Very nice stay and hotel ! The perfect location , beautiful sandy beach in front of the hotel, many shops and restaurants around, 10 min by foot to Nissi Beach, 6 min to bus stop. The rooms are cleaned and towels changed every day. We received side sea view on 5th floor and the view from balcony was fabulous 😍 We loved it ! Thank you ! We had a wonderful holiday here 🥰 High level service, nice, helpful and always smiled Staff. Varios and tasty breakfast on plus.

Payable firdge - you have to pay for every day of using the fridge, otherwise it will be turned off. It looks really bad from guests perspective and it leaves bad impression. Probably the cost of turning off the fridge is less than people's dissatisfaction and negative feedback shared outside.

Beach was just in front of the hotel. Room was nice. View was great. Staff was incredibly nice :)

Breakfast had a lot of options, but was not so tasty. Also we ordered food once in the hotel restaurant, but portions were small (in comparison with ayia napa restaurants) and was a little more expensive. There was a lot of things you need to pay for, which are usually free. You need adapters to put your chargers, which was unusual (neither european, nor american type), some specific type. For each of adapters you need to pay 2.5 euro (btw, it is like 1.5 euro in the supermarket just near the hotel). Fridge was also for rent. The beach is public, so you need to pay 7.5 euro for umbrella + 2 seats (daily).

Very nice hotel in a quiet location near to the beach. It was about a 20-minute walk to the center and the same walk to the famous and beautiful Nissi beach. There are many supermarkets nearby. Our room in the first floor was spacious, the bed was comfortable, everything you need in the bathroom, even a hairdryer. Breakfast was nice, classic selection, everything fresh and tasty. The staff is communicative and helpful. Wifi worked well. The city center must be very lively in season, off season it was a pleasant place to relax, it wasn't overcrowded. A big plus for the willingness of the maintenance guy who helped me repair my borrowed bike. The hotel has a beautiful swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers, but we didn't use it, it wasn't warm enough for swimming in April.

The only thing that bothered us was that there were not enough hangers for wet towels and it was quite cold at the beginning of April and we were missing warmer duvets, but the kind receptionist lent us extra blankets, then it was fine.

The hospitality of the staff was extraordinary. At the very beginning of our stay, it already promised an amazing stay. As I am currently pregnant, the staff was kind enough to upgrade us to the better room with exceptional sea view. The breakfast and dinner were great as they offered a variety of foods for even picky eaters as I am. The food was freshly prepared and the offer of food was different everyday. The room was sparkling clean, the kind staff cleaned it everyday and changed the towels, which was definitely not expected. The hotel provided us with beach towels. It offers a room where you can store your belongings until check in (14:00) or after check out (12:00), if you would like to stay at the hotel after.

No such thing, all recommendations from our end.

The hotel is very conveniently located, a short walk to town and shop on the corner and on the beach. We were upgraded to a side sea view room 😊, the room was clean and very comfortable. The hotel pool is very relaxing and breakfast had a great selection. We had food at the snack bar which was tasty. All the staff were amazing, we felt very welcomed at arrival and they were always there to help throughout our stay with big smiles. I found it very good value for money.

You can hear noise easily from rooms next door and hallway. The room next to us had a gathering in their room drinking, but the reception asked them to keep down and thankfully went to the pool drinking instead.

A very nice hotel by the sea. In person, everything is the same as in the photos. The rooms were cleaned daily (sometimes in the morning and sometimes in the afternoon). The staff is very friendly and always helpful. At the reception you can buy adapters for sockets (2.5 euros). The safe is extra, they charged us 12 euros for 10 days, which is a completely reasonable price. The food is varied and I don't think anyone will go hungry. The hotel has a swimming pool and deck chairs that are free of charge, and you can also get towels at the reception. There is a beach 20 meters from the hotel. Sunbeds and umbrellas are paid for (2.5 euros), which means that the set will cost you 7.5 euros. We were there at the beginning of April, so we didn't take an umbrella, but I believe that it is necessary in the summer. The beach is clean and tidy and the water is beautiful.

I feel that the staff asks guests too early if they have finished their meal and if they can take their plate. Drinks during dinner are paid extra and they come late to ask if you want something and then bring you the drink you ordered late (sometimes at the end of the meal).

I liked the Cleanliness of the room, restaurant and facilities of the hotel. Fresh water was brought to the room each day, which is great bonus. Hotel towels could be refreshed each 2 days.

Variaty of the food in pool restaurant is not rich. I ordered club sandwich and chicken breast inside was nkt edible, too chewy, cold. Coffee around the pool is from the maschine and cost 4.5e like any. So I would suggest to increase the quality of coffee in the first place, cause I had intension to pay each day in the hotel bar, rather then go to other hotel bars.

The location was great, right next to the beach. The room was modern and cleaned every day. The pool area was excellent. The view from the room was exceptional. The fact that we got the safe and the fridge for extra was a nice touch. The cocktails and the barman were one of the best. The bed on which we slept on was perfect and also the air conditioning was working perfectly, it was never too warm inside. The coffee served during breakfast was one of the best we had while having breakfast in hotel

The food quality served during breakfast and lunch was pretty bad, they served the same thing with some minor differences every day (they served the same fish for seven days! ), some of the staff was not friendly at all and at times odd. The drinks served during dinner for extra charges were of pretty low quality, sound insulation from the outside in the room was almost zero, there was no soap for hands washing in the bathroom near the sink, we had to use the one for body washing, the pressure of the shower while showering was quite weak

The staff were very friendly and helpfull, always smiling and greetings when we see them! Pool area was very nice and everybody who wanted get sunbed. Breakfeast was SO GOOD and there were so many options! Also it was near everything, just a 5min walk for Nissi beach and 10min walk in centrum. Also there was pretty (Sundy Bay?) beach just in the hotel, which was in our opinion nicer than Nissi beach :) Cleaning was 10/10 and also very friendly abd helpfull!

Nothing to complain!

The staff is amazing. They were all very friendly. My birthday was during my stay at the hotel and they brought a bottle of champagne in my room (for free). The pool is very nice. The beach is 1 min walk from there. Rooms were clean and they were frequently cleaned up by the hotel staff (even when we didn't put the label on the door to ask for cleaning). Everything is as in the pictures. When we got into the room, the balcony door was squeaking and it wouldn't lock. We notified them about this. Next time we entered the room it was all fixed! Very nice!

There is a big variety of food, but some of the food is tasteless. It is ok, we didn't end up hungry, the food looks good, but sometimes the taste is not there. On the other side the breakfast pancakes were amazing! Same applies for both breakfast and dinner. The walls are pretty tin, and the sound insulation is rather weak. We were lucky to not have noisy neighbors, and we were able to sleep properly all the time, but your experience may vary.
