Room cleaned daily to an excellent standard lovely pool

Manager was arguing with his staff, very aggressive and rude.

We were surprised by the staff who went out of their way to accommodate our wishes. I called 1 day before check-in to ask about difference between rooms with private pools and got easy upgrade as a result. There are several swimming pools, feel free to choose what suits you, food(not only breakfast) is very good, all-inclusive alcohol menu worked for us lovely, overall location, local beach and nearby entertainment(i.e. Agia Napa Waterpark) are very nice too. The accessible area is connected with So White hotel with its own pool and Taverna(which was closed at a time) At a time we booked it, the overall rating was about 6.8, I have no idea why it's so low. Deserves at least 8.

My fridge looked a bit old and not powerful, but if you give it some time, it will cool what you need. We prefer to sleep longer so the morning clean was always skipped so we asked twice for room to be cleaned while we're away. On the second time, the cleaning-lady gets there. No food delivery to the room, but from the other side, it's really not too far to get to the restaurant or beach club. The local greek taverna was closed, understandable because of early-season, but a bit sad.

The cleaners weren't always great. There were times when they we were good but there we re other times when they didn't perform too well wasn't so much going on in the night time such as entertainment but I don't think it is that kind of hotel

I had such a wonderful stay at So Nice Hotel! Everything was perfect; from the amazing apartment which opened up their beautiful swimming pool to the beach in front of the hotel which was clean and crystal blue. Each and every member of staff was super friendly and accommodating. I was always greeted with a welcome & smile from the 2 doormen, the reception staff were always so helpful, the dinner manager was chatty and friendly and the beach barman was always on hand to make me a drink as soon as I walked up to the bar. I couldn't recommend it enough and I will be sure to head back! Thank you

The occasional evening music could be a little quieter

I loved my 2-night stay at So Nice resort and would definitely stay there again. The staff were super friendly and accommodating - special shout out to Steven and Mustafa! And many others, who I didn't get the names of. The resort itself was lovely. It was not very busy (early season I guess), which made for a super chilled and peaceful stay. The low-rise white buildings are set within lovely landscaped grounds with plants and flowers. It looks like all rooms have a balcony or terrace. My room was spacious, well-equipped, and clean, with comfortable bed/pillows and nice rainfall shower. There was also a small safe, mini-fridge, bathrobe, slippers, hair dryer, and A/C. Some rooms even have their own little pool! The three main pools were large and practically empty. It is very close to a lovely quiet beach, with plenty of sunbeds/parasols and watersports. Hotel guests have free use of the nearest sunbeds/parasols, and the others are only 2.50 Euro for the day/part day anyway. Hotel provides pool towels free for guests and they can be taken to the beach. The sea is calm and shallow here (Landa beach) - you can walk to Nissi Beach and other beaches nearby via a path/walkway. I stayed all-inclusive; the food was very good in the buffet restaurant (Blu), which has a couple of live cooking stations also (Italian chefs!) doing meat, fish and pastas. Drinks were either obtained there in Blu, or at the Beach Club in the daytime, which included lovely cocktails and Prosecco! (Beach Club not open in the evenings while I was there, probably because the hotel wasn't busy enough yet.) They accommodated my request for lunch after I'd checked out, which was great! If you want a peaceful chilled stay in beautiful surroundings then choose here! If you want a loud, party atmosphere then don't (there are plenty of other places in Ayia Napa that will cater for that!

Only a few minor negatives: the kettle in my room didn't work (reported - wasn't bothered really as too hot for hot drinks mostly!) and there was some fluff on the bedroom floor but nothing major. Also, would've liked/expected pitta bread at mealtimes (to go with the hummus etc) but that's just a personal preference - there were plenty of other things to eat! A couple of other restaurants were mentioned as being on site but I don't think they were open yet. And the Beach Club, not open in the evenings as mentioned before, probably because not in high season yet.

We loved the pools and the beach facilities, the dinner was amazing every day seafood fish or shrimps or octopus. Breakfast was really good lot of variety for food, also i had vegetables/fruits for my baby. The beach is really nice at the hotel, we had a room with a pool which was simply amazing. Perfect location 20mins walk from Nissi beach, supermarket at the opposite side. The staff, Mustafa and in the restaurant everybody was really helpful with us, at the reception are some people who are really not in the mood to work/help. AC worked perfectly, we had everything in our room what we needed.

The pool, sunbeds, pillows in the restaurant are not cleaned at all, I could feel the sand in the pool, mold in the pillows. Also in our room we had a lot of ants, which were going to our baby’s bed unluckily. In our room i saw also mold in the wall and a weird smell in the closet. The common bathroom at the pool was in disgusting condition, I couldnt even use it.

The service was exellent, I came at 10 am, the receiption provided a towel, clients relation manager Marinna was so kind to take my laptops and case to her room to ensure security. The room was large and very clean. Huge area, big swimming pools and nice local near the beach. A very good service for its price.

We loved staying here. Private beach area was beautiful and quiet. Lovely big pool area and beach club. The staff were lovely and helpful!

AC was not working properly even though we changed rooms. AC is more like a fan and it’s not cooling the room properly. Also the bottom sheet in the bed was too small and kept coming off during the night.

We stayed here second time, it was really nice , we love stuff here , so pleasant and friendly, pool is really good and clean, also beach is perfect. There was fruit salad for welcome also so nice .

We love everything, just to know that, hotel isn’t located so close to city center and you can’t go by foot to restaurants. But you can take bus , bus stop is close from hotel
