When booking this hotel I was aware that this is a 3-star hotel. I was a bit skeptical, but I was pleasantly surprised. Our stay was great. The staff is very attentive to guests and they let us feel comfortable. The hotel is clean and with all the necessary facilities for children and adults. The gym and the indoor pool are great. It is very close to the beach. There are entertainment programs in the evening but they are up to reasonable hours so the nights are quiet. I hope to come back in the future..

Only a suggestion. The side bed for a child could be more comfortable.

We liked our superior sea view room. We didn't liked that the bathroom had only a shower while in the pictures of the room we booked, there was a bathtub. We stayed on halfboard basis. Food was tasty and plenty to choose from...

This is not the hotel's fault...but people stay at this hotel for the beach...but we didn't liked Nissi beach, to hectic and dirty. All the pictures you saw on the social media with Nissi Beach are made between 5:30 -7 o'clock in the morning after that this beach is just a big dissapointment. But at walking distance there are two nice beaches Landa beach and Macronissos, both beautiful and quieter.

We traveled as a family, the hotel is great, service was wonderful. My father is disabled and we requested a room that is close to all facilities and there was no problem. The gym is large and well has all that is needed. The food was good, clean, and satisfying.

the all-inclusive could have more options at the pool restaurant. It was good but not too much verity.

Great few days away with Daughter and 9 yr old Grandson. Breakfast is fantastic selection. Plenty of Sun beds and shade. Spacious Bungalows for Self Catering if required.

Some decent evening entertainment or disco by the poolside bar of an evening would be great.

Great hotel, very convenient location, just 5-10 min walk to Nissi Beach. Good breakfast and dinner.

Well, I seriously not expecting our stay to be this good :) We had a lovely time at the pool, there was always some music from the bar, but not too loud. The bar is great, has a very nice selection of cocktails (from 5 to 11 EUR), lots of room for sitting. The breakfast was pretty much the same every day, but still there was enough selections to choose from, so you don't have the same breakfast every day. The halfboard also included dinner which was also very tasty, differently themed every night (Mediterranean, Cyprus, Baked, Roasted, Asian, etc.), so you could always try something different. The staff is really nice, helpful and they do a great work keeping everything clean. The hotel is also close to Nissi beach, and the bus station, so it's easy to get around. You can ask for pool towels, which are the same as the bath towels, but it's OK, as they are being changed regularly. You can get an iron, ironing board and some other stuff you need at the reception, for a deposit (although you don't need to iron during your holiday :D). It was pretty hot during our stay, but the air-condition worked just fine. If we ever visit Cyprus again, we will return to this hotel.

The rooms are a bit outdated and have a bit of a stale smell, could be better ventilated.

Everything was perfect. Location, polite stuff, internet speed, food is exceptional, clean room. We were staying with a baby, and it's really kids friendly place. Definitely we'll come back again.

There are two types of rooms. Old looking rooms, and the new one, modern looking room. By mistake, first day we got the old one, but mistake is fixed the next day already, so it wasn't a problem. It's just, it would be nice, to know in advance, which type of room we will get next time.

location is more than excellent, pools,sunbeds, children playground, clean towels everyday, great cleaning staff, good staff at restaurant- ultra speed and supper service, thematic dinners, animation for kids- Magic show, all is very comfortable and very good value for the money

The breakfast buffet is good but same everyday. When you spend 10 nights there you can not handle it anymore. Dinner is always different and therefore it does not come boring and monotone. Besides that, breakfast lacks vege options tuna fish, some pate, polenta, pies (for example with mushroom, spinat, cheese)...humus, tahin...etc

We loved Nissiana. Good food, great room (superior room seemed recently updated), big pool and play area was great for the children after dinner.

One important thing and some minor ones. The important bit: one member of staff at reception was very unprofessional on our last day when we enquired about a potential late check out. Nothing wrong with being told one was not possible, I was quite surprised by the manner though which felt like I was being scolded. This is in contradiction with all other staff members who were very polite. Happy to provide further feedback to the management team if they would like to address it in staff training. The minor things: Cocktails could be better (e.g. mojito particularly). Sausages other than Frankfurters at breakfast would be good. Waffles were a bit sugary, would prefer a plainer version.
