Very nice hotel room, very close to the beach, got the sea view room, complimentary wine was very appreciated. Room had everything you need. The cleaning of the room is top. Overall calm hotel and area. Bus station nearby for Nissi beach or downtown. Supermarket also close around 5 min walk max. Everything was very clean in all areas, after check-out we were allowed to keep the pool towels to use as we had a late flight and had access to the spa shower with clean towels afterwards. Breakfast was the same everyday, not a large variety but there were a few options out of everything. Spa,gym and sauna available. The restaurant Elia has a very lovely design. Pool area is also cool, in the back there are a few secluded sunbeds and bean bags, also great staff. Oh and we needed a charging adapter for their charging ports and we could borrow one from the reception(lack of research from our side). Our stay was tremendous and definitely recommend this hotel.

Most of The staff was really friendly , lovely hotel , loved my Room it was super luxurious, amazing location, nice restaurant at the hotel with some lovely events of live musicians.

You can hear everything around the other rooms , one time we had music on out the balcony & was thrown trash from our neighbors in the next rooms which was embarrassing . We never played music again so we wouldnt be kicked out of the room cz we had a threat from the receptionist . I also didnt like that the gym at the hotel closes at 7pm so u cant workout at night .

I spent 9 nights at this hotel — one of the best places I have ever stayed in around the world. I booked a Grand Suite, which was very beautiful and spacious, with a jacuzzi and a stunning view. The staff were wonderful, especially the receptionists. I truly like them and like how they treat the guests. The food was good, the location excellent and quiet, and the cleanliness level was outstanding. I will definitely stay here every time I visit Ayia Napa. I highly recommend it.❤️ Tamam Abusafi

Really lovely hotel. Great breakfast, pool with a view and good size, modern rooms. The sea view room was also lovely, though if I returned I'd try get a room over the pool as it had a slightly nicer view. We'd also recommend eating at the restaurant, it's some of the best food we had in Aiya Napa.

Cyprus has a very liberal interpretation of outside when it comes to smoking. People were able to smoke under cover at breakfast, so the whole undercover outdoor dining area often filled with cigarette smoke. I appreciate it's a cultural thing but pretty gross, especially given how many young kids and pregnant people stay at the hotel! Also you can't drink tap water at the hotel but there wasn't any water refill stations. Given they constantly talk about the need to be eco friendly the reliance on plastic bottles was disappointing.

Breakfasts - I had never on my trips ate that varied breakfast. Lot's of local products, good quality. There wasn't many junk foods like cornflakes, preheated bread products, low quiality food etc. I felt there like in more expensive hotel then it was. Pool clean, there always been sunbeds available. Wasn't reservation by towel. Nice room, clean, well equipped - two pair of towels for each, bathrobe, extremely kind service people, always with smile on face. Cleaning everyday or on demand. Bed comfortable, pretty good view(side see view). Quiet on common areas.

I have stayed at Napa Mermaid a couple times already. It is always a wonderful experience. I just wanted to give a special shoutout to the staff. Everyone from reception, to cleaning and at the restaurants is really helpful and just pleasant to deal with. I've been to a couple hotels in Cyprus and they really stand out to me. Fantastic team. Hope they keep the positive vibes going!

Everything is wonderful. Especially if you can get a nice last minute discount during the summer period. Sometimes the prices are really high during peak season, but that is normal for Ayia Napa. No way around it. Will definitely be back!

Well located just outside of the hussel and bussel of Ayia Napa but still in walking distance to everything and a great beach just across the road. Stunning views with a large patio to enjoy the sunny weather Cyprus got to offer. The hotel has all amenities that one needs for a comfortable stay with great spa, pool and eating facilities. Bedroom was large with ample place to unpack everything and lovely large bathroom with a separate shower and toilet area and 2 wash basins and comfortabel bed.

The pillows that was provided was not of great standard and during our stay the pool area was a self served area and one could not order from the pool side.

A medium size beautifully Boho chic design hotel. We stayed in a Modern room design with a view to the sea and partial view to the pool. Hotel and room were very clean. Breakfast was great. Pool was great too with lots of bed options. Great access to the beach in front of the hotel, only five minutes of a walk. Additional towels for the pool were ready in our room on arrival. A convenient hotel parking lot free of charge. The hotel was fully booked, so they couldn't honor our late check out request, instead they offered their baggage storage and a free use of the pool and showers at the spa. I must say we were so impressed with the showers, every thing needed was there, clean new towels, sampoo, shower gel, hair dryer even body lotion! we got to enjoy more time at the pool and sea and not worry about where to get cleaned up before our late flight. We left with a strong desire to come and stay at the Napa Mermaid hotel again, but next time for longer and with reserving some spa treatments 😊👍

If I really really have to... 1. Water pressure in our shower room on the third floor felt weak. 2. Shower room is not so big. 3. Water splashing out a bit. 4. The adult pool water level seemed lower than most pools. We really didn't mind of any of those four, cause we had a great time!

The hotel is truly amazing. Helpful staff gave us all sort of information regarding bus transfer, nearby beaches and so on. We tried to reach Nissi beach which is 10-15 minutes away by bus, but we didn't like it. It was overcrowded and has long shallow water. The beach in the vicinity of the hotel (5 minutes away) is just fine. Two sunbeds and umbrella cost 7.5€. Breakfast is with great diversity, could have been more vegan options however. I would recommend junior suite, has a good view and is very calm at night. City centre is a 20 minutes walk. So many restaurants with very good service.

If I must say, we didn't like the bathroom in particular. It is spacious alright, but with glass walls and doors. A bit strange and less private than we are used to.

Although the hotel is not a classic «family resort » but we felt that we had all we needed - children’s pool, mini play area, kid’s menu. All area’s were accessible with a stroller. But the best was that we were upgraded from a junior suite to a spacious grand suite, to make us feel more comfortable in our 5 night stay with 2 kids. Very friendly staff - all very helpful and serviable. We had a lot of cleaning to do in the room (very messy baby…) and we never felt that we were not welcomed. The food was great - the breakfast had a wide variety and tasty. We chose on certain days a-la-carte lunch, buffet diner and restaurant diner - which was all very good.

Maybe some wouldn’t like that the location is a little far from city center but we didn’t mind the nice walks and the quietness of the area.
