- The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Frankfurt Station. - It is very clean and offers excellent value for money. - The breakfast was excellent and started early at around 6:30 AM, which was convenient. Both security and service in the hotel are top-notch.

While the hotel is the most comfortable I have stayed in in Europe for this price range, the surrounding area near Frankfurt Railway Station is somewhat disappointing. Despite this, I would definitely prefer to stay at this hotel again due to the service and comfort it provided.

Breakfast was very good for Western style meal but not for Japanese style.

The free taxi from the airport to this hotel booked by Booking.com. They did not give me detailed driver info until very last moment and I reviewed bad due to this late response, they cancelled the free taxi reservation without any notice. Then I need to re-book taxi servceice, the driver just keep calling to my cell phone when I lande100d way too early time and he charged 100 euro because the pick up time was too early just after 15minutes from landing time! I did not agree this is free taxi service since I paid 100 euro.

Br room was good, breakfast was good, Location is excellent for people who arrive by train. Just leave station at south exit, turn right and after 200 metres turn left into Stuttgarter Strasse.

For this price standard nothing could be better

The Toyoko Inn is an unexpected gem in a busy city. It is right next to the Flixbus stop and 5 minutes walk from the HBF main station with train, subway and tram connections. Take the side exit on the south side of the HBF near platform 1. The area on this side was very normal, felt perfectly safe even late at night. Great for a day trip to Heidelberg and for getting to the Deutschbank park stadium for a concert. Extremely helpful, cheerful and polite staff at reception, breakfast and housekeeping. My single room was surprisingly large with a proper queen-sized comfortable bed, large desk, a table with 2 chairs and a rail with hangers. There was a fridge and kettle, nice bathroom with toiletries and a bathtub! The loo had a much appreciated washing and drying option. I had requested and got a quiet room at the back and I slept very well. The airconditioning worked brilliantly to cool and heat the room as required, there was a little temperature gauge too. I also liked the large wall clock. There are 3 keycard coded lifts. Breakfast was included and it was a good buffet with enough choices for a vegetarian. I especially liked the chocolate cake. There is a bar with basic drinks in the evening but they don't have a restaurant except for serving Japanese Shabu Shabu which is not vegetarian so I could not try it. But there are plenty of takeaway places in the train station so it was fine. The coin laundry behind the breakfast area is very convenient, 2 Euros to wash and 1 Euro to dry a full load. Was great to have a bag full of clean clothes midway through my trip. The best part was the price, just E60 per night, real value for money!

The breakfast was cool actually, Japanese meets continental. They had boiled eggs, German sausages (Frankfurters), breads (even a toaster) cold meats, cheeses, fresh fruit and veg (cucumber, peppers et al), yogurts, jams, honey, Nutella, cereals and on the Asian side they had rice and some noodle soup dish. The coffee from the barista style Coffee machine was good also. The toilet in the en-suite was a Japanese style one, with a control panel attached... it still works like a regular toilet, but you can heat the seat or squirt water like a bidet should you wish.. The bed was comfortable, the room was quite and we had a beautiful picturesque view of the train station, which Portillo esk rail lovers would no doubt enjoy. The Foyer was bright and welcoming with a tasteful nod to Japanese culture. The location of the hotel is super convenient, the bus stop(s) for buses operating to Frankfurt Hahn et al is directly across road and the Haupbahnhof (main train station) is 2 mins away, but it doesn't feel like that, the nature of the hotel makes it a pleasant experience.

The toyoko Inn in Frankfort is even better than the ones in Japan. It has an excellent breakfast with bacon, hamburger, sausages, rotating on various days, and eggs, salad, yogurt, and good rolls and cake. It is not a great location for sightseeing in Frankfurt, but it is a superb location if you want to travel around the area to Mainz, the Rhine, the Taunus mountains and towns, and locations on the Main River, because the hotel is only a block from the main train station, and you can go everywhere by train. I tremendously like the room amenities which include refrigerator, safe, and hot water maker.

The surrounded neighborhood does not look tremendously good. There are a lot of immigrants and people who don't look good. But on the other hand, I did not hear of any crime or safety problems. I did not go out late at night. :-) I wonder if that could be dicey?

The room was so clean and confy, the location really great near main station, and also flixbus, and stop of different bus and tram, the staff they were really nice, o check out by 10 am, but you have the option to stay longer with a cheap price, so really I will be back Frankfurt and stay here again, thank you! And the lady of the room service found my y shirt, really appreciate it, I was running to get ready for my trip back home! The breakfast was nice too! Thank you again!! Ciao! See you soon this year

Maybe could give glasses bigger for the water in the breakfast, like advise.

The hotel is very good I sleep so good The hotel is so cleanI do not have any problem in the hotelBut I have only one problem with 1 of the workoutsI do not know He's name But Is a black guy he do not have respect to human being I was in the hotel after my program I have a 2 friends from me who was looking for hotel where to sleep And one of the guy is a white guy He said to them they should which if he can find something for them But this black guy Was telling them just no more space And did the white young guy What's still saying We shouldn't let him look for something But this Black guy was it telling my friends they should go out from the hotel It was when I began to shout with him that is when He do not say anything again But this nice white guy Was very very good guy He Help my friends to give them a room We at the sleep please let the hotel Throw this black guy out of the hotel Because this Black guy I do not know his name But he do not suppose to Woking in this hotel But I have the name of the good white guy who Help my friends he name IS UMAR ITAROOM This is his name is a very nice guy

Excellent location less than 5 min walk from Frankfurt central station, 10 min from Main river promenade and 15-20 min from downtown - Römer plaza and shopping area. Lots of restaurants, public transport and shops nearby. Nice hotel with clean rooms with Japanese style simplicity, nice helpful staff, good amenities (smart-toilet, clothes-line, small fridge, big desk, comfortable bed, AC, tea-kettle, dryer), possibility of express or late checkout (for a 10-20 €fee), good fresh breakfast included in price (even miso-soup) and a little inner garden/ courtyard if you want to enjoy it outside.

No storage space for clothes (no wardrobe or drawers) but there is a wall-mounted rack with hangers and enough room to put your luggage.

It is regular Japanese hotel I love it. Minimal and enough. Easy to go everywhere. Staff was helpful and nice. Easy to park on budget. There is 2 things make us nervous, fire alarm based on the fan im WC, I keep watching kids not to forget the door open. I cant sleep when they get up and go toilet and forget the door open and fire alarm has started. Another thing is urine smell on the room. IT was so crowded in the lobby and cant tell the lobby and I can’t change the room. Location, staff, breakfast, room were all nice.
