The staff members speak Russian, German and English and very kindly helpful. There're so many choices at breakfast buffet:cooked veggies were daily changed, so as fruits and fish paste for non meat eaters. Soy milk was there but then disappeared, which was my disappointment. Very conveniently located, restaurants, sandwich takeout shop, super market, bus stop from Prague, everything you need is very close. Room is spacious, very clean. Highly recommend..

Soy milk was disappeared :)) From the drinking fountain hot spring water places, you have to walk 10 minutes. I cannot find anything else.

The room is big and comfortable, easily accomodates two people with two big travel bags. Bit of a strange thing is the floor heating in the bathroom in July but it was still ok. There is no airco so the window needs to be open and there are many restaurants around so it can be a bit noisy at night (but so is every other hotel in that area). There is a big choice of breakfast items, everything freshly made. The hotel has their own private parking which is a big plus in the city. We couldn't try the spa this time but we'll be back next year then we try.

Staff was helpful, kind and polite, even when we had unusual requests XD Room as well as public hotel areas were clean and neat. Location is also very good, there're 4 very good restaurants right across the street, few convenience stores nearby, and it's about ~10 minutes walk from the "main touristic street". The hotel also has it's own SPA area, although we barely used it.

Breakfast could be improved for sure, it was ok in terms of taste, but no variety at all. Would be nice if SPA area (saunas in particular) had longer working hours, at the moment it's impossible to enjoy them without sacrificing other activities.

Good location, very close to bus drop off from the airport. A short walk to the 'old town'. Staff were very helpful. Plenty of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes nearby

Hotel breakfast was not good. It may have been cultural differences but after our experience on the first morning we decided to avoid it every other day. A strange mix of foods and unfortunately (for us) none of it very tasty.

Lovely hotel in the grand old style. Great restaurant/bar attached with good food and helpful staff. Close to train/bus station and the shops in that part of town. Not as touristy as the main part of town, so restaurants are cheaper. Swimming pool with jacuzzi, saunas and spa treatments available.

It takes about 25 minutes to walk to the main part of town and the facilities there.

It is a conveniently located hotel near the train station and bus stop and close to the city center. The room was quite recently renovated, but despite that, some details were worn out or not extremely well-planned.

Just details: the room had a coffee kettle, but no coffee or tea was available (even impossible to buy at the reception desk).

Very helpful staff in a centrally located hotel. We were lucky to find the hotel parking more by accident than good route planning. Located in pedestrian zone within easy walking of the springs and surrounded by restaurants.

Mini bar not stocked! But no big deal. No coffee machine in the room.

Staff is okay, dont speak much english. Breakfast was okay too. Sauna is pretty small but usable. Massages are okiesh for the price. Swimming pool is small, but clean! Rooms was good and big with 2 WC.

Could have been little more clean. Staff should be bit helpful, and should speak english!
