The location was great and the two entrances were very convenient. The amenities were very nice and I enjoyed the items provided. I also got to choose the floor at the front desk when I arrived which was very nice - likely situational, but still very cool.

Funny story: I put up a 'do not disturb' sign on my door and next day it was gone. I put a note on the floor saying "please do not disturb" and that worked - I got a 'do not disturb' sign back. But the next day, it was gone again! This was not a big deal, buy I just don't like having staff go into my room while I'm staying there.

Location 10/10 We couldn’t believe how convenient the hotel was. Train from airport to FreidrichStrasse station about 100 meters from the hotel. The station includes all the means of transportation. Not necessary if you like walking. Close to museum island. Close to the river and cruises. Along the river are Murphy’s bar and Jamie Oliver kitchen. And tens of bars and eating establishments. Breakfast. Unbelievable. 10/10. We have been at much fancier hotels with much worse breakfasts.

Room 7/10. We were there for four nights. The room had a cupboard with hanging space only. No shelves and no drawers for our clothes. So we left our clothes in our case. No choice. Apart from that the room was great. People had mentioned the noise of trains. Yes there was noise but with triple glazing it did not interfere with sleeping at night. And only a nuisance if the window was open during the day.

The location was excellent. The bed was comfortable. Great breakfast spread, lots of choice including champagne and the makings of a bloody Mary if you fancy that. We had a room on the 3rd floor overlooking the train tracks. I was worried about the noise at first, but it turned out the sound proofing was very good and we didn't hear anything at night.

Housekeeping could be better. We had to request tissues and toilet paper as they didn't restock when they cleaned the room. Also odd black marks ( like from a permanent marker) appeared on our tub on the 2nd day of our stay. The vinyl coating on the floor was peeling off in places and I cut my foot on it which was upsetting. We reported this on departure. Breakfast was expensive at €28 pp.

Really great service. I was able to check in and receive the junior suite for additional charges. I was pleased with how beautiful the suite was. It offered a second room in which my son could enjoy his own private television. The room offered slippers, robes, a modern shower, a chair and a view. We took advantage of the breakfast buffet and the gym. The location was convenient to the Berlin Central station which allowed us to explore other points of interest..

Beyond the hotel's control but the street was a bit unsafe. As a New Yorker I am wired to sense danger such as pickpockets, and thieves. On several occasions people tried to bump into me unknowing that I am familiar with the significance. I would keep that in mind if you aren't accustomed to big city life. The hotel also gave me a charge for early check in with many of the others just offered the service. That was disappointing

The breakfast is terrific - really large choice. Served from 6.00am until 10.00am Mon-Fri, until 11.00am Saturday and until noon on a Sunday. The location is really central and very near a variety of transport possibilities. The two different concierges we had dialogue with were really helpful.

It would be nice to have a couple of drawers in which to put one's clothing, not just a hanging wardrobe with one section almost at floor level, a bit low for some people. We stayed for 4 nights, it does seem as the hotel is geared a little more for people staying for a shorter period. The safe was locked open, but we didn't need to use it, so we didn't mention it.

A very pleasant and comfortable stay! The room was spotless, clean and very well equipped — everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The breakfast was truly exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options, definitely one of the best we've had! The location was also very good, close to train station, nice restaurants and everything else we needed. Overall, a fantastic experience.

The only downsides were the check-in process - we had to wait over half an hour for our rooms due to a system issue, as our booking wasn’t properly synced with their system. Also, the room was a bit noisy at times because of the nearby train station. Still, overall a fantastic experience and we'd definitely return.

Location is perfect, next to train station that goes directly to the airport. Also, metro line entrance is next to hotel door. Around hotel are many shops which can be needed (clothing, food, hygiene things) and some restaurants, kebab shops. In the room only few times the trains could be heard but sound isolation is good, cannot even hear the people walking or someone watching tv which is good. Bed was extremely comfy, really good mattress. Bathroom was big, with all needed amenities. A lot of space if you have big luggage and want to open it.

Floors can get cold and no slippers are provided so I would recommend taking them, because there are no carpets in the room. It’s not a minus but shower didn’t had a closing door in the room, only the glass wall separating sink and shower that covers 2/3 of the wall between them which means when you shower you could really splash. So good idea would be adding 2 towels for shower floor in the rooms (if person doesn’t need any other cleaning)

Great location. Very clean throughout. Downstairs around reception was very sleek and modern in appearance. Wifi worked well. Room was a sufficient size as was the bathroom/shower. Bed, duvet and pillows were very comfortable. Liked the way the lighting is emitted from the headboard of the bed. Found it cool that there was a sensor light inside the wardrobe and that the "do not disturb" is operated via a light switch which lights up on the wall outside the door. I should mention there was a problem with the A/C in the first room I was given but reception staff quickly relocated me to a new room close by.

Was a little loud outside at times but given the location you have to expect it. Does fall quite after about 10/11pm though. Breakfast prices are laughable. Was quoted €26 per day for breakfast which I declined. Wasn't keen on the way one side of the bed is placed against the wall. There is definitely space within the room to centre it imo.

This experience exceeded my expectations. Staff was friendly and professional. Everything was immaculate and I felt very very comfortable. My room was on the 8th floor with a corner balcony. It was lovely and it had all the amenities I hoped for. The bed was comfy, the space was ample and despite being right next to a noisy train station the room was sound proof. I was so happy that there was a steamer for my clothing and a decent blow dryer for my thick hair. The only thing I did not like was the tricky angle that I needed to put my body in to prevent the shower water from splashing everywhere outside the tub. Hahahahaha. The floor towel was very useful and completely soaked. Other than this, everything was perfect!!! Thank you !!!!

Very close to the Friedrichstraße station, with a direct S-Bahn service to the airport. Quiet, comfortable, well-equipped room with armchair. Very good buffet breakfast, although crowded on the Saturday morning of my stay. Friendly, helpful, well-trained staff. The complimentary winter tea, hot chestnuts and biscuits in available during the day in Reception were much appreciated.

I couldn't seem to increase my room temperature above 21C. The service in the Bar was rather slow and the prices a bit steep, as were those of the mini-bar in my room.
