The reception staff were super friendly and welcoming, which made check-in smooth and pleasant. Big shoutout to Gabriela at the bar—her cocktails were top-notch. Sipping on those by the pool was definitely a highlight and gave off a really relaxing vibe.

We stayed in room 616, so unfortunately, we didn’t get much of a view. The room itself felt a bit small, and the balcony wasn’t ideal—technically set up for two, but realistically only one person could sit comfortably. Also, the hotel overall is very calm and quiet. Great if you’re looking to relax, but not the spot if you’re after energy, music, or a party atmosphere.

Very clean and comfortable hotel . The location is great ! One minute and you are on the beach .. It is also near Nissi beach ( about 7 minute to walk .. and not far from Aya Napa center ( about 15 minutes to walk)

We had a nice room on 6th floor with balcony and amazing sea view (recommend room 607-608-609-610), the location is very good (close to the beach), there are nice walking (or running) paths along the coast line to the left (center of Agia Napa) and right (Agia Marina), excellent fresh orange juice at the breakfast, we could park our car inside the hotel area

The hotel itself is bit old already, evenings could be loud (Karaoke etc.)

Overall good value for money. Comfy and clean rooms, combined with a peaceful and relaxing pool area. Excellent location, right in front of a nice sandy beach and also within walking distance from the center on foot. The most popular beaches of Nissi, Hersonissos and Landa are easily reachable from the hotel either by car or by public transport.

The hotel's interior (including the rooms) is rather dated. The room's balcony was tiny, furnished with old plastic chairs. Similarly, the bathroom was a bit crammed as the bathroom door opened awkwardly and was somehow always in the way. Although the breakfast buffet offered a very good variety, there was no selection of truly local products.

1. The room was good, furniture and facilities not new, but not worn-out either. Comfortable bed. Good side view on the sea from 6th floor. 2. Great breakfast, wide choice and everything was tasty. Coffee wasn't bad, quite okay 3. Very polite and friendly staff 4. Close to the sea with a beautiful lagoon. The water color was amazing. Always a lot of free sunbeds on the beach (5 euro per sunbed and umbrella) 5. Nice service on the pool, waiters can bring u food and drinks right to your sunbed 6. A lot of good restaurants and shops around

The hotel is right across the beach - which wasn't on my taste, therefore we spent our days at Nissi Beach. But anyway this is a plus. The pool is very good and clean. Breakfast is good even for a vegetarian (my wife), there's a little diversity each day or 2. As you might expect, as it is everywhere, there's mostly a focus on carbohydrates and meat, but you got porridge, 3 types of yoghurt, fresh fruits, canned fruits, honey, seeds, dehydrated fruits, lots of pastries (croissants, muffins, etc.), salads, olives, 2 types of local cheese, some wraps, omelette, fried eggs and boiled. For vegans... there are algae in the Mediterranean Sea. Staff is friendly and helps you however they can. They provide you late check-out for a minimum of hours, (Paid of course) or if you're leaving the island late, you can store your luggage at the hotel for a minimum of pay. So, I consider this was a best deal for us, for a quick 4 nights. I would consider it for a future trip to Ayia Napa.

Another amazing stay at this gem of a hotel. It's perfect location, with access to the beach, public transport, shops, bars and restaurants within minutes walk. It has outstanding customer service in every area. Reception, cleaning, restaurant, bar, kitchen,always made to feel welcome and greeted with a smile. The dining area is fresh and clean. The breakfast is plentiful and a great choice available to suit every dietary requirement. The A La Carte menu is varied, excellent quality and freshly prepared. Despite it being end of season, the hotel operated as normal, including the massage service, which has really reasonable prices. The pool was a little cold, but very invigorating 😀

Our room was painted in marine colours which made for restfulness and pleasure. It was thoroughly cleaned each day and clean towels provided. It had a good balcony, essential for a beach holiday. The beautiful beach couldn't have been nearer - it was just a short walk across a very quiet road at the end of a cul de sac. The beach has good facilities including, we noticed, provision for people with disabilities.

It was comfortable, beautiful, and cozy, and good variety of breakfast..

The breakfast had sausages beef and pork, i took the beef one because i dont eat pork, i asked them is it beef 100% they said yes, i ate a bite but it didnt taste beef at all it just felt like its pork, i asked 3 more staff workers and 1 i think was the owner he didnt know what was it he had to ask the chef and came back with the chef which said it was beef, hut im 100% sure it was pork, that is very bad, i eat bef sausages all the time and i know how they look and how they taste. Pool is closed at night, it would be more cozy if it would be open with hot water that would be amazing and would add more to the stay at the hotel. They gave us only one key and when we asked for 1 more key for the room they refused they said its the policy of the hotel !!

-Rooms were clean and confortable and the view was amazing. -AC was a bit weird (I guess its an old version) but good for out needs. -Very good breakfast, with plently of savory and sweet variety. The fact that they have fresh orange juice available is amazing! It doesn't work for all days, due to orange shortage but its ok. There were still some juices and warm drinks. -Great location -Great food at the restaurant (I tried the lamb, it was delicious) -The personnel was very nice and available for all of our questions. It was definately the best part of our stay. 5* for sure. Overall, it was an amazing stay and I wouldn't mind to return if I ever come back to Agia Napa.

Nothing bad to point out. Just a small suggestion: I made two requests at the pool bar, on different days, but both taken by the same gentleman (no complains with the service). One was a cocktail, the other a smoothie. For some reason, I never got what I asked for. For the cocktail I think my drink had vodka (or something similar) when I asked for a mojito. The smoothie had the right fruits but was made with apple juice which overwhelmed the smoothie. I could barely taste the other fruits. I didn't complain because in both cases I just wanted a tasty drink to have with the heat and I liked what I got, but maybe to pay a bit more attention in the future? I know people that would yell/complain for this type of error and it would feel a bit of a "waste" when the service is just SOOO good!
