings could be loud (Karaoke etc.)

Another amazing stay at this gem of a hotel. It's perfect location, with access to the beach, public transport, shops, bars and restaurants within minutes walk. It has outstanding customer service in every area. Reception, cleaning, restaurant, bar, kitchen,always made to feel welcome and greeted with a smile. The dining area is fresh and clean. The breakfast is plentiful and a great choice available to suit every dietary requirement. The A La Carte menu is varied, excellent quality and freshly prepared. Despite it being end of season, the hotel operated as normal, including the massage service, which has really reasonable prices. The pool was a little cold, but very invigorating 😀

It was comfortable, beautiful, and cozy, and good variety of breakfast..

The breakfast had sausages beef and pork, i took the beef one because i dont eat pork, i asked them is it beef 100% they said yes, i ate a bite but it didnt taste beef at all it just felt like its pork, i asked 3 more staff workers and 1 i think was the owner he didnt know what was it he had to ask the chef and came back with the chef which said it was beef, hut im 100% sure it was pork, that is very bad, i eat bef sausages all the time and i know how they look and how they taste. Pool is closed at night, it would be more cozy if it would be open with hot water that would be amazing and would add more to the stay at the hotel. They gave us only one key and when we asked for 1 more key for the room they refused they said its the policy of the hotel !!

Location - it's just next to the beach; Bed was comfortable and the room facilities were just fine; Hotel employees were super friendly and nice; Spacious balcony.

I don't know If it was only a problem in our room but it got super smelly, we thought it might be from the ventilation/AC system but the smell was disgusting. The towels were very old, and seemed like used many times, had some dirty spots on them, was not really pleasurable to use those. The breakfast was okay but the same every day, some variety would be nice to have. Our balcony was facing other hotel and it was super noisy almost every evening from there, as they had some events.

-Rooms were clean and confortable and the view was amazing. -AC was a bit weird (I guess its an old version) but good for out needs. -Very good breakfast, with plently of savory and sweet variety. The fact that they have fresh orange juice available is amazing! It doesn't work for all days, due to orange shortage but its ok. There were still some juices and warm drinks. -Great location -Great food at the restaurant (I tried the lamb, it was delicious) -The personnel was very nice and available for all of our questions. It was definately the best part of our stay. 5* for sure. Overall, it was an amazing stay and I wouldn't mind to return if I ever come back to Agia Napa.

Nothing bad to point out. Just a small suggestion: I made two requests at the pool bar, on different days, but both taken by the same gentleman (no complains with the service). One was a cocktail, the other a smoothie. For some reason, I never got what I asked for. For the cocktail I think my drink had vodka (or something similar) when I asked for a mojito. The smoothie had the right fruits but was made with apple juice which overwhelmed the smoothie. I could barely taste the other fruits. I didn't complain because in both cases I just wanted a tasty drink to have with the heat and I liked what I got, but maybe to pay a bit more attention in the future? I know people that would yell/complain for this type of error and it would feel a bit of a "waste" when the service is just SOOO good!

Beach right there, extremely on-the-ball hosts (manager very attentive and helpful), very good cocktails (made by manager), amazing buffet for breakfast - huge variety to choose from. The pool looks lovely. Convenient to buy dinner at the restaurant, and they had a fire show there one night. Very easy to get to, and a one minute walk to shops and restaurants. Happy, friendly staff! x

My bed was too hard for me (I have back problems), and the pillows are enormous, so I slept without a pillow. Also no duvet on my bed, just a thin cover. These things should get looked at, because a lot of people from other countries struggle to fall asleep without the weight of a duvet on them, even if it's warm. That's what aircon is for. :) I struggled with the noise from the hotel next door, which continued until after midnight on the Saturday. They had singers there - not sure what, but it sounded like a karaoke night, and it was extremely loud - I could not sleep, even with earplugs in. They should be made to keep their singing nights inside with closed doors, as it affects the whole neighbourhood. I mentioned it at the front desk next morning, but didn't get a response.

Great hotel. The hotel has many amenities, e.g. a large bed, beach towels for rent, atmospheric lighting, shading curtains, cosmetics, a shop where you can buy everything you need, etc. Perfect location by the beach. Good pool with plenty of sun loungers. It is clear that the hotel is well managed. And the best thing is the very nice service, especially Gabi, she is so nice and helpful that we will gladly repeat our visit because of her. I recommend.

I had an incredible stay at the Anonymous Hotel! The moment I arrived, I was greeted by the warm and friendly staff who were always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were not only comfortable but also impeccably clean, making for a truly relaxing environment. A special shoutout to Galinka, their amazing masseur, whose skills left me feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. The hotel's pool area was a delightful oasis, perfect for unwinding and soaking up the sun. Plus, the convenience of being just a stone's throw away from a stunning beach made my stay even more enjoyable. And let's not forget the breakfast – while it might not have been the most elaborate spread, it was definitely satisfying and got my day off to a great start. Overall, the Anonymous Hotel surpassed my expectations in every way. With its clean rooms, attentive staff, wonderful masseur, refreshing pool, and proximity to a beautiful beach, I can't wait to return for another memorable stay.
