The girl at the reception only answered in German, although I asked questions in English. Luckily I know enough German to understand, but it isn't polite of her

Very comfortable room; staff were very friendly; good breakfast provided. Very good location near the river, providing a pleasant walk towards the Frankfurt Old Town, albeit quite a distance, but good views along the way, plus opportunities to vary your route if you are walking to attractions and eating places. Not too far from the main train station and gives you a quieter more relaxed location to stay than if you stayed any closer to the main station. Trams are not far away, but I did not use any, so can't comment on them. If you stay in Frankfurt, I highly recommend taking a booked walking tour - there is more to Frankfurt than you initially think. The hotel kindly looked after my luggage after check-out as a I had a full day to wait for my flight home; this service was very much appreciated.

The hotel was very comfortable, so no comment here.

My hairdryer didn't work on the room(I forgot to say) - the bathroom was vey small - No Kettle s- being British I really missed my morning and evening cup of tea!

The breakfast was very good and food was available in the bar in the evening. Only water was available in the room and there was a television in the room showing German television programs. The view from the window was of trees and the river Main.

THe water bottle in the room wasn't replaced or replenished every day although tap water was drinkable. The room wasn't cleaned and the bed made every day, only most days. The bathroom was a little small.

I liked the Schokolhase at Easter and the bar food and orange juice. The staff were pleasant and helpful and I had met some of them there before. The hotel says it is good for repeat single travellers and I think this is the case.

There could have been instructions how to select different channels on the television. I watched only ARD, although I do not mind this as Tagesschau and Tatort are on ARD. I did not know how to listen to the radio.

Overall, we were satisfied with our stay at Ibis Frankfurt. Our room was clean and had all the essentials, despite its small size. We liked the breakfast and the hotel's location.

The bed was not as comfortable as we had hoped. While the outside noise was well insulated, the noise from the hotel itself (people opening doors in the hallway and using nearby rooms) could have been less apparent.

i liked the cleanliness and coziness of our suite. The value for money was really good!

The elevators could have been better. I preferred to use a staircase instead of waiting for the elevator. Moreover, there is rooms that end with “21” don’t have windows that open. I had to request a room change because of this inconvenience. Other than that everything was okay.

1) Location - the hotel is located in a quiet and safe area, and is close to the main train station. The old new town, malls and many museums are within walking distance too. 2) Room - triple room is of decent size and has a good layout. 3) Hotel staff - front desk personnel are friendly and helpful.

1) Breakfast - hotel could have offered a better spread and consider international guests in its food planning. 2) Housekeeping - we requested for housekeeping service once only during our stay but no housekeeping was provided.

I got everything I was looking for my stay. The room is comfortable, the usual amenities were available, the faculty was nice and the I got the river view which was the main reason why I booked the Manhattan room. The coffee was great as well. I would definitely stay there again

every thing was perfect , the Location ,staff , The cleaning service, especially a man from Afghanistan worked there, I am really satisfied with him

The price of the room was much higher for that room which was very small You didn't have slippers, that was so bad, I had to buy slippers for the room
