Good location, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The common areas are really cool, and they offer facilities such as kitchen, fridge, laundry machines.

It was very nice, but There are some details that could be improved. For example, my bed wasn't made when I arrived. They only left the sheets and other things on it. Also, on the second day, I think there was a mistake and that cleaning staff thought that I check out, because they took my towel and sheets. Since I arrived very late and my roommates were asleep, I couldn't ask for new sheets, so I had to sleep without them, which was very uncomfortable. The staff is very friendly and answers questions, but, for example, they don't explain the hostel's facilities. I only found out there was a guest kitchen at night because another guest mentioned it to me.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hostel. The place is large, spacious, and very clean. I had the chance to sleep alone in my room, which made it peaceful and free from noise. The internet connection was fast and reliable, and there was plenty of room for coworking, which made it perfect for getting some work done. Overall, a great experience, I would definitely recommend it to other travelers.

The only downside for me was the two floor level beds in the room. It felt a bit invasive, and I think it would be much better if there was just one single bed instead. Still, overall it was a positive experience and I would recommend it.

The location is wonderful, literally 10 seconds walk to the nearest bus stop, many stores nearby. Since there were 4 of us we could make 4 key cards, which was a pleasant surprise. We didn't really have a chance to visit the common areas, but I went to take a quick look before we left and it looked really nice and comfy.

Two of our beds were made, the other two had the sheets laying on the end of the bed and we had to put them on ourselves, and the multiple layers of dust under the table looked like it wasn't vacuumed there for a few months 😆, but otherwise it was great, even the bathroom was way better than I expected, my friends thought the room was going to be bigger, but it wasn't really an issue for us, overall I liked it very much

The interior design of the hotel, the designs of the rooms, and the kitchen design were very nice. In addition, since the tram was right in front of the station, transportation was also convenient. It was also nice that it was close to the markets as a location. The bed was comfortable.

First of all, the reception was one click slow because it was one person; it took a long time when there were too many people. It should go out to two people, but as an aperitif. Apart from that, the hoppers located on the edge of the bunk beds in the rooms were quite dusty. I think it was a bad option as an alternative to putting things because it fills up with dust from head to toe. And the room we were staying in was the size of two, but they put four beds in it, so there was no closet, and we had to put our things on the table, and it wasn't very comfortable. At worst, something like a chest or a closet should be put in order to make and put things for 3 people. It doesn't have to be very big, but it would be much better if it were anyway.

Very comfortable bed! Good thing bathroom and toilet are separate and are inside the room. Good value for money. Easy check in. Clean! You can walk straight into the reception without having to enter a door code first like in some other hostels. Juat dunno why I need to pay the 2 euros City Tax AT THE PROPERTY even if I paid online.

Charge me a couple of euros extra, your prices are great, but can you please have my bed ready to fall into the moment I arrive? Not a fan of having to make my bed and having to put the cover on the duvet by myself, as quiet as I can be, on a bunk bed, still making a bunch of noise and disturbing others when they are resting in the room. I dont understand how this is good for anyone!

Your experience will largely depend on the room you choose. I would not recommend to a women, as a solo traveler, to stay in a mixed room. If you choose more comfy room I would say that the place worth it. The room in general is okay, it has big mirror, local lights, shower was also good. The breakfast was tasty. The tram stop is just 1 minute from the place and it took me around 20 minutes to arrive at the train station.

I am not sure if there are air conditioners, but on the ground floor the smell was a bit heavy. Also it is good to replace a soap as it could be missing in some places (bathroom or toilet).

I like the comfort and the hospitality and the diligence of the staff,they were all hardworking,dynamic and amazing

Well, nothing I dislike but I guess the breakfast should be free of charge,as long as we paid the tax and the rent Meanwhile the access lof the laundry was a bit hectic and should be increased as well as the number refrigerators After all.everything was pretty good

Location was great, it was close to the tram and to the supermarket. Even the room was a little tight, it was enough for us just to sleep there. Hotel has its own kind of bar/shop, where you can buy beer, ice cream etc. The stuff was very kind and helpful.

When we arrived to our room, we didn’t have any bedding or towels, but even before we got back to the reception, someone from the stuff came to our room asking us to leave for 10-15 minutes. It wasn’t problem for us, because after coming back, everything was there, but it should be handled before we got there. Also, website says that hotel has a private parking, but there wasn’t any.

I didnt like at a&o gallues warte hostel have wome bulgarian security man who use drugs and speak rude with cuatomers.so i prefer ostend hostel because security and all other staff was very superb and welcoming.so thats why i book in ostend and loved it.

The room looks exactly like in the pictures. It had all the basic things. I like that we each had a socket on our side of the bed. The bathroom also has 2 dispensers - one for soap near the sink and one for body/hair wash in the shower. The location of the hotel is great. You take tram 11 a few stops and reach the old town Altstadt - this is the main part of town for tourists where you have all the sights and restaurants. Tram 11 also takes you to the main train station (and then the airport). For car parking you can message the propery or ask the staff and they will advise. At the ground floor you have some games like fussball to pass the time, and vending machines for drinks and snacks. The neighbourhood is very quiet and safe. Around the hotel there are gyms, fancy bars and offices. It was quite a nice surprise. There is an Aldi supermaket nearby, just no small non stop shops nearby.

There are a couple of things that need improving - the pillow was way too soft, the shower drain needed unclogging and it would be nice if they put some shelves in the room for clothes. It was mostly clean but it could be a little better :) Also if you plan to visit in a very hot season, there is no AC unit, so keep this in mind. We had 30 degrees and we slept with the windows open, but I don't know if it can get hotter than this in Frankfurt.
