Everything is very sincere and sweet.

1. When setting a table in a restaurant, spoons and forks are placed on a dusty table. It would be better to put it on napkins. 2. The boys in the restaurant who serve food have dirty long nails. With these hands they serve glasses of drinks, clasping the glass with their hand. 3. 3. There are no sockets near the bed in the rooms, which is very inconvenient for charging your phone. If you correct these couple of nuances, the hotel is undoubtedly beautiful. We'll be back again and again.

Location is second to none. Choice of a Blue Flag public beach and the hotel’s own picturesque yet rocky private beach. Hotel staff were superb and the extremely hard working. Thank you for the surprise champagne to commemorate our wedding anniversary!! Thanks to the lovely reception team!! The pool was uncharacteristically warm. What a bonus compared to some hotels. Taxi to Ayia Napa is roughly 10 euros depending on the taxi driver 🤣. Shops are walking distance. Hotel is in a quieter area compared to Nissi Beach

The food choices need updating. I would have expected an omelette station, more authentic Cypriot food like homemade Moussaka. Food should be portion controlled by the staff who should dish it up. Less pre-packaged vegetables and fish. Breakfast could do with individual live yoghurts. Berry fruit etc. The Spa area wasn’t as welcoming. You should be able to access the gym before 10am because people will want to go there before breakfast. The spa should be free to use. Rooms need slight renovation and carpets in the hallway need replacing to reflect the 4 star rating. USB ports in rooms is standard now in 4 star hotels. Lack of variety of entertainment if you don’t have a big family gathering or young kids.

Location was superb. It was right next to one of the best beaches in Cyprus. Also, swimming pools were great. Furthermore, there are lots of other stuffs like music, karaoke, dancings, kids club, etc.

The food was a let down for us. We took the half board option that includes breakfast and either lunch or dinner. There were quite a lot of option, but the quality/taste of food was pretty basic. It felt like typical office restaurant food. This was really disappointing from such a nice place to stay. I would recommend to stay in this hotel, but just eat outside. Cyprus has such great food options in every corner! One more thing that could be improved is to increase the access time to the pools. It is only between 10-18, which is quite short.

Great location, right next to 2 beaches, more beaches short walk away . The staff was all wonderful, very helpful and friendly. food was tasty, dinner everyday different theme and you could have Italian/ Greek or Japanese as well. We would like to come back one day.

Both pools closed at 18:00, should stay open at least until 20:00. The use of small plastic cups for all drinks during the day, too much waste

Location next beaches and how well are organized chill out zones, beach bar, swimming pools in hotel. We very like how was our room allocated in the hotel in front of kids swimming pool. Family positive atmosphere with mini disco. Some live concerts to chill out and have fun.

Wifi connection unstable, wifi login via web registration unable to connect baby monitor camera. Chips found under mattrace in baby bed. Evening and night program aimed at elderly people...1 hour of shouting BINGO random numbers is really poor activity. Sunbeds in hotel beach are not for free anymore as mentioned in some description/reviews so seems hotel does not have private hotel beach anymore.

Location was excellent, staff were super friendly.

30 second walking distance to makronissos beach which was great. The private beach in the resort aint that great. The staff was ok, loved dealing with Jana. She is a superstar. I would definitely promote her since she is great with guest relations.

Food was acceptable but wasnt that great. Cleaning crew didnt do a good job cleaning especially the balcony. TV was too small. The advertised room in booking.com didnt match the picture. I think it is very deceptive. Central AC didnt work and they claimed the dont turn it on until the high season starts.

We had fantastic time in Dome Beach Marina! It is amazing place to relax and rest! First I have to point out that the resort is very inclusive and suitable if you have reduced mobility. On the premises of the resort you can choose from one large pool, a couple of smaller pools and two beaches - one is smaller and rockier and the other is supreme. The larger beach is managed by Agyia Napa municipality so you have to pay 2.5€ for sunbed and 2.5€ for umbrella, but it is very well organized, fine sand, clear waters, showers, beach bars and water sports, just perfect. Outside of the resort, 10 min walking distance you have two supermarkets. The staff of the resort impressed me the most - they were the kindest, most hardworking people I have ever met -from the receptionist to the animation girls and the cleaning ladies! Now lets discus the food - we had breakfast and dinner during our stay - we arrived very late, past dinner time, and still received dry package of food! Both breakfast and dinner was very abundant, with a lot of options to choose. Our room was very spacious - we had balcony, big bathroom, huge bed and it was very clean.

1. In the room - the mattress of the bed was a bit hard. You have free WiFi, but you can connect only two devices. 2. The food - while the dinner was diverse each evening, the breakfast was the same, and also the quality of the food itself could be more consistent.

The food wasn't the best

Fantastic hotel right in the beach, pool was a good size and the facilities were excellent. All the staff were extremely friendly and the drinks selection at the bar was great. Loved the beach house and the room was amazing. We booked a standard double room and were kindly upgraded by the reception staff to the presidential suite on arrival as we were only there for 4 days and it was available. This suite had a private pool and an absolutely unbelievable view of the beach and it really made our holiday.

Not always the best food options for vegetarians. Evening entertainment was good but on some nights lacking.
