Nice location. There are several supermarkets nearby. I like cooking myself , this apartment was a quite good choice for me. Fortunately , I carried a very light cutting board and knife that I bought at 100Yen shop in Japan😁. The hotel provide morning food, you can enjoyed your morning at lovely garden terrace of the apartment. And they change towels once tow days. Very easy way of self-checkin and self-checkout. If I visit this city again, I will stay at this hotel again. Thank you !!

No elevator or lift there. But is was not problem to me. If you have a heavy luggage, better to repack it to two when you check in or check out. The stairs was inside the door of apartment, and fully covered by carpet.

The location is excellent, the accommodation is huge, the beds are comfortable...

We had accommodation on the last floor (4 or 5), so you have to climb the stairs to get to it.There is an elevator that is not functional, but the stairs are also ok.the Internet signal is very poor at the very top. In some parts of the apartment it is not there, while in the lower part of the apartment it is excellent.The biggest complaint is that you cannot check in to the accommodation on the spot, but you have to go to another hotel some 100m away to the reception in order to register and get the key. No one informed us of this when we booked the accommodation. We accidentally asked someone who was leaving that hotel so he told us.

Balcony

There is an partition which is not as comfortable, but no need to worry about. It is better to go around insted of going under (i hit my head :-D) On the other hand it is nice because it partially separate bedroom from living room.

It was a really nice place to stay at (hotel niu) and the staff was very helpful

Therr was some mismatch so we were sent to a different hotel at a different place.

Perfect for friends in group. Comfortable bed and Kitchen with& full Cleanliness and Hygenic.

Parking problem. We didn't find any parking area near Hotel. We had to walk from Hotel to our Car parking area.

Right in the city center, room is pretty comfortable

Two single beds instead of one double. No cooking basics like salt and oil, no dishwashing sponge. There's an intercom, but no signs on the buttons, so I had to go downstairs to get food delivery anyways

The apartment was very nice and the location was very good and clean. You can be able to get everything you need around the area

Internet was not working good and on my iPhone was not accepting

Great big apartment for a family. 2 bathrooms.

5th floor and only stairs. Elevator didn't work. But it wasn't that bad, but could have been nice.

Bed was nice

Had to plug kettle in on the floor. There were a lot of keys and tripped over a couple of homeless guys leaving

Walk-able from Hamburg HBF. definitely worth to live in case you have luggage and want to connect to other transits for overnight stays. I wanted to stay overnight to connect to airport. hence stayed here.

there is no lift. so if your room is not in ground floor then carrying luggage via stair-cases is painful.
