It was a wonderful stay in a most beautiful hotel. The breakfast was very good.

The housekeeping was not the best I've experienced. More importantly, most of the staff were really helpful & friendly, until my second last night - 13 Dec around 8 pm. I went to the front desk to discuss a concern I had, but the woman behind the desk was arrogant & gave the impression that helping me was below her station. It appeared I was interrupting her from something she was doing on the computer. I saw her at the desk the next evening & even my partner could see what a cold & uncaring attitide she was giving out. Sad, really, because I so wanted to give this hotel a 10 star rating.

For a birthday weekend sightseeing in Berlin, I am not sure if there is a better location? (Hotel Adlon may beat it but ££) We were able to walk almost everywhere from the hotel as the location was brilliant. From Christoff who welcomed us on checking in all the way through EVERY member of staff, we felt they all WANTED us to have a great time. One evening, the bar was effectively shut and the wonderful barman, not Tristan (who was also brilliant,) reopened so that we could have a drink before heading up. We were still there 45 mins later as he was working and clearing up and even offered us anotherd drink. Exceptional staff and service.

A wonderful upgrade from our suite to a Corner suite on checking in set the tone for our stay - I am not sure what they could actually improve on......

We only stayed one night here, but it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel is in a perfect location, close to everything we wanted to see and do, making it easy to explore the city. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. They greeted us with a glass of champagne to celebrate my fiancé’s birthday, which set such a special tone for our stay. The service was outstanding—attentive and genuinely friendly. Breakfast was another highlight. The selection was beyond impressive; they had everything from truffle cheese to a full honeycomb, fresh pastries, and a wide variety of other gourmet options. It felt like a five-star experience just to start the day! The room was comfortable and beautifully stocked with thoughtful details: an iron, ironing board, umbrella, and an excellent selection of coffee and tea. Small touches like these made our stay feel extra luxurious.

Excellent location, very close walking distance to all the main attractions. Very clean rooms with nice views and good value. Good Breakfast.

Limited food menu so if there were more choices ie room service was lacking in selections, this is an area that needs to be looked into. Majority of the staff very pleasant indeed but on occasion very matter of fact and literal so bed side manner and customer relations needs attention for some which can be easily remedied with additional training.

The hotel is very conveniently located, and it is very well maintained. The staff on the front desk (Sergio and Francesca) were incredibly helpful when we had difficulties with our flights … reorganizing airline pick-up and restaurants at short notice. Breakfast at the hotel was amongst the best we have enjoyed … and, as ate here one evening as well, we can confirm that dinner was also really good.

We have no complaints. We have no quibbles. We have no reservations.

The location is super good, all the good restaurants/ sightseeings/ beautiful places/ food stores located nearby. The hotel interior looks amazing, it’s clean and all is well maintained. Stuff is super welcoming and always ready to help with whatever you need. Hotel rooms have all the necessary amenities, beds were exceptionally comfortable, rooms were really spacious, well-appointed. The hotel restaurant offered delicious meals with a diverse menu. Prompt room service and food that surpassed our expectations. Check-in was smooth, also the fact that we arrived early in the morning, but hotel usually checkins after 3pm, the stuff was so kind to offer us a room after a couple of hours only, so we didn’t have to wait half a day, which was really appreciated. Check-out was quick and hassle-free.

Literally every little thing. It is so elegant, yet whimsical and not pretentious, the entire hotel is beautiful and comfortable and well maintained. the staff are literally the loveliest people. Tim was especially helpful and kind and when I returned from an important meeting, he greeted me with champagne and took photos for me commemorating the day. He also provided amazing recommendations for dinner and helped me get a last minute hair stylist. the location couldn’t be any better and central. However the room was quiet. All the furniture was comfortable and I slept so well. Even small details were perfect. the on site restaurant is one of the best restaurants I have ever eaten at. I am very discerning and usually always find things not to my liking. This hotel was absolutely perfect. I stayed for 5 nights in the middle of January and wish I could have stayed longer. I will not stay anywhere else when I visit Berlin. An elegant home away from home where everyone treats you with kindness, warmth and professionalism. The whole organization should be commended.

nothing I loved everything

The hotel itself is pretty good. Stylish, clean, with a good and pleasant service at the reception desk. Perfect location and nice view. Like a bonus my ~2 m husband for the first time had the bathrobe with no short sleeves )))

The breakfast concept: breakfast costs 40eur and you choose from the menu. Personally I didn’t like this. If you have no time- the quality buffet breakfast is always a good idea. If you have time it’s much more better to have breakfast in the city because the quality a la carte was honestly mediocre .. and in Berlin there is a huge amount of great cafes to have breakfast.

The hotel is right at the Gendarmenmarkt and the French Cathedral. A lot of the major sights are within easy walking distance. We were there for New Years and the Christmas market, a couple blocks away, was still open when we arrived. It was a high end market with pop-up restaurants from the local gourmet establishments. Our private balcony room, which was very lovely and comfortable, overlooked the back side of the French Dom with a view of the Berlin TV Tower in the distance. It was beautiful at night. We went to several of the many cafes surrounding the hotel for breakfasts but we opted for room service new years day which was prompt with our piping hot tea and coffee. The staff was great and very helpful throughout our 5 night stay. Also cabs were available right in front of the hotel which made our 4:30am airport departure stress free.

Location was excellent - very central and close to checkpoint Charlie, Brandenburg gate and TV tower

The bedroom was the smallest we have ever stayed in ! You had to climb over each other to get to the 2nd side of the bed ! The TV was to the side of the bed so you couldn’t watch it ! The heating couldn’t be controlled so we had to open the window The photographs shown on the website in no way resembled the room we were given
