The hotel is absolutely worth it to be visited. We were there for a week all inclusive and had the best time. It is located a few minutes walking to Nissi Beach. The hotel is extremely clean and well managed. The food was amazingly delicious and we had variety about it. The staff everywhere were super friendly. The pool is being cleaned everyday and is also very well managed. The rooms have everything necessary and the beds were very comfortable. There was entertainment at the hotel every evening, which contributes the good mood. Overall the stay at this hotel was absolute pleasure for us.

A very well trained personel with pozitive, happy, well organised approach. Very very clean hotel in all areas. Wow!!! Personally i was so amazed that i did ask to speak to the manager Mr Constantinou whom i congratulated for the well mannered personel, clean hotel, nice dining area with a variety of dishes to choose from. I was a bit reserved in the beginning to proceed with booking a room but i was really surprised by all the pozitive vibes i vot while being thefe. Once again well done to the whole team of the hotel!!!!

Nissiana Hotel is a great choice for anyone visiting Ayia Napa, especially due to its perfect location just a short walk from the beautiful Nissi Beach. The hotel staff are polite, friendly, and always ready to help. Rooms and common areas are very clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast offers a good variety of options and is tasty, making a great start to the day. Overall, Nissiana Hotel provides excellent value for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. This hotel has a big beautiful garden with a lot of flowers and palm trees. The hotel room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was kind and the dishes were good.

Other customers and their kids who shouted and were running at night in front of our room multiple times (but it's not the hotels fault)

We had a great stay at Nissiana. The beach is about a 5-minute walk away, breakfast was varied enough and the pool was clean (with a lifeguard present). We stayed in the bungalows and the only downside would be the timing of lawn mowing, which overlapped with the afternoon nap. Other than that, everything was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

When booking this hotel I was aware that this is a 3-star hotel. I was a bit skeptical, but I was pleasantly surprised. Our stay was great. The staff is very attentive to guests and they let us feel comfortable. The hotel is clean and with all the necessary facilities for children and adults. The gym and the indoor pool are great. It is very close to the beach. There are entertainment programs in the evening but they are up to reasonable hours so the nights are quiet. I hope to come back in the future..

Only a suggestion. The side bed for a child could be more comfortable.

We liked our superior sea view room. We didn't liked that the bathroom had only a shower while in the pictures of the room we booked, there was a bathtub. We stayed on halfboard basis. Food was tasty and plenty to choose from...

This is not the hotel's fault...but people stay at this hotel for the beach...but we didn't liked Nissi beach, to hectic and dirty. All the pictures you saw on the social media with Nissi Beach are made between 5:30 -7 o'clock in the morning after that this beach is just a big dissapointment. But at walking distance there are two nice beaches Landa beach and Macronissos, both beautiful and quieter.

Very clean, comfortable bed, helpful and polite staff, good food with a thema per day. Very clean swimming pool, good location 5-10min from the beach, 5 min from the supermarkets, boutiques, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants.... The plug socket are of English sort but you can borrow an adapter from the reception (2 euros).

There are just small details some would make it better : in the bathroom it needs a hook behind the door for hanging clothes, a glas for the toothbrushes, a shelve to put things to avoid getting them wet because of the water coming from the tap. There was no available double bed, but just 2 beds put together: was a bit uncomfortable for a couple. Be prepared to have a budget to buy water to drink.

We stayed at Hotel Nissiana for 7 nights, and it absolutely exceeded our expectations! While officially a 3-star hotel, we would easily give it 4 stars based on our experience. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to Nissi Beach, one of the most beautiful and popular beaches in Ayia Napa. It was incredibly convenient to be so close to the sea, yet still enjoy the calm and comfort of the hotel. The hotel itself was very clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Our room was comfortable and quiet, with all the essentials. One of the highlights was definitely the food. The breakfast and dinner buffets had a great variety and everything was fresh and delicious. Plus, there are also excellent restaurants and tavernas nearby if you want to explore the local cuisine. Whether you’re a couple, family, or solo traveler, Nissiana Hotel is a fantastic choice for a memorable holiday in Cyprus. We’ll definitely be back!

The hotel is located near the beautiful Nissi Beach in the peaceful and family-friendly area. Although it is not located in the center of Aya Napa, you may find restaurants and supermarkets everywhere. You may find the city centre after about 30 minutes of easy walking, although you may catch a bus (the bus station is in front of the hotel). Regarding the hotel, the beds are super comfy, the room is spacious and comfortable and everything is very relaxing. The hotel is perfectly clean, the rooms are cleaned every day and the towels are really soft and smell really nice (although it may seem irrelevant, I find this very pleasing). The staff pay attention to every detail and they do their best to make you feel comfortable and that you really enjoy every moment of your vacation. The food is also okay. There is a variety of different cousines every evening, so everyone can find something they like. Every evening, there is some entertainment in the hotel. Our daughter really enjoyed the show with the parrots and the show with the magician. The pool area is also very nice. After all, we really enjoyed our vacation and we will definitely return.
