The staff was great, as well as the breakfast. The beds were comfortable and cleaning services were satisfying. The bus to city center is at 2min walk and the hotel offered us a bus pass for the time of our stay.

There is apparently a problem with spiders all over Konstanz and, unfortunately, there were also a number of spiders and spider webs in our room.

The hotel just a little bit outside the city, and it turned out to be a great choice. With a car, getting into the center was no problem at all—traffic was light and parking was simple. In fact, being away from the busy downtown made the stay much more peaceful. A rich buffet breakfast with fresh breads, cheeses, olives, eggs, and seasonal fruit made for the perfect start to each day. Coffee was strong and tasty, and everything felt well-prepared. The hotel itself was modern, very clean, and the staff were helpful without being overbearing. Our room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and reliable Wi-Fi. Parking on-site was free and safe, which is always important when traveling with a car.

If I had to point out one drawback, it’s that without a car the location might feel a bit isolated. But if you’re driving, that actually turns into a plus—it’s quiet, convenient, and you can still reach the city in just a few minutes.

Ease of accessibility towards all the near Tourist spots. Very neat and tidy for families with children to stay. Decent Housekeeping staff ready to meet all your request on priority. Exceptionally Good Breakfast added to that a good snack bar. Well mannered behavior with a helping mentality of the Front Office staff. Lot of free space and very convenient parking facility which is adjacent to the property with a Competitive parking fees.

The hotel is located in a quiet place, a little far from the center for a walk. If you are traveling by car with children and pets - this is a great option. Next to the hotel there is a huge multi-storey parking lot with a parking fee of about 12 euros per day. There were enough spaces and we parked next to the hotel without any problems. The rooms are comfortable, good beds and soundproofing. I would like to separately note the work of the staff. We got to the hotel just during a Microsoft failure and electronic systems around the world did not work. Despite such global difficulties, the front desk managers and employees did everything possible for the comfort of the guests. They opened the doors manually, were polite and responsive! They could not find the rooms we booked for us and upgraded the room category. In my opinion, the staff did the impossible in such a situation and in my eyes the reputation of this hotel is at a very high level! The breakfast is very good and varied, here you can find anything to your taste. I would also like to thank the hotel administration for their friendly attitude to pets and the opportunity to travel with the whole family!

During breakfast on the terrace we had to sit next to people who smoked. It would be great to have a non-smoking area outside.

Cleanliness degree, room size, parking facility, breakfast offerings and mattress quality/bed comfort - were aspects we highly appreciated. The staff was also very client oriented and accommodating, especially the reception staff - congratulations.

We only found it a bit far away from the main attractions, and a bit crowded at the breakfast, however we stayed during Catholic Easter and this might have been a reason. The staff serving or overseeing the breakfast could have acted a bit more promptly in cleaning the tables or bringing clean cutlery, especially when people literally queued to find a table to serve their breakfast. However the food selection was nice and qualitative (fresh, re-stocked, diverse - I liked the waffle station) - maybe they were just overwhelmed.

The staff were friendly and polite. We appreciate the free snack the lady at the reception offered to us when we checked in late. Also the fee City transport tickets by the City of Konstanz but issued by the hotel was quite nice and allowed us to explore the city with the bus. The breakfast was also quite nice and varied. The big TV in the air-conditioned hotel room, along with free WiFi, made our stay comfortable. The amenities in the room also included an ironing stand, coffee and tea boiler, and toiletteries that also included nice fragrant body lotion, which isn't common in many hotels but was a pleasant surprise for us. Would definitely book in the same hotel for future visits to Konstanz.

The TV was mounted in a way that prevents attaching of any personal devices that connects to the HDMI ports, which is a pity given its a nice sized screen.

Superb reception area, breakfast area, range of food available for breakfast, extremely helpful staff at breakfast. The room was great. The reception staff were outstanding, especially the Argentinian lady who lives in the north of the country.

Driving to reception was not easy to find. On the day we left we drove round to reception to pick up our bags and a cement lorry was in the way. The workmen made absolutely no attempt for ages to indicate if the lorry was there to stay for some time or if it was just about to go. In the end we hand to drive round using the no entry route to get our bags.

The bed is comfortable, they provide you with 2 pillows (a hard & a soft one). The breakfast is great. If you're interested in having scrambled eggs or omelette, simply ask the staff to prepare it for you. As for parking, opposite the hotel, there is an industrial zone, where you can park for free. You don't have to pay 12 Euros for the hotel parking. The staff were friendly and cooperative.

Breakfast was great with a nice variety of things you don´t usually find on other hotels. We loved the waffle machine! Good vegan options as well. We were able to stay with our dog. They accomodated all our requests!

We stayed too close to the elevators and there were some noises (elevator dings when arriving to the floor, people chatting), I was quite tired but i was woken up by that. I would avoid getting a room that close to the elvator.

We arrived a little early and asked if we could leave our bags so that we were not stuck with the luggage. The friendly lady at reception saw that our room was already available. She decided to give us the room pass in advance. We had walked all the way to the hotel and were eager to freshen up. A small gesture from the hotel with a great pleasure for us! Thanks!

If I had to write something that was disappointing, it would be the location. But even that wasn't actually a problem. With the free travel pass we received from the hotel . We could literally get on the bus next door and go downtown. If you like walking, you can also walk this stretch.
