My apartment was AMAZING - working outside on the Terrace was a perfect office set-up Beach was 2 mins walk with so many others to choose from 10-15 mins walk. Staff were great - Florentina, always happy to help. Mariam has just the best cleaning skills - lovely lady

My only BIG issue was a lot of frustration with the WiFi/Internet constantly dropping. Most days ok until 12.30 and then 2 hrs of stress, had to work late in the evening to compensate (when it was more stable). A couple of mornings it was playing up much earlier (Florentina did restart the Modem/Router), but it didn't always work. Got quite frustrated this morning, I walked around outside the building and found it worked best on the Terrace outside the bar, but I wouldn't have been able to work more than an hour there - not the right set-up for working remotely. Noisy traffic and repetitive music the guy in the bar played .

We liked that the property was close to the beach, one street away from Vathia Gonia beach and 15 min to Nissi Beach. Also it was located in a relaxed area near to very good restaurants. The room was big enough and the kitchen quite well equipped. We also enjoyed our balcony with sea view. The pool was nice and not crowded. I would recommend this stay especially for the proximity to the beaches and center of Ayia Napa (~25 mins walking).

One thing that we actually were not expecting, was to not have our room cleaned every 2 days maximum. In our 6 nights stay we had our room cleaned only once.

The hotel is very close to all nice beaches in Ayia Napa and all other major facilities. It has a bar and a swimming pool. The room was well equipped and cleaned regularly. The owners are very friendly people willing to help.

The AC is additionally paid per day.

We absolutely loved our stay at these modern designed rooms ,, THE FLORENCE HOTEL APPARTMENTS has everything you need comfy beds for a good nights sleep, nice shower. And bathroom lounge area with tv table nice sofas modern kitchen cooker fridge ,, there was nothing not to like staying here a balcony with pool outside ,, and the owners were absolutely adorable friendly I HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying here LOCATION is superb just short walk to the best beach nissi bay beach Adam’s beach 10/10 Don’t delay book today I will 100 percent be booking again thanks so much Florentia Elena for our wonderful stay

We like the staff, very polite and with good recommendation for sightseeing. The owner looks reminded me to favorite singer Yolandi Visserfrim a band Die Antwoord! Very cool, good personality and kind. Good location. Nice swimming pool. Close to te bus station.

Bathroom can use renovation.

Lovely location. Paying the little extra for the air conditioning was worth every penny as it was so hot during our stay. Swimming pool was just right for a cool off. WiFi was good. Parking facilities good as we hired a car. Clean, regular towel & linen changed

The kitchen utilities were spare. It was good to see an oven rather than a microwave, but there was no heat resistant pot for the oven, so couldn't make moussaka or a pie. We only had one wine glass.

The street noise was a bit loud, but still bearable. We loved the swimming pool! The beach is a few minutes walk. The beach is fantastically beautiful. The restaurant on the beach serves fresh seafood and a variety of drinks and desserts at reasonable prices. Several supermarkets are available 1-2 minutes from the accommodation.

The Junior apartment upstairs was like new, but the ground floor apartment 48 was shabby. Especially the bathroom. The cooling in the bedroom was efficient, but there was no noticeable air conditioning in the completely separate living room/kitchen area. Would have been nice to have at least one fan. The patio would be more usable if there was at least a fold out shade. The kitchen facilities could also be improved. A microwave oven would be very useful. WIFI in this apartment was useless.

The location is perfect, close to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants, car rentals, basically anything you need. At night it was perfectly safe and quiet, nothing like downtown Aya Napa.

Not mow the lawn at 8am in the morning. People are there for a vacation and need to sleep in.

Great location and great host.Close to Nissi Beach and the lady who is in charge is super professional, whatever we asked for she brought (hair dryer, pan etc.). The appartment is very spacious- bedroom, living room, great renovated kitchen

Ants everywhere. They put spray but it did not help. Ants in bedroom, ants in kitchen. Small lizards coming into apartment ( 2times in 7 days) because it was ground floor. Too hot because there is flat roof above.... bathroom needs renovation- very old

We got a quite room (as we asked for), the room was clean and probably was refurbished as everything looked new. Wifi was OK, hot water was enough, A/C is for extra money but we knew that. Swimming pool was clean and warm, it is good when the weather is windy. Both beaches are close to the property. The road is not that busy , it's quiet during the night. Host was friendly. There are parking spaces for the guests. Kitchen was well equipped to cook.
