The front desk staff, Nikolai and night staff, Olaf were so warm, friendly and accommodating. They gave helpful advice about the facility, touring and even places to see out of the region, all in English. The breakfast was ample and could feed anyone, even a vegetarian. A beautiful location to sleep with the most comfortable beds of our whole European trip of a month. The best sleep ever! Free, safe parking. The walk into Town was a pretty 30 minute slow walk through a woodsy area, or you could take the bus.

The facility is old and could use some cosmetic facelift help. Better lighting in the building: in our bathroom one of the mirrors was missing off the vanity. Nothing impacted our stay though. The coffee and juice at breakfast were very weak.

Very clean and cozy room. Very helpful and friendly receptionist. The hotel is very quiet, surrounded by nature. Going to the city centre makes for a nice 40 minutes walk on flat terrain but there is also Bolt taxis that can be summoned for very little money. A busstop is also available across the street. I am not aware of any breakfast services but there is a machine at the entrance to provide with morning coffee. I had a great stay!

Location is a little far from the city center but it's walkable (1h) and sometimes there are buses but mostly Bolt drivers. All in all a great value for the money.

There aren't many buses that frequently go here during the night. Bolt is expensive if there aren't at least 3 people sharing it.

Very nice and friendly staff. That was perhaps the best part. It’s also tucked up in the mountains, so it’s beautiful. There’s a network of trails right in front, and you can even walk all the way to town using those trails.

It is a bit far from town, and public transportation to the hotel doesn’t run often (but every 2 hours approximately, bus #7). There is another bus (#2, I believe) that runs a little more often (every 45min) with a stop just 15-20min walking distance away from the hotel.

Great place—second time staying here. Nicely located in the forest, not too far biking into town. Staff are extremely nice and helpful!

The room was nice and clean, the receptionist was friendly and the views from the room were amazing. You are in the forrest, outside of the city, which needs to be taken into consideration. But we had no problem there, everythings worked well for us.

When you want to walk to the city centre, it is pretty far. Also the furniture and all the equipment in the room is a bit older but at the same time fully functional. We did not really have anything to complain about.

Windows to the nature, river view, outside was 30 degrees, but in room was very fine even without the aircondition. Clean.

Beds need a new matresses. No TV on room.
