I was very happy to stay here. The area near the hotel is very nice, calm, clean and good atmosphere with great restaurants and public transport near there. The staff was very helpful and agreeable. The room is so clean, spacious and very confortable. I had great view with big trees. The experience in the hotel was one of my best hotel experience in my life. I had breakfast and really liked it (fresh) and loved the atmosphere in the dining room eventhough it's a bit high cost relative to the number of kinds.

Everything thing was perfect. Just in case for someone who are sensitive to pillow status, I would recommend to bring your own one. For me, it was a bit low quality due to its irregular pillow cotton and its low height. Except that, everything was perfect for me, I will definately visit again when I stay in Frankfurt.

The hotel is in a very good location, with a tram stop almost in front of it and two subway stations 10 minutes away by foot. The staff was also very gentle and friendly. And there were plenty of restaurant options nearby.

On the very first night I met a huge spider in the bathroom, but I would guess it could not be avoided as windows might have been opened for ventilation (temperatures were around 35°). I took the spider away without any issues, but other guests would have a panic attack. Also, the breakfast was ok but not too many options. And there was no elevator in the building, and I do not recall seeing such announcement. While I am fit, maybe other guests would have some difficulties.

The service is fabulous, we stayed in quiet family room in the attic, the room was very clean , big and they also had games for the kids.

De noise of the airco, which despite of the high temperature we had to turn off during the night. We opened the windows to lower the temperature inside but the mosquitos made us a visit 😩. Mosquito nets on the windows would have been great. Unfortunately the beds were too hard for our weight. A topper would probably make them more comfortable.

The check-in was quick and I was very happy with the room. The bathroom was an adequate size and the shower pressure was great and had ample hot water. Comfortable beds and clean linens. One suggestion would be to have at least a comp bottle of sparkling water or even a reusable bottle. They cost only 0.29 cents at Lidl. TV had normal channels but no CNN. WIFI was good. I also always suggest to remove those awful minibar fridges that keep nothing cold and to look into smart TV's. Other than that a wonderful stay. As I had a nice day, I walked the 20 minutes to the train station.

The hotel was ok, breakfast is nice, clean room good location. It offered all, what such a hotel can.

The receptionist didn't want to speak with us in English, only German (which we don't 🤣). Half an hour later he talked fluently English with some other Spanish girls... Since then I don't understand what kind of joke that was with us.

Easy check in process after 10pm, very convenient location in nice and quiet neighbourhood with restaurants, business offices, shopping mall and public transportation at walking distance. Responsiveness and friendliness of staff. Very comfortable and clean beds and pillows. Big room. Quiet neighbourhood. Good sleep.

The quality of the breakfast was not the sane as a while ago. You can see the cost cutting policy on everything (no fresh fruits, no croissants, low quality of coffee and orange juice).

I loved the location and the large room. The staff were also very kind and helpful. The shower was nice and the windows blocked out a lot of the city noise and light. We were also able to find our way to public transport without any difficulties. The hotel also respected my wish to be on the ground floor.

The air conditioning wasn’t working very well, but it was still comfortable in the room and we could go without it.

The location was in a quiet and safe neighborhood with some cafes and restaurants. We highly recommend African Queen, which is walking distance from the hotel. While a bit of a walk to the center, there is a tram right around the corner. And you can also use Uber. The hotel is very pretty and lovingly run by a family. The rooms were nice and cleaned everyday. Breakfast was European with a selection of breads, meat, and cheese.

The venue completely lived up to expectations and previous reviews, the management were very welcoming and only too pleased to help with any enquiries, breakfast was fine,a good selection of foods and drinks. The English being a heavy tea drinking nation it would have been a nice gesture to have a kettle with tea making facilities in our room, but overall we had a nice comfortable 4 night stay, thank you very much.

The staff was friendly and polite. The room was very large and comfortable. It was so nice to open the windows for fresh air. Cleaning was good. Very close to the Natural History Museum. Close to Shopping Mall. You can also walk to the market and restaurants.

The pillows were a little thin (maybe we could have asked for additional pillows, now that I think about it). There were no house slippers. It would be nice to have a kettle in the room.
