Everything was very clean and cleaning lady was coming every 2 days to clean change sheats and give us new towels. You dont have to carry towels and hair dryer and iron you get everything there. Beds were confortable and the terrace was big everything is like the photos. Reception works until 11 pm and someone is alaways there also the owner responds fast on whatsapp. Location is very good bus stop is 100 m from the apartment also the shops and restaurants and clubs you have to walk 5 minutes and you get to street where all the clubs are.

Nice apartments for relevant sum. In room is condicioner, we add one more for additional money. The rooms are clean, towels are changed and room are cleaned every few days. Very good location - nearby is the main street with shops and cafes - for everyone's taste and budget. Ayia Napa's main party street is also 6 minutes away. A lot of clubs, in the evenings with a lot of people! The apartments are in a very good location - right between the main street and the party street, so it's not noisy, but it's not far either. Beach is 10 min of walk. The beach zone is big - sometimes rocks, sometimes sand. The beach zone is big It is possible to rent umbrella and 2 beds for 7.50 EUR. Many attractions on the water. Lots of car rentals, scooters and quad bikes. Quad bikes from 45/50 EUR per 24h. I recomandate stay in Margarita Napa Apartments!

Could have had more kitchen utensils! There was also no dishwashing liquid, spices!

Fantastic location, near the bus stop. Big room and good value for money. We could leave our baggage at the reception after check out, as our flight was really late in the evening. Staff was really helpful and nice! I would recommend.

There was no balcony so it was little difficult to dry towels. Also, neighbours in surrounding rooms were mostly young teenagers so it was really loud in the evening until morning... also, no adapters in the room..

All close to aparatment. Very good comunication with emploee. Clean everywhere. 2 times cleaning in room in 8 nights. We recomend to ask the person who assist you with every event, bar, restaurant place you can eat, party because they know if worth or not. In this case we went at a party and after that we asked the person who assist us and he explaind why party in ayia napa are not like the banners or ads should be. So thank you for having us and beying so warm with us. Thank you!

The balcony was one of the greatest benefits of the place. Very comfortable, sunny and spacious. The place was clean and well maintained.

The toilet seat was obviously not the right size for the monoblock itself. It was quite uncomfortable. The bunk beds were not in good condition. The ladder was very uncomfortable and was visibly not the original ladder for those bunk beds.

Great location from beach, shops and bars/clubs. Easy to find on Nissi Ave! Room was spacious enough for 2 people; not much noise from other guests. The Manager/Owner was also really helpful and very accommodating.

Could do with a large room mirror, an additional lamp would be great as the lighting was on the dim side, 1 of the power sockets wasn't working (no huge issue).

Big clean room and great location

A/C was need and and was very expensive - 7 Euros a day for each unit so 14 Euros overall each day. This really added to the cost and would make me look elsewhere next time

I was 4 days there and it was the best place to stay. Best location, super clean, great prices and the most important, the sweetest stuff it could be. Special thanks to that lady who takes care of the apartments ❤️❤️

The apartment was located the best spot of Ayia Napa,The main road with all the shops were next to us.We were also lucky and we got a sea-view window so every morning i could drink my coffee with a nice view.The stuff was incredibly helpful and kind.We could turn to them anytime with anything.I would be happy to go back again for our next visit.We were really satisfied during our stay.

The advantage and the disadvantage was also that the apartment was located next to the main road, so it was pretty noisy and many people passed under our window during the night.This is something that you have to accept if you stay in the centre.One more thing could be useful if the rooms could have clothes-horse to dry our wet towels after the beach and shower.
