Close to the messe. Quiet and well isolated from sounds and noise. Tidy and clean. Beds comfortable, nice rooms. Excellent staff. Nice lobby to work and good breakfast.

The gym is not complete if you are used to training. It is more a spa/sauna with some free weights and 3 (good) cardio machines. The blankets for the beds are quiet limited, a linets, simple, would have been great. Nothing "special" , just recommendations for improvement:)

Great location if you're going to any of the events at the halls or stadium. Breakfast was brilliant, great selection of cold and hot food, and coffee brought to the table. Staff were polite and helpful, looked after bags and helped us book taxis. Decent soundproofing - we accidentally ended up there on the night of a big football match but still had a sound sleep despite all the noisy fans leaving the match late.

Super friendly, highly professional and helpful front desk staff, of a much higher quality than average in Europe. They could easily be the front desk staff in 5 star hotels in Hong Kong. I was very impressed. I’ve worked in hotels in my past in Asia and Hong Kong so I know what I’m talking about.

The bed mattress was worn out. Sunken in in the middle. Needed replacing. Apart from that everything was perfectly fine.

Smart hotel, plenty of parking, across the road from Dortmund football stadium, you couldn't be closer! Easy to get U train into town centre. All staff excellent. Good food. Lovely room, Comfy bed, great shower.

Location is key. The hotel was right next to the Westfalenhalle, Signal Iduna Park and Westfalenpark. There are tram stops close by that take 10 minutes to get into the city. The hotel was very clean, staff very professional and facilities were very good. Breakfast was nice with a mix of cooked breakfast, ham and cheeses, bread, yogurts fruit and cereal.

The location of the hotel is very convenient if you are going to the Messenger the stadium, which was our case. Otherwise, there is really nothing around.

location for my meeting, green surrounding perfect for evening run, had a quick dinner choice was good

wifi was lousy in my room, very slow email download. I don’t like carpets on the floor but that’s a personal choice.

location for the Signal Iduna Park was absolutely perfect - literally 2-3 mins walk to the turnstiles for away fans. Metro stations close by and Local Rail station into Dortmund main train station

Nothing to dislike really

The positioning of the Hotel was amazing. It's placed so close to the Stadium. I loved it. And even if it has 4 stars, I still felt it was really luxurous. Really rich vibe when I walked around in these clean and shiny halls. Really a great place to come back.
