Clean, comfortable. Total university vibe - it's a hotel part of huge student house. Empty during summer, but I wonder how is it during academic year. Gives inmediate flashbacks from studying times, even reception ladies give "pani z dziekanatu" vibes :)

We were transiting through the Czech Republic to Austria and this hotel in Ostrava was perfect for us as it was on the way. The hotel is located in a student dormitory, but was easy to find. We had a 2-room suite - comfortable, clean and tidy. Comfortable beds. The breakfast on the second morning was also good.

I’ve been renting rooms for >300$/day and they were not as clean as this one. Exceptional service when it comes to cleaning. Very convenient parking. Good staff. For me personally felt like returning to good old days when i was in university, but in the best way, since the room was nice.

Students may be loud at night😅

Location is very good, very close to the highway, which was imprortant. Parking included.

During summer time from one point of view it’s undertandable, but would be good to have some heating in bathroom to dry motorcycle clothes. For breakfast would be valuable to have more vegetables and omlette

It's a strange place, but not bad for a night after a long journey. A quiet residential area with trees, houses and university buildings around. When you arrive in the evening, the building looks like a hospital, but there is a student dormitory. The building is not cosy, reminding me of large Soviet buildings, but the rooms are really cosy, modern and very large.

What was most frustrating was the very long check-in. We arrived at about 1am with two children and the ladies at the reception desk were chatting away for a long time, entering the details of all 4 passports, then printing out some sheets and it took about half an hour. This bureaucracy at the 1 am having booking a 3 star hotel was really frustrating, although the staff were nice, It's just the processes that are not very rational.

Very very comfy beds and pillows, free and safe parking, good breakfast (but just don't wait something amazing, it's just university camp). Spacious room and private bathroom. Notice: we stayed at the start of august (school vacay) and it was very quite!

clean room with all necessary things, the bed was comfortable. Friendly staff and good breakfast. It was my first experience with a shared bathroom but it was comfortable, the bathroom very clean.

Shared facilities - if I get a unit 'A' there is also the unit 'B' and both share fridge, toilet, shower, closets. This might be OK for some travelers, so just FYI

Great place to stay and relax after a long trip.

It's in the same building as the students dormitory, and students are not very quite but i give a huge plus for good windows noise isolation.

Great convenient location, plenty of safe parking available, suite provides with all amenities needed for comfort, excellent breakfast, friendly staff - highly recommended
