This was my third time staying at Nissi Park Hotel (and not the last for sure!), and once again, it was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, I was wrapped in calm, beauty, and care. The design is stunning - soft, clean, and peaceful, with thoughtful details everywhere. The staff made me feel so genuinely welcomed and cared for, which meant the world, especially as a solo traveler. The spaces to relax are serene, the food is fresh and flavorful, and everything is spotless. It’s the perfect retreat.

Honestly, nothing stands out - everything was truly lovely.

Perfect hotel location – just a one-minute walk to the most beautiful beach in Cyprus, Nissi Beach. Everything you need is nearby. There’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel, as well as taxis, so you can reach the center of Ayia Napa quickly (about 10 minutes, roughly 3 km away). As for the hotel itself – absolutely recommended. The staff throughout the hotel are extremely friendly, the service is of a high standard, and all the facilities match the official description exactly. I've never seen such a rich and diverse breakfast selection – buffet style – with absolutely everything you could wish for, and everything is delicious. The hotel pool is clean and regularly maintained, and in general, the cleanliness of both the rooms and the entire hotel is at a very high level. There’s truly nothing to criticize about this hotel.

Can’t wait to come back to Nissi Park Hotel again! Short walk to Nissi beach, loved the Cat Care Project and we loved the cute, friendly cats in the gardens. Beautiful well manicured gardens throughout, serene relaxing lobby. Such wonderful staff was the best part, always felt welcomed especially from Giorgios, he was so attentive and kind, always quick and efficient with a kind smile. Great selection of entertainment as well! Best stay I have had in Cyprus! We will be back again!

The dinner menu was a little expensive, but the buffet made up for it! A little disappointing that the pool closed at 19:30.

We loved the ambience of the hotel. As a smaller, boutique style hotel, it suited our needs. The location was excellent, with a large supermarket directly across the road for all your incidentals, a bus stop 2 mins walk away and several beaches within a short stroll, just perfect. The breakfast buffet was really good, offering a variety of food and drinks. A huge shout out to the staff, they were absolutely amazing!! Super friendly and helpful with tips on where to go for dinner, drinks, shopping, and everything else in between. The pool is small, but very clean along with the sunbeds and garden area. It honestly felt like we were at home, but with the added bonus of waiters and cleaners at your beck and call. Great place for couples, families or just a group of exhausted mamas that needed a weekend away to recharge.

One of the best experiences of hotels we have had so far. This hotel deserves all 5stars. The location of the hotel itself is very comfortable- 2-10 min from every good beach in ayia napa. The building is very cosy - its mostly white and you cannot find a single dirty spot. The breakfast is served outside - it was so enjoyable, so refreshing. The food is great, we had only breakfast which was very tasty and also ordered some food to room - again very good! The cleanness is amazing, everything is new and clean. Each and every staff member is a gem, the receptionists, the housekeepers and the waiters all of them so welcoming, so willing to help. Overall - great hotel, I would revisit again and confidently recommend.

Manje više nam se sve svidelo. Obraćaju pažnju na detalje, osoblje je ljubazno i uvek nasmejano. Lokacija je super, tri najpoznatije plaže su veoma blizu. Doručak je raznovrstan, sve je sveže i toplo, svega je bilo, za svačiji ukus. Bazen i sve oko hotela se savršeno održava i čisti. Prostorija za odlaganje kofera, mesto za preslvlačenje i tuširanje kao i toaleti su fenomenalna stvar za ljude koji rano dolaze ili kasno odlaze iz hotela.

Hodnici u sobama kao i kupatilo su malo uži, terasa je posebno uska. Svaka aktivnost iz drugih soba se čuje.

A very comfortable and high-quality hotel! The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was delicious. The pool area is beautifully designed — perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The hotel restaurant definitely deserves a special mention — I had the best meal in Ayia Napa right here. I highly recommend the Black Angus burger! The location is ideal: just a 5-minute walk to Nissi Beach, with a bus stop nearby. It's in a peaceful area, which made the stay even more enjoyable. "And last but not least – great service and very nice staff!

Hotel was amazing! Rooms were really nice and clean. We had amazing air-conditioning, tea and coffee making station, safe and fridge. There is a beautiful garden with pink flowers and banana trees in the ground floor where is the restaurant, so we had our breakfast (which was also amazing)every morning in that paradise. Also there is a small pool with comfortable and modern sun beds in the same garden, but we didn't use it because of the amazing beaches around the hotel. Beaches are really close (Nissi beach is across the road, and Landa is 10 min walk away), there is a store with everything you need across the road, and great bakery (Zorbas) few steps away.

We absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The breakfast was fantastic, and the overall ambiance was warm and cozy. The hotel is perfectly located, just a short walk from the stunning Nissi Beach, making it an ideal spot for a beach holiday. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome. The rooms were beautiful, the pool was amazing, and the entire hotel was simply lovely. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
