His warm and engaging conversations added a personal touch to our stay that we'll fondly remember. The massage we booked was a bit rough, not relaxing at all. And the lady who was tweezing my eyebrows, didn't do a great job either.

The location is very strategic , just a few minutes. walk to Nissi Beach, which is a big bonus. It’s also within walking distance to the city centre, and the area is surrounded by great restaurants and cafes. Super convenient!

Overall, everything was superb 👌 great location, facilities, and service from most departments including reception, housekeeping, pool bar, and restaurant staff. However, a minor comment regarding the breakfast staff at Tiffany Restaurant - it would be nice if they interacted more pleasantly with guests. At times, they appeared unfriendly and a bit rough when clearing plates. I believe with better customer service training, they could match the high standards shown by the rest of the hotel team.

I don’t understand why this hotel is rated four stars ، it truly deserves five! Everything was perfect and exceeded my expectations. My stay was all-inclusive, and from the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with a warm smile at reception around 2 PM. The reception staff were extremely helpful and made every effort to ensure our comfort throughout the stay. After lunch, we went to our room ، it was spacious, very clean, and beautifully decorated, with a breathtaking view of the pool and the sea. It honestly felt like paradise. The room was fully equipped with a fridge, coffee machine, and a complete bathroom setup. The bed was incredibly comfortable , i knew right away I had chosen the right place. The lunch and dinner buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. If we missed a meal, the snack bar had a great menu as well. The beach is very close to the rooms, and there were always plenty of sunbeds available. There were daily entertainment activities and evening shows that made the stay even more enjoyable. The gym was fantastic, modern, clean, and fully equipped. A special thanks to the restaurant staff, they were always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared about our comfort. Overall, if you’re looking for luxury, comfort, and great service, this is without a doubt the best choice in Ayia Napa!

It’s a really clean place, which is very important to us. Daily cleaning was provided. The beach was nice, and the cocktails were great. Breakfast was absolutely delicious—we really enjoyed it. The staff was very friendly. And the massage was perfect—I highly recommend it!

Dinner.. Maybe not quite our type of meals. We were expecting more Mediterranean food, not expensive lobsters or similar dishes—just some fresh fish. There are many options available, but unfortunately, they weren't very tasty to us. There was a Mediterranean night at the restaurant, but it was only once a week, and we missed it because we left that night, so we can’t give feedback on it. We also didn’t enjoy the desserts at dinner, and unfortunately, there wasn’t a wide selection of fruit available—neither at breakfast nor at dinner. The juices at breakfast were of very low quality. We would come again, but probably without including dinner, sorry.

We liked location, food and drinks, room, personal, WiFi, additional services after the check out. Thank you! I’ve already recommended Pavlo Napa to several friends who have never been on Cyprus. Location. Nice beach, not so crowded as the Nissi. But you can walk 10 min to Nissi. The city center is close too. Food and drinks. Cocktails with local alcohol was good. Food was amazing! Shrimps, fish and meet, vegetables, deserts, some interesting thematic dinners, breakfast well enough, good coffee from the coffee machine - late, americano, espresso, or regular back coffeee. Fresh fruits. Tasty cheese. Very delicious croissants in the morning! Local food to try. Room. Clean enough. USB chargers saved some euros. Side view on the sea. WiFi. Speedtest showed 100+ Personal. All are very friendly and helpful. Thank you! Additional services after check out. We used luggage storage and visited special room where guests can take shower before the long road. I have not seen such service before. But it is additional comfort for guest who are leaving in evening. As well as all AI services keeps available till the evening. We visited dinner and had a bus to the airport after.

Sauna and jacuzzi needs renovation. We visited it as it was in our all inclusive pack. But it was total waste of time because it is very outdated

Cozy beachfront hotel in Sandy Bay. Location makes for nice walks and sunshine and sea breeze everyday. Delicious food at Periyiali restaurant. Easy and convenient to book airport transfers and excursions.

Need to walk to the main centre of the town where most restaurants and cafés are- but it is not too far. Late check out even for an hour is chargeable and not complimentary even if the room is available. Lift is slow to come up and most of the times people end up taking the stairs which is fine if you are fit and healthy but might not be practical for elderly guests. The main restaurant, Tiffany, serves dinner from 7 to 9 pm which I think is a too small window and not convenient for guests arriving late at night with night flights.

Excellent hotel with great staff. Customer friendly welcome, they made an early check-in into the room possible which I really appreciated. The hotel is near of the city center. It has its own sandy beach, an outdoor pool, and nearby cafes and bars. It also has an indoor pool and spa. main tourist attractions are in a short walking distance. Hotel rooms are big and always clean , tidy. (Free parking is also an advantage .) It is worthwhile to book the all-inclusive package and to try out at least once the Harmony Spa facility. I can only recommend it. Food is very delicious (e.g. fantastic salad options; the traditional local diferent soups .was also very tasty; and I would also highlight the fishes during lunch and dinner time). Waiters and stuff at the bars are always helpful and kind.
