The staff were really nice and helpful. Location is great, you are about 5/10 min walk to the city centre. Apartment was nice, and it had 2 AC units which was great. The apartment looked exactly like it did in the pictures. Overall we had a very nice experience and will definitely be booking again if we come back to Cyprus :)

The only thing that bothers me is the cleanliness, it could be a little bit cleaner. It would also be nice to be able to leave the AC on when you are at the beach to come to a cool apartment. And I wish there were more utensils in the kitchen, a bigger trash can, and a rag to dry the dishes.

We really enjoyed our stay at Kaos hotel apartments. That was a great experience in a friendly atmosphere. We felt like at home, staff was very kind and responsive. Kitchen was equipped with all necessary kitchenware we needed, also a woman from reception kindly helped us to get everything we needed. Location was great - about 15 min walk away from Nissi Beach, and same distance from City center. There were a lot of supermarkets, souvenir shops and restaurants just a few minutes walk away from us. Bus station was just next to our apartments. And perfectly equipped (with a lot of beds and shower, clean water) swimming pool ideally filled our spare time to make our days unforgettable. Also it worth a mention that the host/hotel management gave a prompt feedback to our request after check out. They kindly helped us to solve a confusion and assisted us to receive our refund for one night (that was mistakenly paid by us). We are very thankful to them for great hospitality, every kind of support human attitude , and simply for making us feel like at home.

Yeap, first of all good to be back to kaos apartments, this is not our first time in kaos actually every year we are in napa and only in kaos sometimes under my name sime times under my friends name. Will never change kaos apartments in napa and of course we will be back next year. Everything was perfect. Must say the lady called margarita in the reception was amazing, she helped us in every need and of course we didnt ask for some imposible things, would love to thank her and please take care of her she is an asset for you guys. The cleaners: the old lady was angry all the time for no reason, the italian man was good also became a good friend. there was a water leak in the fridge. Also asked to a room in fromt of the pool and unfortunately not really, it was not, there were some young noise drunk boys.

The other guests was so noisy and chaotic. The management posted that the pool was until 7pm only but the guests were allowed to do pool party at 5am. We woke up by their loud noises. It happened two consecutive nights.

The pool bar and its staff was very friendly and nice. Also the owner was really helpful!

The cleaners always came to clean when we got back from the beach and tried to shower and go to the toilett with the whole family. They often left the garbage in the room after cleaning.

Check-in was very easy thanks to the clear instructions. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with everything we needed. The place is beautiful, comfortable, and well-maintained. We asked for an extra service, and they kindly delivered it for free from their supermarket, which also had very convenient prices. A special mention goes to the pool bar fantastic drinks and a great atmosphere! 👌 We had a wonderful day and would definitely come back.

The location is excellent — very central and close to everything we needed, including the beach, restaurants, and shops. It made our stay very convenient and enjoyable.

The overall cleaning could be improved. Some areas didn’t feel thoroughly cleaned, and a bit more attention to detail would make the stay even better.

The location of the apt is great, it is not far away from center, 15min walk, but if you walk to Nissi beach, it would take 25-30m. You can take a taxi to Nissi, and it cost 10e in one direction, or you can use bus. The pool is there as well, we were using it, and it was excelent! We really had a great time there!

The only big problem were the ants in the kitchen, so you should be carefull were you prepare and leave the food. Also, the place around the pool can be more clean, the people are smoking around, and the leftovers are everywhere around. Anyway, I would highly recommend this accomodation! :)

The hotel's location is excellent, situated halfway between Nissi Beach and the city center, making it easy to walk to both. The swimming pool is lovely and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The maintenance of the common areas and gardens could be improved. A bit more cleaning and some new flowers would really enhance the hotel's image.

Great location and value for money. I am a full time wheelchair user and i was able to access the whole property by myself. there was a small slope to enter the apartment, the bathroom was nice a spacious, with a boxed of shower in the corner, i placed a plastic garden chair in the shower and was able to transfer onto the garden chair to have a shower. The staff were always available and happy to help. Very close walking distance to some beautiful beaches.

Because you are surrounded by bars and restaurants there is a little issue with noise at night/early hours of the morning.
