WOW WOW WOWWW 5/5 hotel!!! amaizng stuff high leveled resturant luxury spa clean and spacious rooms 11/10 experience First of all, the location of the hotel is amaizing, right next to the beautiful river and the mountains. Even though it's not in the center of Karlovy vary, the ride to the center is so quick and there are taxi's all over which are very avalibale. The hotel itself was great! the rooms were so clean with such a great view to the river. The pool and spa were intimate, veryy clean, and spoiling!!! The brakfast was delisious and diverse. And I must say that the stuff members were incradible. We felt so welcomed by the hotel manager, Lucia and Sonya , the receptionist, who helped us so much , and were so kind and patient. The hotel's resturant is high leveled and luxury, the waiters were very kind, one of them, Metin, was so nice to us, helped us with every quistion that we had, was so sensetive, kind, patient and really just made us feel like we're at home. We will defently come back again to this lovely hotel, We are so thankful for the great people and the warm welcome, highly recommanded!!!!

A cozy 5 star hotel that is good for recharging the batteries ! Strong points Personnel attitude. All of them eager to help and provide 5 stars services! Special mention for Lucie that was very supportive and gave us good hints! Spa area - not very crowded and quite keeping in mind the specific of the hotel-adults only. Food and restaurant atmosphere - extraordinary, deserving the 5 stars 🤩 Weak points - a liitle bit farway of Karlovy Vary and with nothing to do around. At the end weak points could be an advantage to have a quite and relaxing holidays. All the best!

A very beautiful and intimate place located in the forest and by the river, yet close to Karlovy Vary. This boutique hotel is perfect for relaxation, with clean and cozy rooms. The wellness and spa facilities have everything you need. The staff is incredibly attentive and caring, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. We celebrated my boyfriend’s birthday here, and I had reserved a massage for him. They also added a candle to his dessert and made a custom cocktail that wasn’t on the menu. They opened the spa center earlier than scheduled just for us and offered us a late check-out. I have never encountered more exceptional staff.

This property is located in an an isolated area with exceptional views. The staff are very friendly and speak English and German and are helpful in every way.

The restaurant in the hotel doesn’t offer any vegan dishes and the vegetarian options are very limited. The prices in the restaurant are close to outrageous with an Aperol Spritz costing around 13,50 Euro and the food isn’t good enough to justify the pricing. It’s merely okay . But if you don’t feel like driving into the city it’s the only option you have. So if money isn’t an issue and you’re not a vegetarian I can recommend this place but otherwise I would suggest a different hotel closer to the town of Karlvory Vary

Very pleasant stay in a luxurious room! Had the sea/mountain view, beautiful. The hotel is in a remote area, hence very quiet and peaceful. Enjoyed complimentary welcome drinks.

1 of 2 sauna cabins was out of service. Check-in took quite a while as the receptionist was busy and not at the counter the whole time. I would expect the receptionist to be at the counter continously and be a bit more friendly - it is a five star hotel after all. Plus the receptionist wanted me to pay like 60€ for early check-in (it was only 1 hour before check-in time and the room was available...). Took a while to argue and the receptionist finally allowed to check in earlier without additional cost. Would wish that the hotel would be more service-oriented.

Our children selected this place to celebrate my birthday. They couldn't have found a better place. The hotel is truly amazing. The location, out of town and close to the river, is beautiful. Everything speaks RELAX. The views either from the restaurant or from the room, the pool, and the SPA set the environment for a great stay. The staff, especially Sonya and the General Manager are very welcoming, always there to help, and very hospitable. Upon reception, Sonya was ready to support our needs, she made sure that our room would be ready even if we arrived a little bit earlier and offered a welcome drink while we waited. She also provided an overview of the facilities and instructions on how to use the SPA. She gave us directions to town, where to park, and places to visit. The room is beyond expectations, spacious, with a view of the river, and spotless. King-size bed and a fully equipped bathroom. A safe also that will be part of another story :) We enjoyed the SPA. There are 5 different types of saunas, well-prepared, and clean: Jacuzzi and pool. Massage service is in place. Now the Safe story. We had such a wonderful time and felt so relaxed that even though we always checked the room to avoid leaving anything behind, on this occasion we left our passports. We realized upon arrival at the airport, 2 hours away. After the shocking find, we called the hotel and both reception and the general manager took immediate care of the incident. They found our passports, negotiated transport, and in less than 2 hours we had our passports back. Talking with the general manager, the quick support we received kept our holidays still on track. What could have been a nightmare was a quick fixable event thanks to them. Muchas gracias from Costa Rica.

The property has beautiful view over a large river in somewhat mountains. The spa are is cozy and decently sized considering the small amount of rooms at the hotel! Also because of that it was never crowded! The staff was very helpful and gave us a charging cable when we both forgot ours at home! They are very attentive and take their time to help you with basically anything. Breakfast was amazing. It’s an a la carte breakfast, which is wonderful because everything is always freshly prepared just for you and comes with a good selection of juices and coffee specialties to choose from. The only thing to consider is that it was very warm in the rooms(25°C) and there seems to be no air conditioning. Also the bed was very soft which was great for light weight me but not so much for my boyfriend. All in all we loved our short stay here and will definitely come back in the future! If you’re looking for a nice hotel home away from home this your place!

The location is perfect, it was quiet and peaceful. We like the light features in the bedroom, the bed is also big enough and comfortable. The restaurant staff surprised me on my birthday during breakfast and gave us a small cake with candle, it was very thoughtful of them and made me feel really special. They have a nice parking lot, view from the room is nice, they also provided free coffee. Bathroom is spacious and has complete toiletry set. Staff speaks English, Czech and German and is always ready to assist us.

Truly amazing hotel. The value for money is very good considering what you get. The location is lovely, a perfect place to disconnect and relax. The staff is very welcoming, always there to help and very hospitable. Rooms: Very clean, big rooms with a cozy feel (very warm and lovely), a king size bed which is divine (haven't felt so rested in years) an amazing balcony with a lovely picturesque view. The bathroom was spotless and very big. In terms of facilities, there is a capsule coffee machine, cups, spoons and plates. The mini fridge is big enough that one can store some other stuff if needed be. And there are plenty of storage options. Breakfast: Large variety of "a la carte" menu, with tasty well rounded and diverse options, which includes french, italian, english and sweet options. Excellent and very tasty breakfast. Facilities: The SPA is amazing. You have everything there, from five different types of saunas, to a big swimming pool (cold water: 28.5 degrees) and the jacuzzi (warm thermal water at 38 degrees), they cover everything one might need to feel spoiled in a modern spa. They also offer a large variety of massages (sold separately). Parking: Monitored parking is available at location, which costs 6 euros per day. For electric cars, the charging can be done for free, from an household normal plug, at the bottom of the light posts. All in all, it has been the best hotel I have ever visited. A truly remarkable and unforgettable stay and for the first time in my life I felt very sad that I had to go home.

The room was very comfortable, spacious, and clean with a balcony to relax on. Nice large bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. The daily breakfast was great, nice selection. Great hiking in nature nearby. Front reception (Sonja) was fantastic, super helpful, kind and accommodating.

Dinner is over priced, expensive. Not a large selection to choose from and food was ok. Spa treatment was okay too. Taxi Tip - the hotel over charges if you use their taxi service (450czk) Best to get a taxi in town or at the bus terminal and ask the driver for their business card so you can call them when in need of a taxi. The taxi will cost from 140 to 240 czk.
