Everything was very clean and cleaning lady was coming every 2 days to clean change sheats and give us new towels. You dont have to carry towels and hair dryer and iron you get everything there. Beds were confortable and the terrace was big everything is like the photos. Reception works until 11 pm and someone is alaways there also the owner responds fast on whatsapp. Location is very good bus stop is 100 m from the apartment also the shops and restaurants and clubs you have to walk 5 minutes and you get to street where all the clubs are.

The place was clean, comfy, close to the center of ayia napa. The host is really frendly, she maintained the place clean and fresh. AC was perfect for those hot days. Also there was a toaster, which i really used during the stay, but that’s a personal preference :)) I truly recommend Margarita apartments.

I liked the location, close to the center, restaurants and shops just a stone's throw away. The two-room apartment, very spacious, clean, full kitchen and the big asset, the very large refrigerator. I highly recommend it.

Nice apartments for relevant sum. In room is condicioner, we add one more for additional money. The rooms are clean, towels are changed and room are cleaned every few days. Very good location - nearby is the main street with shops and cafes - for everyone's taste and budget. Ayia Napa's main party street is also 6 minutes away. A lot of clubs, in the evenings with a lot of people! The apartments are in a very good location - right between the main street and the party street, so it's not noisy, but it's not far either. Beach is 10 min of walk. The beach zone is big - sometimes rocks, sometimes sand. The beach zone is big It is possible to rent umbrella and 2 beds for 7.50 EUR. Many attractions on the water. Lots of car rentals, scooters and quad bikes. Quad bikes from 45/50 EUR per 24h. I recomandate stay in Margarita Napa Apartments!

Could have had more kitchen utensils! There was also no dishwashing liquid, spices!

Location is very close to the heart of Aya Napa, and they provided additional facilities that were not part of the advertised package such as the use of swimming pool in a sister Aparthotel, or no deposit was requested or no additional fee for air-conditioning. Recommendable for a budget accomodation.

The location is great, the rooms are clean, and a special thanks goes to the woman at the reception, I didn't remember her name, I think she was from Bulgaria, she was so kind and helpful, ❤️ for her. When I come back, I will choose this apartment again. Thank you for everything.

Verry good and well supportive check in, even in the late hours in the evening. Good value for the money.

The furniture is old, the kitchen equipement needs to improve and the TV screen is small.

Fantastic location, near the bus stop. Big room and good value for money. We could leave our baggage at the reception after check out, as our flight was really late in the evening. Staff was really helpful and nice! I would recommend.

There was no balcony so it was little difficult to dry towels. Also, neighbours in surrounding rooms were mostly young teenagers so it was really loud in the evening until morning... also, no adapters in the room..

All close to aparatment. Very good comunication with emploee. Clean everywhere. 2 times cleaning in room in 8 nights. We recomend to ask the person who assist you with every event, bar, restaurant place you can eat, party because they know if worth or not. In this case we went at a party and after that we asked the person who assist us and he explaind why party in ayia napa are not like the banners or ads should be. So thank you for having us and beying so warm with us. Thank you!
