It's a lovely studio, nicely decorated, comfortable and well equipped. Location is great out of season as the nearby bars are closed, it's quiet and we slept very well! The spa is great and good value for money, we had it for ourselves! Christa treatments are excellent, she's a very good masseuse. We had planned to stay 2 nights but we ended up staying 3! Parking was easy.

Not a single problem during our trip but given the proximity of the bars I can imagine it's not a quiet area. Ideal for party goers! The kitchen needs salt and tea bags.

Excellent hotel, clean and well maintained, in the heart of nightlife and tourism, half a minute's walk from all the clubs, and still the apartment is well insulated and you don't hear the noise from the outside, a ten minute walk from the sea, amazing staff from the nice security guard who received us in the middle of the night to the receptionist who took care of everything we needed During the day, the hotel has a spa with a jacuzzi, sauna and a pool that will be private to you by making an appointment with the receptionist on the same day, at no extra charge

Very spacious and ac works perfectly well, it cooled out a room in a few seconds after turning on ac. The tv has netflix. We had everything at our disposal. Small shampoo, conditioner and shower gel bottles. A lot of towels too. A small black metal box for coffee. Dishes cutlery. They had anything you could think of. It was phenomenal place and was very worth our money, and was even quite cheaper than it should be. These types of rooms are usually much more expensive to stay. So we got an incredible deal for it. Additionally, the staff was very helpful and friendly. Loved everything about it.

The property is modern and really clean. Walking distance to restaurants and literally in the middle of all the bars and nightlife. About a 15 minute drive to Nissi beach. There’s also parking on site at no extra charge but it is first come first serve. I highly recommend these apartments. This was my second time staying here and would stay again.

Shower us no door or curtain so water gets all over the bathroom if you’re not careful. If you’re not here for the nightlife expect to hear music all night. This was not a problem for me as I was out enjoying the nightlife.

The apartment is ideal for people that want to party at the famous Napa strip. The apartment was exactly like the pictures. The host was very friendly, and the directions to get the card keys were simple and straightforward.

The only thing that I would change was maybe provide ear plugs for the guests since the apartment is located next to the bars and there is loud music until 3am.

Everything was perfect. Location, proximity to the center, apartment itself... It is located just off the Nissi Ave, close to the center of Agia Napa. However it is far enough from the avenue and the noise. The neighbourhood seems like residential area. There are numerous small supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bakeries. There is even a small food court close by (Sigma), where one can eat well for a reasonable price. The apartment is in a new modern building which is nicely maintained. Clean and cosy, it has all one might need for a short stay. For those who plan to prepare food themselves, there is a small kitchenette (we ate out during our stay so I cannot make any comments related to kitchen utensils). We were there in December, and not many guests were there at that time, so it was really peaceful and quiet. There is a possibility to book the pool and spa at the reception, if you are into that. I guess it is a nice extra for rainy days (I cannot comment on these since I haven't visited them personally). It is close to the promenade and the beach as well, the closest one being Mandi Beach (not the best one but we saw people going swimming there). The thing is that most of that coastal zone in Agia Nappa is a marine life protected area, and as such it hasn't be turned into commercial beaches. One can go swimming there, I suppose, but you will need water sandals due to rocks. In case you want to go to a sandy beach, the closest one is Pantachou Beach. Vathia Gonia and Nissi Beach are reachable on foot, just by gong along the promenade, however for those who are not into long walks my advice is to take the bus 101 or 102 (just always bare in mind that you are in the country where people drive on the left side, therefore choose carefully the side of the street with the bus stop :) If you are into walks, the location of the apartment is just perfect since all sights are near.

It’s Pet friendly!! A lovely, bright modern building with excellent facilities, and very comfortable rooms. The staff were amazing, helpful and friendly. The spa facilities are a hidden gem, on a par with 4-5 star hotels 💖 Very central location, great for those who want to enjoy the pubs and clubs.

It is noisy at night, however, earplugs are provided! No outdoor pool.

The property is just perfect. Everything new and clean, really good A/C, fresh towels everyday, hairdryer, iron just really everything what you need. The location is perfect for people that enjoy Nightlife, but people please why you complain that is loud if you know that you are staying in the most crowded area of one of the most party cities in Europe. But the really important thing that we experienced is extremely kind and helpful owner. She is incredible person and I wish everyone to meet people like her.
