The best beach Makronisos beach is located in 800m from the hotel by normal walk - we pass that distance in 15 minutes. The hotel has own nice pool. The both bus station to and from centre are close to the hotel. Also there is a market shop with all what is necessary - fresh bread and other what is needed - like adapter for sockets and etc. We even extended for one day more instead going to Larnaca. Planning to come with family next time.

I will suggest the restaurant menu made most sea and seafood :-) We have to go to the centre of Aya Napa to have a tasty seafood.

The room is spacious! It qualifies for an apartment with good kitchenette, excellent bedroom, living room, patio, storage place, bathroom. Overall, very positive impression! Be aware that the property is located quite far from the bus stop to/from Larnaca airport. The closest beach is not so impressive. Although there are grocery shops around, bars and restaurants are limited.

The reception lady is with an attitude: no smile, no greeting. She really ruined the mood upon arrival. She was not helpful either to advice on transportation options. Swimming pool might have more comfortable sunbeds. In addition, kids area might be restrictive so not to occupy the entire pool.

It was our second stay here. I found the place well maintained over the years. We booked a Suite, really nice apartment, great view over the pool, clean. The gardens are really well taken care, the pool is sparkling clean, staff is great and helpful (especially reception and restaurant). Perfect place for families and do not expect luxury!

Food could have a larger choice at breakfast, I would love a ground coffee machine, dinners could be improved. The sofa in the living room si not very comfortable. (half soft and half very hard).

Loved the location it was "far" away from the city but close enough to hop on a bus and be there 20mins later. There were also beaches nearby/walking distance. The hotel was very family/kid friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean (we were 11 persons and booked 4 different rooms). There were always sunbeds available. And the pool is very spacious so it didnt matter if there were many people. The restaurant/bar staffs were very accomodating. Very helpful and friendly. Specially Louise at the restaurant, my two kids talked to her alot, and she did have patience with them 😆

There were signs that the pool closes at 6pm (even got it confirmed at the reception). As my family likes being by the book, i found it frustrating that lifeguards didnt say anything when they got off from work. So people just stayed in the pool, and having kids it was hard for me to tell them that it is closed, when they can litterally see people in the pool till 10pm some days even 11pm. Other places we been to, the guards would "kick" you out of the pools, so they could close it and start to clean the pool area). The food were basics, would have wish to more variations specially the breakfast. But overall it was an excellent stay, thanks to the staff!

We stayed 2 days and the apartment was not cleaned during our stay or towels replaced.

Territory, possibility to reach beach by foot (but we prefered car), big room, well equipment kitchen, good air condition, 24/7 reception

Poor wi-fi, sometimes our room was not cleaned, it's time to replace the furniture on the terrace. Access to the territory is not regulated in any way, some people came just to swim in the pool in the evenings, at the last day we caught cocroach in the our room

We've spent there 14+ days in Jul and overall were very happy about it. It's 15-20 min from wonderful beaches, it has a large enough and very clean pool where kids could spend literally whole days when we are not at the sea. Mini-kitchens in rooms are life-savers for long stays and the pool-side restaurant serves very nice coctails and all you need for lunch (order fresh fish -- you won't regret it!). The location is very good for families with kids: still close to the city (10-15 min by bus), but far enough from the night life. There's a mini-market open 24/7 right in front of the reception. Apart from that there's really good WiFi in public places (pool, restaurant, etc.), new AC unit in rooms and very frendly and helpful stuff.

WiFi in the room was particularly annoying: no signal in the bedroom and on-and-off in other areas. Not a real problem for us as we had roaming anyway, but still this is particularly sad as they have quality WiFi equipment there (Ubiquiti), but still in-room internet is barely present. In general there are little bits and pieces here and there that may disappoint (but once you know them it's usually totally fine). E.g. fresh fish, pasta and coctails at the pool-side restaraunt were amaizing, but the kid's burger looked like a fried frozen cutlet from a supermarket. Or the room service (every second day): it was good, but a couple of times new towels were fusty (still clean though).

The pool was the best feature. The apartman was spacious and nice, every room with ac. Macronissos beach is in walking distance. A supermarket is outside the hotel. Cute cats and agamas.

The breakfast was the same every morning. The pool could only be used from 10 to 6 pm. No entertainment. The garden area a bit neglected.

It was super close to the beach and Waterpark! The pool was lovely, the happy hour at the bar was great value for money. The food at the bar was good too. My kids and I stayed in an older style and my friend and her children stayed in a more modern style. Both had their merits. I love the effort the housekeeping went to in making my kids beds. Paying attention to putting their toys and special blanket neatly and well presented on their respective beds. It was a lovely touch.

The wind, but I can hardly blame that on the village🤣. My shower wasn't great, but it did the job!

Is the bar for employee or the guests? Namely, the employee at hotel didn’t wanted to put on TV the game on EURO 2024 when my country played because as she said:”we are watching also England”. I assume that guests can dedicate what they want to watch. We needed to left the hotel and find another place for watching.
