Super convenient to the train station. We found the beds very comfortable and despite facing the main road it was pretty quiet. Very warm and good water pressure. You get a discount eating at the Italian Restaurant in the building and we had a great meal. Good value for Central Hamburg.

The bed is tight to get around for the 2nd person in the room. The bathroom is compact. They should specifically advise via a message or check-in instructions that the checkin is 2 doors down from the hotel. It is written in the building window but we had already moved our luggage into the foyer and had to move it for the check-in. Overall good value and comfortable would stay again

Clean and cosy room, modern bathroom, fully styled and decorated. Good bed. Propper single room, not less styled or equiped like many single rooms tend to be in hotels. Only a few minutes from the train station to the hotel, very convenient for travelling by train.

On the 'worst' side of the station, not a part of town you want to hang out on your own late at night. Especially as a woman. The only thing the room lacks is a coffee/tea making facility, other than that very nice room.

My bathroom was really cramped but functional .Had a great shower.Bedroom was good size First time staying single bedroom was small .The bedrooms could have done with some heating as bedrooms was a bit cold. A little expensive considering no tea or coffee facilities.

right in front of hbf. literally 10 steps was all needed. 24 hrs reception. our train was delayed and we ended up arrived at 2 am. the front desk staff were waiting for us and helped us check in efficiently. despite located right infront of main road & hbf, not even a tiny little beep can be heard. managed to get 8 hrs sleep peacefully. room was small but comfy. cozy design.

they were supposed to provide baggage handling service. our flights was at 8pm but we were told they cannot accept baggage at the moment coz reserved for another big group that will be checking in(i still dont get it ) ; so we shall store it at the train station at it cost 2 euro only. No sir, for 30 kg baggage size it cost me 6 euro per locker and i needed 3. It was 18 euro total! It was right into weekend and hard to find available locker ( waited for 2 hrs) so ended up strolling around with 30kg baggage.

the room was very clean, new, big bed comfortable. I liked the helpful staff. One can left the lagguge the whole day at the reception. Location is next to the central station, a lot of transport options and a plenty of sightseeings.

location is very easy but we confused ourselves and go in the area of St. George, there were visible a big quantity of homeless people but if you find the location of the hotel right away you will be safe.

The location was perfect and practical for my trip travelling through Hamburg by train. I valued the cleanliness.

Despite soundproofing, I did hear loud music from somewhere outside nearby. I didn’t complain because it was in a place one could expect noise late at night. Another time I will consider packing ear plugs to assure a quiet sleep (I had to sleep early and get up early). However, I did fall asleep quickly despite being noise sensitive and had a good night’s rest anyway, so all was good. I mention this for anyone who is sensitive to noise. I would still return here another time, but with ear plugs just in case.

It was a compact single quiet room with a modern standard. Bathroom perfect and bed large and comfortable. The room was a bit cold when I arrived but there was a heater that I could turn on and then it was fine.

The entrance is a bit dodgy. Close to the central station so that was expected, but I knew that and for me it was crucial that I was close to the train station since I had a morning train the next day.

Location is fantastic, just across the main train station; it is by far the cheapest option in City Center Hamburg, although the facilities were poor; Much food & drink opportunities in waking distance (not offered by the hotel); hotel is clean and quiet.

Never stayed in such a small (single) room before; I had to put my suitcase in the bathroom

The room was cozy and bed are comfortable making us feel right at home! After checking out, we spent a few hours exploring the city and appreciated the option to store our luggage for free—such a great service! The receptionist was super friendly and welcoming, which added to our wonderful experience. We’ll definitely be back!
