Hotel has rate close to 8 out ot 10. Essential things are good and convenient. Proper and clean room, good breakfast. There is a parking on the ground floor so you can easily up your luggage by elevator. Distance to thermal bad les than 1 km.

Generally personal is good but it looks like mostly they are not try to be very effective for guests. Atmosphere doesn't stimulate visitors to pay tips! For example, our family asked for dinner at the evening. Dinner was ready quickly but we had to go to 1st floor to take it instead delivery to our room. Is seems to me that delivery to a room is a part of service for a good hotel. Moreover we were not satisfied meal. Dinner 5 out 10.

Sheets weren’t completely clean, with lint and hair present The duvet cover wasn’t clean either, with lint and stuck hair Although breakfast was generally varied and good, some items were overly salty for a breakfast setting

Very nice hotel close to the city center. Rooms are not very big, but have all you need. The beds are really wonderful, the pillows a bit soft, but that's very personal and with an extra pillow that problem was solved. Breakfast was not abundant, but very good. A little busy, so difficult to find a free table, but no shortage of food or drink. A parking garage under the hotel, clean but a little bit narrow. Trust on your driving skills or come with a small car ;-) Very good hotel for a fair amount of money.

The only thing I could think of is the lack of a shower cap. But we didn't check with the reception if we could get one, so that proves it wasn't that big of an issue.

Best bit about the stay was the breakfast! Plentiful and delicious. Bed was pretty comfy as well and big!

Could have been friendlier at reception. Maybe language barrier was an issue but I don't remember getting a smile at all in the interactions I had. The underground car park was a nightmare though. Tiny tiny turns and access points. Barriers that sometimes worked but mostly didn't. I think only when I left did it all work as it would. Safe and secure though I guess.

Very nice hotel in new building. Great value for money and quality, which you can appreciate given that it is part of the Hitlon group. Excellent staff members all round that went out of their way to make our stay special and address certain needs that we had. The staff really care and have the flexibility to give the guests a good experience. Nice breakfast was provided was provided until 11:00, which is great for a weekend family trip.

Parking is quite expensive given the area is not in a central location.

Very clean and spacious rooms! Comfy bed and quiet rooms! Nice lobby! Great breakfast and in general friendly staff.

TWENTY Euros for parking for one night is totally over prized for a three star hotel. Even in the Quellenhof (5 star hotel in Aachen) it is cheaper! Four years ago parking was only ten Euros in this hotel!

The location was nice, it wasn’t in the city center, but it was a 3 minute walk to the bus stop to go there, the hotel itself has a very clean and modern look, the breakfast area was very cozy and nicely set up; with more then enough choice. The hotel staff was exemplary and very kind and helpful, not a scowl in sight and were more then happy to talk in either German or English. Furthermore, the staff had information about travel, locations to visit. The rooms were very clean and our request for 2 separate covers were quickly and happily obliged.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean room with comfortable bedding and ample space for working with a laptop. Electric outlets in all the necessary points in the room. Adequate gym. I loved the waffle iron in the breakfast area.

It was difficult to control the water temperature in the shower. I would prefer if there was scrambled eggs for breakfast and not just hard-boiled ones.

The hotel was very comfortable, everything worked eg the shower was easy to control. The underground car park although tight to move around in worked well. The hotel was easy walking distance from CHIO Aachen Equestrian Centre. The staff were very friendly, helpful and spoke English. The breakfast was excellent.

The position was very suitable for work and I could walk easily into town for evening meals and after work shopping

The wifi was a bit slow once it had been set up and the bed was firmer than I would have liked. Otherwise everything else was excellent even the slightly changing breakfast options each day
