Breathtaking view, excellent room upgrade.

There was no hot water at the room. Not at all. This was a major problem.

Different pool areas, lazy river, perfect for kids to have good time. The food was good, with a lot of variety and every day they had amazing desserts. There were always pool beds available. Mihail from Bulgaria was so helpful and kind. Private beach and easy access to public beach.

Having to pay 6€ for a 750ml water on every meal, even though we paid for full board is ridiculous!! We ended up paying 100€ just for the water with meals. How can a beach resort not provide free water with meals and trying to make money out of us from water. Housekeeping completely disregards the “Do not disturb light”, we kept it on every day and every morning they still storm inside bedroom waking up our baby on the morning nap.

Love all the facilities. It is perfect for family specialy for kids.

I booked Queen Suites room 400€ a night,. And did not feel special and value for money, The towels smells sour even its new wash. Better look for another wash company. My son played his little toy and it accidentally go under the sofa, and when I getting it back I saw under the sofa is very dirty, so many dust and some trash from others who checked in in the room. The curtains in the window is too much. The facilities is the best but the Queen suite room 1st floor is not value for money..

Directly located on Nissi beach. Great rooms, great room service, activities throughout the day like kids disco and evening performances. A number of restaurants on and around premises. Has a supermarket inside the building.

no deep swimming pool, deepest is 1.40m. slides were only turned on for very limited time on specific times - 11:00-12:00, 14:00-16:00. beach towel system is a mess - they give you a single card in reception when you check in that can be used to get the towels and you’re supposed to have the same towels for the whole stay. reception always has lines and they work slow, they also take 300€ deposit.

Staff was extremely helpful. Helped to arranged the payment in advance via link, as the stay was a gift to my mom.

Booked a more expensive room with a sea view. No view, only roofs of some premises and a glimpse of the sea far far away. The room was very basic though spacious.

Beautiful hotel in a lovely location! Access to an amazing little beach front with crystal clear water and right next to Nissi beach. The hotel pools and facilities were lovely! We were upgraded on arrival to an amazing room, with an incredible outlook! Staff were friendly and helpful, especially Mikael. Breakfast food was great! Wonderful ocean front bar for snacks and drinks! would recommend!

The Elegance Room we booked in the new part of the hotel is not yet available, as renovations were delayed. We didn’t find this out until arrival. The hotel gave us an amazing room as a replacement so this wasn’t an issue, but worth sharing.

Overall, a beautiful family hotel. Everything was polite, the lobby area was very beautiful upon entering the hotel, breakfast had a sufficiently large selection and was well-organized despite the large crowds staying at the hotel. The pool area was diverse, and of course, the main advantage is the location right by Nissi Beach, which has extraordinary blue hues and immediate access to hiking trail. I also tried the spa, massage, and sauna area, and they were wonderfully relaxing.

The renovation work in the conference hall or similar in the basement started every morning at 8 AM. Although we were staying in a family room on the 3rd floor of the same wing, we woke up every morning at 8 AM to the sound of hammering or drilling, which is not exactly a pleasant experience for a vacation in a 5-star hotel. Also, the pool water was very cold and seemed to be constantly changed, but there didn't appear to be any heated pools. However, the weather in mid-April was still around 20°C

Everything was great, what I didn't like the most, was the water problem. The room will be is stocked only on the first day, not on the other days. you get water only in breakfast, but don't in lunch or dinner. even though the meal is purchased - You still have to buy water. In my opinion, it is a very bad attitude when they force you to buy water

Everything the property offered was beyond expectations: clean rooms, good food and free sun-beds at the private hotel beach. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. We stayed at the adults only wing, which had a private outside area and swimming pool for adults only. Overall, an amazing experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I didn’t like the fact that they charged us extra for the smallest things. I had half-board menu included. However, at dinner, although it was included in the price, I had to pay for a glass of water (no liquids were included)- 5.70 € (highly overpriced). At the same time, the internet was free, but low speeds. For higher speed and traffic, you have to pay extra -15€ for 7 days.
