A very cozy and secluded place — perfect for disconnecting from the outside world and enjoying nature. The atmosphere is truly calming, and it’s a great escape if you’re looking for peace and quiet. One thing I really appreciate is that the hotel is pet-friendly — it’s wonderful to be able to travel with your furry friend. That said, it would be even better if there was a designated, fenced-off area for dogs to walk and play. While many guests love animals, there are others who may feel uncomfortable or afraid, regardless of how friendly the dogs are. A small barrier would make it more comfortable for everyone. Overall, a lovely stay and would definitely return!

The hotel is located in a beautiful area—perfect for those who love golf and nature. It's only about 15 minutes by car from the center of Karlovy Vary, offering a great balance between tranquility and accessibility. The hotel is well-equipped with everything needed to make your stay truly memorable. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and our room was spotlessly clean. Convenient on-site parking is available. We especially enjoyed the sauna, spa, and swimming pool, which offers a lovely view. The breakfast and dinner were both excellent—we had the half board option included, and it was well worth it.

I would suggest adding to the room Lotion for Body and conditioner for hair.

The staff who we dealt with were amazing, polite and attentive to us and our baby boy. We booked the romantic package (with a 7 month in tow) and the staff were extremely accommodating to our needs. They added a baby high chair for our "romantic dinner for 2" (and a half), they split our "couples massage" into 2 singles. We couldn't complain about anything at the property. Rooms and property were very clean and well presented.

Unfortunately, it felt like the hotel staff were on skeleton crew, and a handful of people attended to the entire hotel (successfully) - maybe felt a bit like the hotel was struggling ? Really hope it isn't and we'd love to visit again.

We liked the location. The surroundings are beautiful because the golf club is surrounded by forests.

One cannot charge any expenses to the room and guests are requested to pay for every service on the spot. This is uncomfortable and odd because it shows mistrust from the hotel's side. We took golf lessons and those could only be payed in cash. Since there are no euros in Check Republic, we had to go to the ATM in Karlovi Vary to withdraw some money. The menu at the restaurant is pretty limited.

Great location, beautiful nature. The windows of the room faced the forest, a really good buffet breakfast. Nice pool with a view. We were with a small child, the staff was very sensitive to us and helped us.

The fluffy fan on the ceiling turned out not to be a design decision, but a thick layer of dust. Many of the furniture in the hotel and restaurant have strong signs of wear and tear, up to the point of holes. There is no privacy on the terrace. If all the guests are on it, they will sit in one row and look at each other

Staff is really nice. Especially during dinner the waiter was really attentive. The hotel is very clean, in English golf style, and the surrounding landscape is great. The wellness area is really big with many different saunas, a pool and rest zones. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We asked for additional second pillows and they brought it right away.

I think breakfast needs to be improved. Coffee is avarage. Selection of fruit is poor as well as the taste of eggs (or what it tries to be eggs). Some items did not have the label, some did. Kinda reminds me of how breakfast were in 2017. If you are a person who loves breakfast then I think this could be a let down a bit.

A great and calm resort far from the city. We did not play golf but we like SPA and wellness so we used that. Beautiful nature, calm environment.

It is allowed to smoke on rooms' balconies. If your neighbors smoke and you don't like it then you can avoid the smell by closing your room's balcony door. When it is hot outside we wanted to switch aircondition on but it did not work, just make a noise without any temperature effect. It looks like the place was affected by the pandemy and some things have not been restored.

Food was good, especially when paid during dinner time. Though the breakfast might have more variations and choises. Visitors can try golf hitting for 1-2 eur per 30 balls, great experience for the beginners. Pool was inside that means that even when the weather is bad you can take a swim. Very good attitude towards dog owners.

The restaurant has the last meal at 8.30 PM which is too early. No nice hiking trails near the hotel. SPA could be better, the Turkish sauna had some strange smell that we did not like. The water in the pool could be a bit warmer.

Breakfasts are ok but every day the same and no choice. if you staying for more than 2 days you’ll feel it… Dinners are not very testy as well.

Very friendly high quality staff, perfectly talking in English and German too. Many options for breakfast.

Evaluated facilities lower just for no air conditioner in the room. In August it was very hot to sleep at night.
