We really enjoyed our stay at Kaos hotel apartments. That was a great experience in a friendly atmosphere. We felt like at home, staff was very kind and responsive. Kitchen was equipped with all necessary kitchenware we needed, also a woman from reception kindly helped us to get everything we needed. Location was great - about 15 min walk away from Nissi Beach, and same distance from City center. There were a lot of supermarkets, souvenir shops and restaurants just a few minutes walk away from us. Bus station was just next to our apartments. And perfectly equipped (with a lot of beds and shower, clean water) swimming pool ideally filled our spare time to make our days unforgettable. Also it worth a mention that the host/hotel management gave a prompt feedback to our request after check out. They kindly helped us to solve a confusion and assisted us to receive our refund for one night (that was mistakenly paid by us). We are very thankful to them for great hospitality, every kind of support human attitude , and simply for making us feel like at home.

Yeap, first of all good to be back to kaos apartments, this is not our first time in kaos actually every year we are in napa and only in kaos sometimes under my name sime times under my friends name. Will never change kaos apartments in napa and of course we will be back next year. Everything was perfect. Must say the lady called margarita in the reception was amazing, she helped us in every need and of course we didnt ask for some imposible things, would love to thank her and please take care of her she is an asset for you guys. The cleaners: the old lady was angry all the time for no reason, the italian man was good also became a good friend. there was a water leak in the fridge. Also asked to a room in fromt of the pool and unfortunately not really, it was not, there were some young noise drunk boys.

The staff were nice. Good location. Close to the beach and the city center

The other guests was so noisy and chaotic. The management posted that the pool was until 7pm only but the guests were allowed to do pool party at 5am. We woke up by their loud noises. It happened two consecutive nights.

Check-in was very easy thanks to the clear instructions. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with everything we needed. The place is beautiful, comfortable, and well-maintained. We asked for an extra service, and they kindly delivered it for free from their supermarket, which also had very convenient prices. A special mention goes to the pool bar fantastic drinks and a great atmosphere! 👌 We had a wonderful day and would definitely come back.

The location of the apt is great, it is not far away from center, 15min walk, but if you walk to Nissi beach, it would take 25-30m. You can take a taxi to Nissi, and it cost 10e in one direction, or you can use bus. The pool is there as well, we were using it, and it was excelent! We really had a great time there!

The only big problem were the ants in the kitchen, so you should be carefull were you prepare and leave the food. Also, the place around the pool can be more clean, the people are smoking around, and the leftovers are everywhere around. Anyway, I would highly recommend this accomodation! :)

Great location and value for money. I am a full time wheelchair user and i was able to access the whole property by myself. there was a small slope to enter the apartment, the bathroom was nice a spacious, with a boxed of shower in the corner, i placed a plastic garden chair in the shower and was able to transfer onto the garden chair to have a shower. The staff were always available and happy to help. Very close walking distance to some beautiful beaches.

Because you are surrounded by bars and restaurants there is a little issue with noise at night/early hours of the morning.

My balcony had a pool view and was the perfect spot to enjoy my cup of coffee in the morning or unwind with a glass of wine in the evening. It’s my favourite place, I like everything about it and I cannot think of something negative to say about Kaos Apartments. Everything I can say it’s POSITIVE, POSITIVE AND AGAIN POSITIVE!!

Very good location - the main centre is close, but at the place is quite silent, which is good! Friendly owners! Big enough room, comfortable.

We were staying for 5 days, during that time our room was not cleaned even once. We saw in rules that cleaning is every 2 days. One morning cleaninh lady came to clean, but it was very early and we were sleeping. We asked if she can come back a bit later, but she never did. The next day someone took the trash and that was all. This minus is not so bad, but maybe there should be a bit better organisation of it.

Everything was great, the staff, it was clean, perfect location. The bus stop is right in front and even if you miss the bus, you can walk 10 min to beaches (15 min to Nissi).

Sound isolation is not the greatest and some people don't know boundaries. Anyways, it was only 2 nights so it wasn't so bad.

Free parking, spacious room with a dining table, chairs and fully equipped kitchen, clean, special mirroring foil on outside of the windows to minimize to see you inside, helpful staff, hot water, soap, towels

Windows heading to the main street and as you are on a ground floor, you cannot really use them for natural light but rather use curtains, bathroom could be better ventilated to avoid and better prevent mold
