It was a bit of a walk from the train station, but well worth it as it was away from the hustle and bustle and close to the museums, Romerberg and other sights (all within walking distance). Our apartment has a nice view of the river and the Stadel Museum across the river. The apartment is spacious and the good sized bathroom also had a washing machine. There is a small supermarket a block away which has everything you need. We would definitely stay here if visiting Frankfurt again.

We paid a city tax which was included in the total price paid via Booking.com, but then when we came to check out they charged us for a "Tourist" tax which had never been mentioned anywhere prior to this. If there was such a thing they should have mentioned it when we checked in, especially considering we had paid in advance via booking.com.

Good hotel in a good area. Breakfast was varied and good quality. We ended up on the 12th floor with a 'city view' and the skyline at night is nice. However, I had to bargain quite hard to get a view ...only was offered it after I pointed out that the pool & sauna were not available as advertised. The person at reception kept wanting to upgrade us for a significant fee not as a complimentary upgrade.

The pool and sauna were closed for renovations for weeks however no one let us know when we booked the hotel or when they confirmed. We booked this hotel specifically for these facilities (looked amazing on their website and booking.com) as we were coming off a 24 hour flight from Australia. When I pointed this out, I was told they are already offering a complementary breakfast- not correct, in our room rate we paid extra for breakfast, then they offered to upgrade us to a higher floor to get a view. Later on I realised I should have negotiated on the breakfast as it was advertised as 25 Euros each, so a 50 Euro discount possibly.

The furniture and room size is awesome. Breakfast was excellent. The staff at the front desk and the bar were very respectful, helpful, pleasant, and professional. The location is excellent and very convenient to restaurants, the HBF, stores.

Speaking on room 608, the sofa bed, ottoman, and sofa pillows seemed a little worn. The pillows were a little too dense, as if someone removed some of the material inside of the pillows. In my opinion as a well traveled guest, I recommand replacing the bed pillows, sofa bed, sofa bed pillows, and the ottomon within the next 365 days if possible. In no way did my furniture observation take away from the enjoyment and comfortability of my stay and my desire to return and have the privilege of being a guest again.

The pool and sauna were great to end the day or to relax before dinner. I recommend letting the front desk know twenty minutes ahead that you intend to use the sauna so someone can turn it on if no one has used it yet. We liked our room with the kitchenette as well as the location of the hotel near the opera house. Next time we'll get tickets! The old city with shopping galore is a pleasant stroll to visit all the attractions too!

The breakfast was adequate but we've had better at most other German hotels where the choices are more abundant.

The one-bedroom apartment was very spacious... The kitchen was well stocked and having full-size laundry machines was totally convenient even though they took quite long to wash/dry... The perfect place for a long-term stay (we were there a week)... Also - the location was the best... A five minute walk from Willy Brandt Platz where you could catch a tram or UBahn to any part of the city... Also a 10 minute walk to the Galleria/Zeil Shopping area and the historic Rohmer old city...

The pillows on the bed were very substandard... Flat and worn out... There also were only a dozen or so television channels and none of them were in English.... The tub in the bathroom is very deep and it was difficult to step over the edge... Finally - the breakfast was very good - lots of variety - but it seemed a bit overpriced at 25 euros per person....

Excellent location for my visit (museums and Oper Frankfurt all walking distance). Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Plus I got a free room upgrade through Genius.

Great location not far from the central train station and only a couple of blocks from the Main River. A small grocery store was close by and an easy walk to the Altstadt (old town). The one-bedroom apartment gave us plenty of room. The in-room washer and dryer were a plus as we were at the end of a 3-week trip and got to go home with clean clothes. There is an indoor pool and gym. However, we didn't use either.

There was nothing we didn't like. Everything about this accommodation was great.

good location - about 10 minutes walk from Haupbahnhof and about 5 minutes to tram station. The room is big and has nice views , we asked for higher floors but we were given 8th floor. higher floors would have given us good views of the river. The room has many appliaces , kitchen and even washing dryer machine. the room is generally clean though the carpet had some old stains. Bed is great . coffee and tea sachets were not replenished . we stayed 3 days - didnt matter as we had daily breakfast. Area is safe at night . it is located near a Jewish museum and there was police presence during Oct 7. from here we walked to the old town and used the trams.

pool has no heating - too cold for summer

Convenient location, comfortable suite, large bathroom with washing machine and drier, helpful staff (all services, from reception to cleaning, everybody was wonderful), two TV sets (one in the sitting room, one in the bedroom), well equipped kitchen. The swimming pool was great. Plenty of locations for eating and shopping nearby.

Few power points and those that were available were located in spots not easy to reach. No possibility to charge appliances via USB ports, which would be the best option especially when travelling, when sometimes one does not have all the necessary power point adaptors.

We had a lovely stay at the Adina Neue Oper in Frankfurt. The location was close to the old town, walking distance to multiple forms of transport, the riverside walk and restaurants. The staff were lovely - friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was terrific offering a variety of food for all tastes. Our apartment was roomy and comfortable and well set up to cook for yourself. The location was quiet and we had no problem sleeping at night.
