This hotel has probably the nicest staff I've ever seen. Everyone is super nice here. I also like the location, which is very convenient if you need to be in Poruba. It is my go-to place to stay each time I am in Ostrava.

It is sometimes a little bit nosier on the street, but the hotel itself is generally quite quiet. The breakfast is usually great, but this time I felt that there were fewer items available than last time.

Very friendly staff, good location (close to public transport stops), very spacious room and bathroom, clean and equipped with everything you need.

The air conditioning was quite noisy, and the room was not very well insulated and you could hear other doors slamming all the time. The price was not very cheap, so I expect a little better in this regard.

The staff was fantastic. Everybody was super nice. The hotel and the room felt very cozy. I really enjoyed my stay there. And the breakfast was great, a lot of yummy stuff to choose from. There are also very good restaurants and a confectionery nearby.

The only drawback is the sound insulation. There is almost none. So if your neighbors or people outside get a little noisy, you will hear them a lot.

Sareza Hotel is located in a quiet, sleepy neighborhood of Ostrava, but it was really easy to get there from Svinov station. The room is so quiet that you could "hear the silence loud in your ears" which was amazing. Beds were alright, the bathroom was well-equipped, didn't try the TV. Staff was nice, they tried so hard to speak English for us, since we didn't speak any Czech. Definitely would come again!

The bathroom ventilator was as loud as a plane taking off, and it's not an exaggeration. Plus we have found the name card of the previous person staying in the room (he was a festival promoter who came for Beats for Love, just like us). 😀 But these were minor inconveniences that we laughed off. Definitely would come again!

One of the few Czech hotels where you can really make your room dark, which is really important in a country where it gets light in summer very early.

If you have to be close by in Poruba at the sports facilities or at the universities premises, the location is fine. Otherwise it’s a long ride to Ostrava city center.

The personal staff are good and kind. The breakfast is sufficient. The air conditioner is working well. The position is well. The bus and tram stops are very near.

They didn't change the towel and bed sheets even though I didn't hang "do not disturb" They have just put new coffee and shampoo that's all. No cleaning again.

The hotel was immaculately clean and the staff were genuinely welcoming, kind, accommodating and helpful from beginning to end. The breakfast was served a la carte and was simply marvelous - not to mention the kitchen manager/chef was prompt and attentive to check in on guests whether they needed anything else. Overall, the value for the attention to detail from the staff, quality of the breakfast, location and cleanliness was exceptional.

++ : staff, breakfast (i checked out quite early and got some package which was appricieated), 24h reception, cleanliness + : place, small but comfy new room with everything that i needed, wifi okay, coffee/tea equipment - : 3-in-1 coffee in room (i dont like milk in my coffee - but this is just a small thing, i can totally recomend the place)

A good breakfast with a choice of seven options. My request to add an omelette from another option to the sausages, the chef fulfilled for free... Many thanks to him!

The breakfast was good. The hotel room was clean. We really appreciated the separated beds. The area was calm and we slept well.

The receptionist seemed slightly bored and the check-in was lengthy. We think the price was too high.
