Great stay I had a wonderful experience at Maos Hotel Apartments. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and always attentive to guests' needs. Good location– just a short walk from the city center, which made it easy to explore the area. But need bus to go nissi beach. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the pool was a great bonus for relaxing after a long day. I would definitely stay here again!

Staff was so helpful and friendly, hotel rooms are basic but clean and had everything you needed, our room was cleaned 3 times and we could ask for clean towels and extra toilet rolls in between, there is a bar that's open all day and night and food till 5.30, pool area is kept very clean and the lovely Georgia the lifeguard attended was always there to help anyone

The hotel is located on a slight hill so may not suit some people, otherwise location was central to everything, advice is to download Bolt for taxis and food delivery's

Room was spacious and clean, with some kitchen appliances. The shower was great! Really good pool and pool area. And above it all the location is just perfect! Close enough to the center without being in the middle of all the noise. We would go out for dinner every night by walking. it is also close to bus stops in the Ayia Napa square if you do not have a car/scooter/buggy/quad. And there are little markets in he street, including one 24/7

the bed was a bit too hard and too short (my husband’s feet were left outside of the bed), but certainly no big deal

The service was excellent There were 2 ladies at the reception during morning hours they were extremely nice and helpful. The rooms weren’t getting cleaned every day but upon request they come and clean.( this was very comfortable for me because I don’t like cleaning services getting in my room without my knowledge) The pool was very clean, opens from 10:00 to 18:00 However cafeteria in the pool area is open 24/7 . I had beverages and relaxed in the morning hours. Thank you so much for everything. The reception lady even printed the intercity bus schedule for me.

I want to express my gratitude to the staff who went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. They were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We had to change rooms twice, and they handled the transitions smoothly. Additionally, they promptly brought an extra table to our room and ensured that it was clean and well-maintained with regular room cleaning every two days. The staff also provided us with pans and pots for cooking, and they were especially helpful in assisting us with transportation and explaining how to operate the washing machine. Many thanks to Alexia, Andri, Hamad, Ahmad, Gita, and Marta for their exceptional service! The renovated apartments themselves were spacious, with generously sized rooms and a large shower cabin. The presence of a kitchenette with a small refrigerator was convenient for preparing light meals. The highlight of the property was the impressive pool area, which included a separate section for children, sunbeds, umbrellas, a bar, and outdoor tables. The availability of billiards and soccer tables added to the entertainment options. During the day, the atmosphere was peaceful, allowing for relaxation and tranquility.

We encountered ants in both the bathroom and the kitchen each morning, regardless of whether we left the garbage inside or outside the bin. We brought this issue to the attention of the staff, and they promptly provided us with ant repellent spray, which we used to control the situation by spraying the areas frequented by the ants every evening and morning. Don't forget to bring a power adapter with you to Cyprus (Cyprus uses power outlets and plugs of type G) or you can buy it in some supermarket.

The rooms are very nice and clean. If you’re going on a holiday with friends this is the best place for it. The pool is cleaned every night and is the perfect temperature. The food they serve is extremely good and behind the bar the staff are very friendly and joke around with you. When u stayed watching the euros he let us try free shots and even breatherlised us when we came back from nights out as a joke. 10/10

A Maos Hotel Apartments has a very good location, near everything but still a little bit further from all the noisy places. The pool area was just a huge plus for the hotel and also we really enjoyed that hotel bar/restaurant is offering very nice drinks and food for very reasonable prices:)

Just keep in mind that the hotel is located up on the hill so might be little difficult if you are not a sporty person 🙋🏼‍♀️

The staff were so helpful! Any problems we had were sorted straight away. The room was really big and had everything you needed. The location is perfect, only a 10-15min walk from bars, restaurants, shops, etc.

We didn’t get to use the pool as it was always full of loud young people so never relaxing and was always so full.

The staff at the reception were super helpful with everything we needed. They helped us plan our travel routes and order taxis. Also, when we arrived before the check-in time, they provided a locked space for our luggage and welcomed us to stay at the pool.

the fact that the was no soundproofing what so ever, there was no handsoap or body soap available and the fact that there was no bath mat resulted in a huge amount of water coming out of the bathroom into the actual room
