Excellent breakfast. Good size room and bathroom. Underground parking

Room was very warm so had to keep window open. Pillows too soft for my liking.

Nice hotel not far from the city center (5 min walk from Augustplatz), extremely nice reception staff with good English and a fantastic breakfast. My room was towwards the street but quiet and with a great bed. I would look forward to going back for sleep and breakfast alone!

The reception was scented as I arrived and I struggled breathing as I am sensitive to chemicals. This was better during the next three days so hopefully someone else was able to do something about it. (I just panicked and tried to get to my room asap.) The soap in the bathroom might be ecological but absolutely stinks. Sorry but that is is not a plesant smell nor safe for sensitive hands. Maybe Accor/Dorint could look over their chemicals and think of all aspect of enviroment. Otherwise perfect, maybe a few more teabags in the room. :)

I liked location. Very close to public transportation and from the Old city. Breakfast was very good and the room clean. The bath after the freezing walk was just in time ☺️

The hotel was very surprising. The photos on the Internet are much simpler. Very spacious rooms with lots of furniture, a kettle, a refrigerator, everything you need. Very decent breakfasts, there was only no fish. Lots of cheese, a huge selection of honey, good hot dishes. We have visited several dozen hotels in Germany, but we will definitely return to this one!

The twin student bed. I prefer one large bed, which is more comfortable. Yours is good for students sharing the apartment, not tourists who stay alone in the room. That was the major challenge my colleagues had.

Reception staff members were all very helpful, including giving local advice on using trams and visiting the zoo. I speak very poor German, so was pleased that all staff members spoke better English. Breakfast options were very good. The room was quiet and bed very comfortable. WiFi good. Air conditioning good.

No complaints. I would rate the hotel overall as 3.5 stars, rather than 4. The location is in the central (Mitte) area of Leipzig. However, most restaurants are in the city centre, which is a tram ride or 20-minute walk away.

The hotel is business hotel like. Nothing to complain about the facilities. The breakfast was great.

It seems there was major misunderstanding between booking.com & the hotel. First they couldn't check us in. Then billed me in different rate (slightly more) when I checked out, then charged again with booking.com agreed rate couple hours later after I checked out and removed it. I needed to call to have ease of mind ( at least it was dealt efficiently ).Then the hotel canceled the booking one day after my check out (perhaps because of the different rate they charged me), super messy and confusing. It took away the good impression for sure.

The size of room was good with a lot of space and separate bathroom and toilet

The room had an old furniture, pillows were not good, so tiny that felt like you sleep without pillow at all, no wifi in the room, no bottles of water in the room. We left early morning asked for a coffee to go, but they didn't have a cup.

The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were just the right height. The location was convenient and within easy reach to the centre. I liked the fact that there is 24 hours check-in at the reception and did not have to worry about arriving too late after a long plane and train journey combination. The breakfast was amazing.

Other guests previously smoked in the room. ( the smell lingered in the carpet and curtains a bit).
