This is my second time in this hotel, last time I had a room with a sea view and this time I took the garden view. If you get the ‘garden view’ room located at the side of the front entrance to the hotel, you’ll be regularly woken up by extremely loud staff shortly before 7am, at the time when they are arriving at work. That’s quite irritating for those who want to enjoy quiet mornings, or sleep longer. I like everything else about the hotel, so if I would like to come back I would only go to the other side of the hotel, unless the hotel management does something about this meanwhile.

There are not enough words to describe how nice the hotel and the staff are! The room was clean, food portions gigantic, fast room servide and everyone was very very nice! We had a medical emergency and they helped is out with that as well as any orher requests we had. We will definetly be returning. The nature is very compelling as well, the beach next to the hotel had the most gorgeous water.

Very nice, modern and comfortable hotel directly on a beautiful sandy beach. Nice and very professional staff. Excellent food. Rooms are nicely furnished with very comfortable beds. There is plenty of sun beds on the beach, many of them with beautiful view on the sea. The hotel is within walking distance to center of Ayia Napa (10-15min). I fully recommend

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. My wife is lactose intolerant and they went above and beyond to provide us with lactose free cheese, milk and yoghurt. Excellent.

Our room was in the fifth floor under the roof bar. We couls hear the chairs and tables being dragged when they were setting up and when they were tidying up.

Very beautiful landscape of the hotel, friendly staff kind and sweet, big comfortable bed and amazing stunning views of sea view the sunset beautiful from our room we were on the 3rd floor, very clean, a lot of selections on the TV AND THE GREAT EXCEPTIONAL BREAKFAST WITH LOTS OF VARIETY OF FOODS DELICIOUS!!!

The room was very cozy and it was obvious that it had been renovated. There was a room with a side sea view. Friendly and polite staff. The hotel exceeded my expectations, updated and nice area, swimming pool, access to the beach.

Friendly staff, very spacious and clean rooms, nice facilities overall a very good experience

It would be nice if they served better coffee at the pool bar. Also, at 4:30 every day a member of the staff goes around the pool and closes the umbrellas and lowers the back of the wooden sunbeds by just letting them violently drop continuously making a sudden noise which woke us up both days from our afternoon siesta by the pool, please stop doing this!

Wonderful beach, perfect for families. Beautiful sunset. The room was always very clean (despite all the sand).

The room was relatively small. It was difficult to have only a light meal for dinner.

Breakfast was very good with a lot of choices, pool area was great, always sunbeds available.

Our room was at the ground floor, neer the indoor pool, although the room was nice and we had a partial pool and sea view, the room was humid.
