My recent stay at Hotel Cosmo Napa Boutique in Agia Napa was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I knew I was in for a treat. First and foremost, cleanliness is paramount for me when choosing accommodations, and Hotel Cosmo Napa Boutique did not disappoint. The entire hotel exuded cleanliness and hygiene, from the lobby to the corridors to the rooms. It was evident that the staff took great care to maintain impeccable standards throughout. The hotel's prime location was another highlight of my stay. Situated close to numerous amenities, including restaurants, shops, and entertainment options, Hotel Cosmo Napa Boutique offered convenience at every turn. Whether I wanted to explore the vibrant streets of Agia Napa or simply relax by the beach, everything was just a stone's throw away. Speaking of relaxation, my room at Hotel Cosmo Napa Boutique provided the perfect sanctuary after a day of exploration. Not only was it impeccably clean and well-maintained, but it was also tastefully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep, allowing me to wake up refreshed and ready to seize the day.I certainly can't wait to return!

We traveled as a family of 5, and liked the location, close enough to the centre but not noisy. Staff are very helpful and friendly, hotel is clean and well maintained. Pool bar has great selection of food and drinks and lovely staff.

It was a bit disappointing that we booked this hotel on purpose for the heated pool as we knew the weather in April could be a hit or miss. However the pool was not heated on the first 2 days of our stay, they said it’s because the system is dependent on the weather. (Which is strange because that would be the whole point of a heated pool. Warm all year around ?!) The breakfast hasn’t changed since last year (that was our 1st stay). Not much options for vegans/vegetarians or dairy free. But the pool bar staff was kind enough and made me a coffee with almond milk every morning.

The stuff was very very friendly. The pool was perfect and it also had a jacuzzi. Breakfast didnt have the biggest variety but it was fresh and delicious. Very very close to the Main Street and only 7-10 mns from paliatsos luna park. Love this hotel would definitely recommend

I only didnt like how they come and clean the room with their own cards cs they tried to open our door without even waiting for the ok to come in. And also we stayed for 4 days and they cleaned the room once so it wasnt daily, which meant we didnt hey fresh towels.

Rooms are good, well equipped, have kitchen also with microwave glasses plates and refrigerator. location is good for evening walks it is near to main square and bars. Clean rooms friendly staff. Free parking areas nearby

Little bit Far from beach, breakfast is same every day and very few variations and even few in amount. No butter, instead of it they use Margarine (guys Margarine is only for baking do not eat it raw) when we were there tactless drunk British girls were shouting and fighting in the hall for 2 nights and hotel staff did nothing, just I think they were little bit careless. Finally we warned them to keep calm at night time.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Ayia Napa. The facilities and location were everything we expected — clean, comfortable, and close to everything. But what truly stood out was the staff. Every member of the team was incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. From the reception to housekeeping and restaurant staff, everyone made us feel at home and added a personal touch to our stay. Their warm attitude made a big difference, and we’re truly grateful. We couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The reception team made the check-in process smooth and efficient, and they were always available to answer any questions we had throughout our stay. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job, ensuring everything was spotless and well-stocked each day.

Me and my husband booked this accommodation for all our guests (44ppl) for our wedding week including ourselves. The location was perfect and not only were the rooms and the facility good. But the staff went over and above for us and our guests. Helped us organize gifts on the rooms and whatever we needed for the guests. They were so friendly and professional. The rooms were always cleaned very well and whatever we requested they fixed it for us. Paul at the pool bar (Azul) and his staff made it so special for us. Not only did they constantly make sure we had a good time and enough to drink and eat, they also kept the bar open extra long for us many evenings and they felt like they were part of our family and friends group. The drinks are so good and the food absolutely delicious. We have so much love for this place and the staff and would recommend everyone to stay here. Until next time!

The location is perfect. Short walking distance to pubs, shopping, and restaurants. Supermarkets nearby. Effective air conditioning. Balcony faces to the pool. Friendly staff. Especially big thanks to the pool bar staff for making us feel comfortable and welcoming. The room was clean, spacious, and cool. Breakfast was affordable and had a good selection of different types of dishes. Bar also had a good selection of drinks and food.

In Deluxe suite, for 5 people, another toilet/bathroom would have been useful. 5 women need more clothe hangers, closets and mirrors. There was only one full body mirror in one bedroom. There is no place to hang dresses and dry towels.
