The location was great. It's across the Central Station, lots of food joints. The neighborhood gets sketchy after dark but it is very convenient to be in the center where everything is accessible. The room and the bathroom we stayed in were very clean.

Even though I reserved for three people, there were only two pillows and blankets in the room. For there was no staff after 2pm and we checked in around 3pm, we couldn't find any one to ask for the third pillow and blanket. It was very uncomfortable to sleep without a pillow. Also, you have to check out at 10am but our train was at 5pm. In a hotel with staff, you leave your luggage, enjoy the city and later come to pick up the luggage. That wasn't possible either. Fortunately, there was lockers at the Central Station, otherwise it would have been a huge problem for us.

clean and good price for the size of the room. It was a good spot since I needed to get up early and take the train it's only a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

I was on the 8th floor and the elevator only goes to the 7th floor so you have to carry up your stuff a set of very narrow stairs for the last floor, although this wasn't too much of a problem for me. Also make sure to pay and enter your passport information ahead of time because otherwise you will need to type it out on this huge screen right on the street where anyone could easily watch you.

The hotel is conveniently located near the main railway and bus station. Public transport stop, shops, bars, restaurants - everything within reach. The room was clean, bright, beautiful large windows and window sills. There is a kettle, tea, hairdryer in the room - everything as needed. Attention: after entering the hotel, there is no information in the elevator on how to get to the room on the higher floors - note, you have to take the first elevator to the first or second floor, then go deeper into the corridor and from there you can take the elevator to floors 3,4,5,6,7.

Self check-in was a bit slow, I had to refresh the page several times to find my reservation. It took me a lot of time to find out how to get to my floor, this information should have been sent to guests in an e-mail. There is a really unsafe area very close to the hotel and I don't recommend going there, especially alone.

It’s extremely centrally located just two blocks from the Hbf and 10 minutes from the bus station. It’s in a very busy nightlife area, so there’s lots of food, shopping and entertainment options nearby. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, serviced daily, and the breakfast is good. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

The immediate area is pretty gritty with lots of alcohol and drug users hanging around, but once you enter the security door it’s totally different. The corridors are in need of renovation, but the rooms themselves are fine. Unfortunately there’s no aircon in the rooms.

3 minutes away from the main train station, very convenient, easy check in and check out. 10 minutes walk to the city centre. The room was big and clean. Highly recommended.

The only thing I could say was not ideal was the bedroom windows leveled with the outdoor garden so people could easily enter the room if they wanted to. You need to keep your windows closed when you go out.

"I have stayed at this hotel twice, and overall, it is very good. The location is close to the train station, and the area is quiet, which I really appreciate. The hotel is very clean, and everything is perfect except for the internet. Since I work online, having good Wi-Fi is important to me, but the internet was not reliable during my stay. Because of this, I am giving four stars instead of five. If I were rating out of ten, I would give nine stars, with one star deducted for the internet. Everything else was excellent!"

It is a very nice hotel, very clean and nice furniture. I had enought warm in the room and also coffee and tea every day. The location it is a little bit tricky because it is near train station and not the best neighbours but it is very close to the train station that i found as a big advantage and also 10 min walk from city center. The personal was really nice and they have the electronic check-in on the front of hotel or at the reception. They also have elevator and parking place. You also receive a key on your phone that is very usefull to open the doors without looking for the cardkey. Overall it was a very good stay, in a spacious clean and warm room and I will come back there for sure.

I loved that it was really close to the Frankfurt Hbf, like literally 5 minutes away. I loved that the apartment was clean and cozy. I loved that they digitalized almost everything like a key to your room and hotel entrance is sent to your email and I find it really comfortable. Staff being able talk English also doesn't hurt.

Like other reviewers have said it the location of the hotel is a blessing and a curse on its own. The place is shady in the evening and there are so many creepy and homeless people around and I am not talking about the smell. But it's not in Hotel's control, so I'm not complaining. But they can control is that machine near the entrance that is supposed make our lives easier to get into hotel but noo it does the opposite.

We enjoyed our one night stay at the hotel. We were there for one night during the EURO 2024 so it was quite noisy outside. Nevertheless the room was very quiet. The check-in went very smoothly, we got our room on the spot, even if we arrived around noon. The room was very spacious, clean and newly equipped. The staff was very friendly. The location is great, near the main train station and city center. There are restaurants very close by.

Reception a bit confusing one time ground floor then changed to first floor. No fault of hotel but there was a false fire alarm incident at midnight which required evacuation to the street . From my observations I have some recommendations to hotel management/ owners
