Excellent facility, saunas and pool with countercurrent - excellent morning exercises! Very big room with great view from the bathtub! An excellent private balcony hidden from view. Very good cleaning service with very friendly cleaners - 5 star! Anna was very friendly and described all the stuff very clear. Very good breakfast with good service. Nice welcome drinks. Even there is shisha in the lobby - but we didn’t catch a chance to try it. Multilingual communication: English, Germany and russian. We have strong desire to come back.

The other girl was very friendly on check in, but we were not helped with our luggage upon check-in. I think 5-star hotels should pay attention to this. If road was further away from the hotel, silence would not interfere.

WOW WOW WOWWW 5/5 hotel!!! amaizng stuff high leveled resturant luxury spa clean and spacious rooms 11/10 experience First of all, the location of the hotel is amaizing, right next to the beautiful river and the mountains. Even though it's not in the center of Karlovy vary, the ride to the center is so quick and there are taxi's all over which are very avalibale. The hotel itself was great! the rooms were so clean with such a great view to the river. The pool and spa were intimate, veryy clean, and spoiling!!! The brakfast was delisious and diverse. And I must say that the stuff members were incradible. We felt so welcomed by the hotel manager, Lucia and Sonya , the receptionist, who helped us so much , and were so kind and patient. The hotel's resturant is high leveled and luxury, the waiters were very kind, one of them, Metin, was so nice to us, helped us with every quistion that we had, was so sensetive, kind, patient and really just made us feel like we're at home. We will defently come back again to this lovely hotel, We are so thankful for the great people and the warm welcome, highly recommanded!!!!

The room is big, with a balcony, lake view. The breakfast was great with different options from menu. The hotel is located far from the center, if you want to avoid the crowds. However you can easily reach the center 15-20min by car, taxi is available. The temperature was low, so I didn't have chance to enjoy the location. In spa there are different masseuses, and only one was good in my opinion. Nice sauna area. A special thanks to Helena, who helped a lot with our issues.

I didn't like the food for the dinner in the restaurant at all, nothing was tasty. However the hotel is in secluded location, lake front, near the lake it is a road, and road noise wasn't allow to relax completely.

A cozy 5 star hotel that is good for recharging the batteries ! Strong points Personnel attitude. All of them eager to help and provide 5 stars services! Special mention for Lucie that was very supportive and gave us good hints! Spa area - not very crowded and quite keeping in mind the specific of the hotel-adults only. Food and restaurant atmosphere - extraordinary, deserving the 5 stars 🤩 Weak points - a liitle bit farway of Karlovy Vary and with nothing to do around. At the end weak points could be an advantage to have a quite and relaxing holidays. All the best!

A very beautiful and intimate place located in the forest and by the river, yet close to Karlovy Vary. This boutique hotel is perfect for relaxation, with clean and cozy rooms. The wellness and spa facilities have everything you need. The staff is incredibly attentive and caring, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. We celebrated my boyfriend’s birthday here, and I had reserved a massage for him. They also added a candle to his dessert and made a custom cocktail that wasn’t on the menu. They opened the spa center earlier than scheduled just for us and offered us a late check-out. I have never encountered more exceptional staff.

This property is located in an an isolated area with exceptional views. The staff are very friendly and speak English and German and are helpful in every way.

The restaurant in the hotel doesn’t offer any vegan dishes and the vegetarian options are very limited. The prices in the restaurant are close to outrageous with an Aperol Spritz costing around 13,50 Euro and the food isn’t good enough to justify the pricing. It’s merely okay . But if you don’t feel like driving into the city it’s the only option you have. So if money isn’t an issue and you’re not a vegetarian I can recommend this place but otherwise I would suggest a different hotel closer to the town of Karlvory Vary

Very pleasant stay in a luxurious room! Had the sea/mountain view, beautiful. The hotel is in a remote area, hence very quiet and peaceful. Enjoyed complimentary welcome drinks.

1 of 2 sauna cabins was out of service. Check-in took quite a while as the receptionist was busy and not at the counter the whole time. I would expect the receptionist to be at the counter continously and be a bit more friendly - it is a five star hotel after all. Plus the receptionist wanted me to pay like 60€ for early check-in (it was only 1 hour before check-in time and the room was available...). Took a while to argue and the receptionist finally allowed to check in earlier without additional cost. Would wish that the hotel would be more service-oriented.

We received a very good help in any point from all the poeple in the hotel espeacially from KAREL which helps up in problom we have had. He is a very unique in the way he understood the problom and how he solved it Thank you so much dear Karel and all nice poeple

Our children selected this place to celebrate my birthday. They couldn't have found a better place. The hotel is truly amazing. The location, out of town and close to the river, is beautiful. Everything speaks RELAX. The views either from the restaurant or from the room, the pool, and the SPA set the environment for a great stay. The staff, especially Sonya and the General Manager are very welcoming, always there to help, and very hospitable. Upon reception, Sonya was ready to support our needs, she made sure that our room would be ready even if we arrived a little bit earlier and offered a welcome drink while we waited. She also provided an overview of the facilities and instructions on how to use the SPA. She gave us directions to town, where to park, and places to visit. The room is beyond expectations, spacious, with a view of the river, and spotless. King-size bed and a fully equipped bathroom. A safe also that will be part of another story :) We enjoyed the SPA. There are 5 different types of saunas, well-prepared, and clean: Jacuzzi and pool. Massage service is in place. Now the Safe story. We had such a wonderful time and felt so relaxed that even though we always checked the room to avoid leaving anything behind, on this occasion we left our passports. We realized upon arrival at the airport, 2 hours away. After the shocking find, we called the hotel and both reception and the general manager took immediate care of the incident. They found our passports, negotiated transport, and in less than 2 hours we had our passports back. Talking with the general manager, the quick support we received kept our holidays still on track. What could have been a nightmare was a quick fixable event thanks to them. Muchas gracias from Costa Rica.

The location is perfect, it was quiet and peaceful. We like the light features in the bedroom, the bed is also big enough and comfortable. The restaurant staff surprised me on my birthday during breakfast and gave us a small cake with candle, it was very thoughtful of them and made me feel really special. They have a nice parking lot, view from the room is nice, they also provided free coffee. Bathroom is spacious and has complete toiletry set. Staff speaks English, Czech and German and is always ready to assist us.
