Very quiet. Glad to have a bottle of water. Restaurant was excellent and staff very pleasant. Staff great all round.

I did not like the artworks displayed either in my room or in the corridor. I would have preferred something more figurative and definitely more colourful. It seemed a bit rude to say - you have a bottle of water and if you want anything else you have to pay for it and go downstairs into the lobby! Also, I would have liked a kettle, I had some sachets of herbal tea needing hot water and none was available.

Excelent location: walking distance to the most important sites. Excellent breakfast - although initially the price leaves you somewhat speachless but I believe it is worth the money. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff despite the opinions I read, was really nice and attentive; especially in the bar - we were quickly offered the menu and then during sipping our drinks, offered complimentary snack. Restaurant open till 10 p.m. and the bar till 1 a.m. The parking may seem somewhat expensive especially that there is a cheaper parking just opposite the hotel, but for 1 night it was more convenient to use the hotel parking and we could leave the car there during our site seeing after check-out within the same charge. I was actually surprised about the overall rating below 8 because for me it is a solid 9. Some reviews complained about the deco but the hotel was builit in the 90s and everything is in a very good shape. Anyways I was positively surprised. I would definately stay there again.

If I were to be picky, especially that it is a 4 star hotel. The towels should have been already replaced with new ones. They were somewhat greyish and torn in some places. Some elements in the bathroom could use some scrub (there was a little bit of scale on the shower head, anti-slip strips in the bath tub were darker instead of white) nonetheless overall the bathroom was clean. And I'm not sure about the detergent used to wash the sheets and the towels. I could see that they were clean but the smell was funny - not fresh. Either the hotel uses unscented detergent for the laundry or stores the sheets and towels in a place where they loose the fresh scent.

Friendly personnel with fast and adequate service. Good and varied breakfast.

Ordered chicken wings at the bar and in the restaurant was limited occupied: (< 10 persons inside and 6 outside) (having 3 persons personnel at the bar and 1? in the kitchen). It took 45 minutes to prepare this appetizer (19:30 till 20:15 u)!

One of the waitress at the lobby is very rude. Stayed there for 5 days. No room cleaning from day 4. Out of 5 meats served in the breakfast halal was only one. No amenities in the room. One water bottle for 5 days.

The room was comfortable enough, the breakfast was good as one would expect from such place but the real strong point of this hotel is the place, right next to the cathedral and Petersberg. The hotel foyer is very nice.

Some skin lotion in the bathroom would be appreciated.

Good location, pleasant and efficient. Reception staff were very friendly, one twice made dinner reservations at local restaurants for us . We liked the glass lift. Secure parking for the car.

The huge glass atrium gets very hot in summer. Our room only had a window onto the atrium, and with rooms opposite, the net curtains had to be closed all the time. This meant little natural light, so not a nice room to spend time in.

Central location, friendly staff who spoke English and upscale furnishings.

No microwave (hardly any German hotels have them as I think they believe them harmful or dangerous). Parking an issue and expensive even though easy and across the street.

Wonderful breakfast: huge buffet with great, fresh selections. Nice, big lobby, friendly and helpful staff. Two sinks in the bathroom! Good air conditioning! Great location, just two blocks from Domplatz.

Add a small night light in the bathroom.

Room qas excellent and spacious. The staff was so professional and attended to needs in making our stay comfortable.

Minor feedback to improve. Inconvenient not having kettle and coffee making facilities in the room. The coffee making facility was at the lobby though. Why not offering such facilities upon check in as a choice for international traveller.

Very good location, Very good staff. Clean and comfortable room. Recommended.

The breakfast could be a bit better. We needed two wine glasses in the room, but there were only two water glasses. Although that makes it not bad.
