The hotel was excellent, clean with confortable rooms, wonderful breakfast; our swim up room was a very good idea because the pool sunbeds were reserved very early in the morning.

I was very disappointed: We had an unpleasant "welcome" at the hotel, Diana was unfriendly, distant, glacial, almost rude; she did not give us the minimum of information. We had some problems with the room key, it was not working. We had ants in the room.

Huge resort, exceptional in terms of facilities. Very close to Nissi, the most famous beach from Cyprus. Big room and comfortable beds.

The cleaning of the room could have been done better, there were different stains, hairs, and even some cockroaches in the bathroom. The toilet itself should have been cleaned more thoroughly. All the towels are very worn out and not washed properly. I would have expected some more toiletries from a five-star-hotel, but it’s the same washing substance for hands, body and hair. Also, I would have expected a smart TV instead of the normal one.

Hotel is super clean, plenty of space around the pools, entertainment is brilliant for all ages, good choice of food and drinks, staff very friendly and helpful.

The swim up bar by the swim up rooms, should check the gases and sodas before they open, saves waiting to be told "it's not working".

Good amenities for the children, and entertainment. All inclusive option made it easy for all meals and drinks.

A lot of sunbeds reserved very early in the morning but not used for most of the day by anyone- but towels left on them.

The hotel is definitely oriented as family hotel. Everything is adapted to families with children. Nicely kept and huge territory. Plenty of nice and clean pools, many of them suitable for children. Quite big and comfortable rooms with balconies. Many towels. Big and nice bed and good quality of sheets and pillows. The food deserves separate description.Shortly- it is great! First of all - excellent organisation of whole process, we are seven people family, never waited for free table. There is excellent children's corner, oatmeal is served every morning, eggs in different ways and by order as well, nice pizza, pasta, tasty pancakes and delicious Frenchfries. Variety of salads and desserts of finest quality, no vegetarian whipped cream, all natural. Seasonal fruits of the top quality. Every day was some dishes of local cuisine like stifado, loukanika, sheftalia and souvlaki. You can try local cheese and desserts as well. Fine backery. Icecream is available whole day. Worth to go for All Included option. To reach the beach you have to walk a bit, like 200 meters to the Nissi Beach. But! The Nissi beach is gorgeous! White sand an colors of water make an unbelievable beautiful view!!! You have to mention that it is full, not overcrowded so you always find a place, but really full of people. So to be sure to get the place and umbrella, better to occupy it before breakfast . It is chargeable, two longchairs and umbrella is 7,5 Eur per day altogether, you pay on place, the man is coming and charges you. There are several nice beach restaurants and bars. The hotel stuff is very nice and friendly. The spa is outstanding. Would be nice to come again.

Children animation is bit below expectations

Staff were great and really helpful. Lovely stay if you have children. As a couple without kids, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The buffet dinner food was okay. Though we booked a double bed, and had two singles pushed together.

when u came at 8 to be on the sunbed everyone was taken. luckly we had a swim up room with our own sunbeds

Everything was perfect as it is every year. We also had late check out this time that normally cost 130€ but when we went to check out they told us it was for free!!
