Nice hotel 10 minutes walk from the center of Ayia Napa. Room was not large but clean and functional, the beds are super comfortable, and with a balcony to the sea and pool. Staff was friendly, except when we checked in and realized we got rooms on the 1st floor when we consistently asked for upper floor, and we arrived right at 2pm when checkin starts. This was however settled after talking to the manager who was very helpful. Pool is large and great, bars near the lobby and the rooftop were wonderful as well. We loved the theme nights by the pool with music and shows. Breakfast was great. Overall we liked the hotel and enjoyed our stay.

Food at dinner was plentiful, but the quality was not very high. Kids club was small and not much activity by the staff. The beach is nice but the water was sometimes full of brown seaweed and therefore the water was not inviting. Again, overall we liked the hotel though.

We had a lovely time at the hotel and looking forward to many more. Friendly staff, clean and upgraded facilities, absolutely adored the bathroom in our room, enjoyed the huge pool and sandy beach. The view was absolutely breathtaking from our balcony. Will definitely visit again.

Overall a great experience only minor issue is that it would be convenient if they offered food later in the evening. Since we were on holiday and we had late nights the kids got hungry a couple of nights after 21:30.

There are not enough words to describe how nice the hotel and the staff are! The room was clean, food portions gigantic, fast room servide and everyone was very very nice! We had a medical emergency and they helped is out with that as well as any orher requests we had. We will definetly be returning. The nature is very compelling as well, the beach next to the hotel had the most gorgeous water.

This is my second time in this hotel, last time I had a room with a sea view and this time I took the garden view. If you get the ‘garden view’ room located at the side of the front entrance to the hotel, you’ll be regularly woken up by extremely loud staff shortly before 7am, at the time when they are arriving at work. That’s quite irritating for those who want to enjoy quiet mornings, or sleep longer. I like everything else about the hotel, so if I would like to come back I would only go to the other side of the hotel, unless the hotel management does something about this meanwhile.

What I liked was the friendly staff, the cleanliness of the hotel, the location, and the excellent dinner.

What I didn’t like was that the sunbeds in the outdoor area needed to be cleaner, the breakfast was very limited and repetitive, and there was little variety in the children’s menu.

I liked the room, it was specious, clean, great view, the location ( near the beach ) thr staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast.

The price was 275 per room, I think it was a bit expensive for a 4 star hotel ( for Cyprus ) and considering that the hotel is not exactly new.

Very nice, modern and comfortable hotel directly on a beautiful sandy beach. Nice and very professional staff. Excellent food. Rooms are nicely furnished with very comfortable beds. There is plenty of sun beds on the beach, many of them with beautiful view on the sea. The hotel is within walking distance to center of Ayia Napa (10-15min). I fully recommend

Everything was great. Perhaps the pool area needs a little update but to be honest it’s good tge way it is!

Very beautiful landscape of the hotel, friendly staff kind and sweet, big comfortable bed and amazing stunning views of sea view the sunset beautiful from our room we were on the 3rd floor, very clean, a lot of selections on the TV AND THE GREAT EXCEPTIONAL BREAKFAST WITH LOTS OF VARIETY OF FOODS DELICIOUS!!!

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. My wife is lactose intolerant and they went above and beyond to provide us with lactose free cheese, milk and yoghurt. Excellent.

Our room was in the fifth floor under the roof bar. We couls hear the chairs and tables being dragged when they were setting up and when they were tidying up.
