A very warm and personalised welcome at reception by each staff member we met. Giulia was so helpful and gave great advice on trips to the castles and other sights. Great location, a few minutes walk from the rail and bus station. Great facilities, excellent breakfast choices with something for all tastes. Even a chocolate fountain and strawberries! The room was perfect for our family of 4, with separate toilet and shower room, and private balcony overlooking the street. We will definitely be back to this hotel and for longer.

The hotel is well situated - just a short walk to the pedestrianised centre. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice.

Perfect location in the centre of town with excellent parking for motorbikes in the hotel garage. Breakfast was amazing with lots of choice. Check in staff and breakfast team very helpful and friendly.

Payment taken/held 5 days before our arrival which has never happened on previous stays, even though we selected “No upfront payment required, pay on arrival” If we needed to pay up front it wouldn’t be a problem and this could have been arranged and budgeted for, but this needs to be clearer on the booking system. Check out staff not so friendly and staff on booking.com hotel messenger very dismissive when contacted about issue. Soured our stay a little but would still recommend hotel, as long as you pay upfront with free cancellation. That’s what I will be doing in the future.

Friendly staff, ready to solve problems (we arrived late and needed a razor and a shoehorn), good and varied breakfast, convenient location. I would like to separately note the presence of a bathtub in the bathroom - guys, in this region this is a very necessary and pleasant thing!

(I'll write in this section, as the text doesn't fit in the "suggestions") The razor for shaving is "too" disposable. I ran it over my face once and it seemed to have become dull - I got several small wounds. The service with the provision of a razor is very useful, but if it exists, then the devices could be of higher quality.

We've stayed for 2 nights and I can say it was the perfect choice. In the center of Fussen, we had a 4th level corner room, so we had perfect view over the castle and to the mountains; we reserved a parcking space so we had no problem on that issue. Room was bright clean, nice hospitality package and the breakfast was varied, with hot and cold options, good varieties of bread and rolls, but also fruit and....the chocolate fountain. Well, that made our mornings delightful because it was the attraction for the children, along with the strawberries and pancakes, and that made the atmosphere very cheerful. The breakfast staff was incredibly patient with a very large number of children of all nationalities (we happened to be in a period with many children staying "the children's congress staying at the hotel" :))

5 star location and 5 star breakfast. Nice and spacious family room

Everything was nice apart from 2 younger female receptionists who were quite rude when we politely asked if they happen to have a usb port by their desk as we didn’t have one in our room and just wanted to charge one of our phones while we were having breakfast. Their reaction was as if we asked them for something out of this world and they were quite indignant 😆

Older, classic looking hotel in a good location. Breakfast had a lot of variety plus a chocolate fountain. My 9-year-old says liked the wall-patterns, furniture, and design of the place. There was good space and liked that there was a balcony for fresh air. My 12-year-old says the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast included several choices.

Parking was a bit tight and tricky to get into. My 12-year-old says that the hotel was a little difficult navigate with twisty turns.

The hotel is very central - close to the train station, old city centre and all amenities. The room was very comfortable, spacious, and clean. The bathroom was well sized, and it comprised of both a shower and a bath. Also, the hotel let us park.our rental bicycles in the garage for free. Breakfast was heavenly. There was a wide variety of food, starting from smoked salmon, a chocolate fountain, a wide selection of fruits, cheeses, bread and yoghurt; and ending with different fruit juices and prosecco.

Location couldn't be beat. Train station is just down the street and right around the corner from all the shops, pubs, and bakeries. All reception staff were helpful, friendly, accommodating, and professional. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and there was a wide selection for every appetite. The restaurant had a good menu (dinner) and our meals were delicious. The room was comfortable with a large amount of storage in the wardrobe. I also enjoyed nightly soaks in the deep bathtub. I appreciated the toilet being separate from the rest of the bathroom.

The shower was very awkward. The door must swing out for anyone to exit, causing quite a lot of water to be dripped on the floor.

The breakfast was wonderful. The dining room was beautiful. The selection was outstanding. The rooms are very nice with a water closet separate form the shower, very nice. The decor is beautiful. The SPA is mediocre and didn't work well, but this place is a gem. I highly recommend it. The staff was very helpful and very friendly. Ask for the Fussen card which allows discounts in town and at the attractions, it is paid for in your hotel fees.
