Our recent stay at Pavlo Napa Beach Hotel in July was nothing short of perfection. From the moment we arrived until our departure, every aspect of our stay was impeccable. The hotel's location was ideal, right in the heart of everything we wanted to explore. Our room was comfortable, and the delicious breakfast each morning was the perfect way to start our days. A special thank you goes out to Tommy, whose unwavering dedication to guest satisfaction truly stood out. He was always attentive, customer-oriented, and always had a smile on his face. His warm and engaging conversations added a personal touch to our stay that we'll fondly remember. We were also pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful gesture of wine, fruits, and cookies delivered to our room shortly before check-out. It was a small but meaningful gesture that made our departure even more memorable. We genuinely appreciate the hotel's attention to detail. The massage we booked was a bit rough, not relaxing at all. And the lady who was tweezing my eyebrows, didn't do a great job either.

It was amazing , everything was perfect , the facilities the staff the rooms the view the pool the beach everything!!!

It’s a really clean place, which is very important to us. Daily cleaning was provided. The beach was nice, and the cocktails were great. Breakfast was absolutely delicious—we really enjoyed it. The staff was very friendly. And the massage was perfect—I highly recommend it!

Dinner.. Maybe not quite our type of meals. We were expecting more Mediterranean food, not expensive lobsters or similar dishes—just some fresh fish. There are many options available, but unfortunately, they weren't very tasty to us. There was a Mediterranean night at the restaurant, but it was only once a week, and we missed it because we left that night, so we can’t give feedback on it. We also didn’t enjoy the desserts at dinner, and unfortunately, there wasn’t a wide selection of fruit available—neither at breakfast nor at dinner. The juices at breakfast were of very low quality. We would come again, but probably without including dinner, sorry.

We liked location, food and drinks, room, personal, WiFi, additional services after the check out. Thank you! I’ve already recommended Pavlo Napa to several friends who have never been on Cyprus. Location. Nice beach, not so crowded as the Nissi. But you can walk 10 min to Nissi. The city center is close too. Food and drinks. Cocktails with local alcohol was good. Food was amazing! Shrimps, fish and meet, vegetables, deserts, some interesting thematic dinners, breakfast well enough, good coffee from the coffee machine - late, americano, espresso, or regular back coffeee. Fresh fruits. Tasty cheese. Very delicious croissants in the morning! Local food to try. Room. Clean enough. USB chargers saved some euros. Side view on the sea. WiFi. Speedtest showed 100+ Personal. All are very friendly and helpful. Thank you! Additional services after check out. We used luggage storage and visited special room where guests can take shower before the long road. I have not seen such service before. But it is additional comfort for guest who are leaving in evening. As well as all AI services keeps available till the evening. We visited dinner and had a bus to the airport after.

Sauna and jacuzzi needs renovation. We visited it as it was in our all inclusive pack. But it was total waste of time because it is very outdated

Cozy beachfront hotel in Sandy Bay. Location makes for nice walks and sunshine and sea breeze everyday. Delicious food at Periyiali restaurant. Easy and convenient to book airport transfers and excursions.

Need to walk to the main centre of the town where most restaurants and cafés are- but it is not too far. Late check out even for an hour is chargeable and not complimentary even if the room is available. Lift is slow to come up and most of the times people end up taking the stairs which is fine if you are fit and healthy but might not be practical for elderly guests. The main restaurant, Tiffany, serves dinner from 7 to 9 pm which I think is a too small window and not convenient for guests arriving late at night with night flights.

Excellent hotel with great staff. Customer friendly welcome, they made an early check-in into the room possible which I really appreciated. The hotel is near of the city center. It has its own sandy beach, an outdoor pool, and nearby cafes and bars. It also has an indoor pool and spa. main tourist attractions are in a short walking distance. Hotel rooms are big and always clean , tidy. (Free parking is also an advantage .) It is worthwhile to book the all-inclusive package and to try out at least once the Harmony Spa facility. I can only recommend it. Food is very delicious (e.g. fantastic salad options; the traditional local diferent soups .was also very tasty; and I would also highlight the fishes during lunch and dinner time). Waiters and stuff at the bars are always helpful and kind.

The renovated room we stayed in was spotless. Very clean and modern. The staff was very friendly and polite. The staff of the Periyiali restaurant was amazing! The food quality of the Periyiali restaurant was 10/10. Very big portions and very good prices for the quality of the food and the service! The animation girl was very polite and cheerful! Overall, we really wanted a place to relax and enjoy the beach. Pavlo Napa is one of those places you can relax. It's very quiet, if you compare it with other hotels close to famous beaches in Ayia Napa. It's also family friendly and has the necessary amenities. We will surely visit again!

We had a great time in this hotel. Staff was very helpful and always smiling. Breakfast was delicious and with wide variety of foods. Especially liked the cyprus sweets. My son's favourite was the melon slices. It was always fresh and cooled. Location was also super, very close to the sea. The nearest bay - in front of the hotel - was a bit tiny and when entering into the sea you had to pass few steps through gravel, but Nissi Beach is also near by using the pedestrian way near to the sea. In the hotel basement we could wash our clouths using self-service loundry. You could buy washing powder and softener at the hotel reception. Also in the basement you can freely use the gym and an indoor pool which was rarely used. While waiting for our clothes to be washed and dried we were swimming in the pool.

Room is equiped with flat screen TV, but no channels could be found. At the end this was positive as we could spend time much better than wathing tv.

The hotel is very nice and it exceeded our expectation, especially the rooms. They were super comfortable and newly renovated, it smelled on new :) The room and the bathroom were perfectly cleaned and really well equiped with really nice details, and super great ligtening, main and ambient lightening. Even we didn't book a room with sea view and stayed in the the cheapest room option, from the balkony we had side sea view, and I guess all other rooms have such indirect sea view because of the hotel position. The stuff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very delicious with food variety that is not served even in some 5 star hotels (we had only breakfast). The location is also probably one of the best features of this hotel because it close within a walking distance to the crowded city center, and at the sime is with direct and best access to the nice sandy beach in front, and you can use the pool sunbeds which are within few metters from the beach with direct view. I must mention that the sunbeds are like real beds comfortable because of the huge mattress that they have :) You have shops right accross the road.

Everything was great

We went here for our honeymoon, there were two small bottles of wine, a plate with fruits and some cookies waiting for us, which was a very nice gesture. Staff was always super friendly, nice & helpful. We only had breakfast in our stay, but you can purchase all inclusive if you want to. Breakfast food was amazing, a lot of varieties, and also the food from both restaurants is very good, and again staff super nice. We love the fact that is close to the beach, away from main road and is a lot more quiet, but at the same time close to markets, and very good restaurants.

We would have loved to have slippers for the room and robes. The ironing station is at a level where there are some showers, and people book hours for the shower and you can’t go and iron your shirt.
