The place is clean, quiet, with fresh air, beautiful surroundings, and friendly people.

Due to its location in the mountains, the internet was very poor, both wifi and mobile data. The restaurant only operated during breakfast hours and was closed at other times, so no dinner was available. It is difficult without a car. Additionally, there was no draft beer available. Do not expect to find any draft beer there.

Hotel Bazant, located a kilometer from Karlovy Vary, and I consider this the first plus, it's peace and quiet. A mountain river flows nearby, you can hear the noise when the windows are open. Excellent breakfast, the staff is not intrusive, it is not noticeable at all. Overall great for a relaxing family holiday!.

Nice spacious, very clean room, big bathroom. Nice staff, who let us rent bikes for free. During KVIFF it is really great value for money!

Avarage breakfast, same everyday, when you come around 9:30 you only eat what is left. Location is bit far from the city, but we knew about that.

If you want to sleep in and don't require anything else then I recommend it.

Breakfast. Little choice. Sausage, cheese, bread some yoghurt and all in all the end because the scrambled eggs and sausages had run out and no one added any more. There was only fruit tea.

Spacious room

Breakfast was sh*t, old bread rolls, sausage- when you get in 20 minutes after breakfast started nobody would refill them. Smoke smell everywhere. Stained carpets all across the corridors, cleaning of the room non existent, just twice in one week got new loo rolls and bin emptied. Fridge is like freezer, doesn't work in way you are used to. Nobody looks after security, people can come in- property isn't locked up, strange people sit at night around swimming pool, do loud calls, nobody bothers. Sun beds are mainly broken, umbrellas are all broken, not secured. During storm some fell into the pool, nobody secured them. Really risky to be around. No stalls for refreshments, no signal, TV just four channels... even in prison you get better breakfast, safer environment, some TV to watch and maybe some (even little smile). I think the worst holidays I ever went on. And I can't even say we got what we paid for as for given price we really were expecting at LEAST some standard. This is * (at max)
