Fantastic clean hotel with modern lobby and friendly staff. The room was bright and with beautiful purple lighting. The hotel offers a good parking. It is 4 min walk from the beach.

We liked the room very much! It was bright, spacious, and cosy. We had a beautiful view on the pool and sea. Big mirrors for your selfies, convenient large wardrobe. Walk-in shower. The room was cleaned every day, and bed linen and towels changed. Breakfast was enjoyable with many options to choose from. It was good to have a supermarket across the road. The makronissos beach is in walking distance.

Just a few details that didn't much affected a positive impression: The sofa in the room was visibly dirty, with many stains. The coffee at breakfast wasn't good.

The hotel is great. The location is awesome near the best beach in Ayia Napa. Hotel is beautiful, breakfast was awesome. The gym was quite small and opens only from 10 - 18.

The door tothe room is without sound insulation. You will hear everyone in the night who is walking around your doors, if they talk, shout or laugh. You will definitely will not be sleeping. Also the walls between the rooms are very thin, so last three days when we had party neighbors, it was very difficult to fall asleep. Asking them to be quiet didn't help for a long time. Also staff from hotel couldn't help us. This made our vacation much worse, since we came to relax, and came home really tired, since the last days we could sleep properly...

The pool area is amazing, all rooms have a view over the pool and the beach which is a little further, but easy to walk to. The hotel feels new, the staff is very good and the breakfast was very very good. The hotel rooms do not face the street but the pool area and the sea direction - so no street noise. In any case the area is relatively quite being ~5-10 minutes from Agia Napa center. Right across the street you have 2-3 restaurants, and a relatively large minimarket. We had a rental car and there was always ample parking at the hotel grounds.

Very little to say here - the flow of water in the shower was a little weak but it was still OK to shower.

The hotel is located near the Macronisos beach, which turned out to be great. It has good amenities and facilites, the main pool within the hotel area is clean and pleasant. We had breakfast included and were satisfied with the services. The apartment was cleaned every day and the rooms were fairly big. Also, the 24h reception is a plus!

When we booked the apartment, it was not pointed out that it was within the additional part of the hotel which was across the main complex. We were staying in a separated part of the hotel which was older and felt like it eas not taken care of in the same amount as the main one. For example, the pool was not cleaned and seemed like nobody took care of it. It has a lot of potential though and has its advantages since it is more quited than the main complex.

The hotel is situation a quiet area but has the necessary amenities on the door step, there a few places to eat and drink outside of the hotel enough to get by without having to be amongst hustle and bustle of nightlife. We stayed in the Hotels apartments which were just across the main road, these were so spacious, clean and private, it really is a very short walk to cross the road to access the hotel. It is very modern, clean and comfortable in the hotel itself. Everything was as expected and there is nothing we didnt like or enjoy.

Nothing. The only 1 thing i thought would be better is that when you go for meals, if you need the toilet they are on the floor below the restaurant, would be better all on one level.

Breakfast - it was okey, there were so many types of food. Room - it was cleaned everyday. Pool - there is a big pool. There is a beach volleyball curt. There is an "animator / show man guy" who does the morning activities (e.g. sand volley ball, dart, yoga, pool gym, biliard race) and night shows (e.g. fire show, bingo)

The room does not have a good soundproof. It could be better. We heard the "lovely couple activity" in the neighbour room - night and morning as well. We heard the snoring, too.

I booked the hotel from Booking, what I like: 1) The communication in the Booking chat was always fast, well described, even if we wanted to invite additional members, the hotel team found a solution. 2) All my wishes as a guest were satisfied 3) We received a room with a nice view (418), the room was clean, as the whole hotel, bed was comfortable, and very important - the room is well isolated, I didnt hear the neighbours 4) the food was very good, we really enjoyed the breakfast and the dinner. It was better the eat in the hotel instead in the city center 5) If we had any special requests, the Amethyst team always proposed a solution. 6) It is very well situated - next to the Macronisos beach, the most beautiful beach in Ayia Napa 7) price <-> quality - well matched, without any concerns 8) during last day - our luggage was closed, we used the public bathroom after the beach, towels were provided Efharisto poli, Amethyst Hotel team!

Nice, modern and easy-going hotel just a couple of minutes walk away from Macronissos beach. Pool is also great. Overall a nice place to be, good restaurants just across the street (we only had breakfast in the hotel)

Pool closes at 6 pm which is quite strange in the heat of the summer - but it is probably so because they need to prepare for dinner with tables by the pool area as well.

The room was big for a couple and a toddler. The overall service was very good. The breakfast was very nice. Would come again.

The towels were a bit worn out. Cleaning was good overall, but the bathroom cleaning could be better. Some bathroom accessories (bin, shower head) need replacement. The pressure of water in the shower was not satisfactory. Also the swimming pool is open from 9.00-18.00. Would prefer to be extended to 8.00-19.00 as it would be more convinient with the child.
