We stayed at this hotel in Munich, Germany, and the experience was excellent overall. The area is very nice and peaceful, with everything you need nearby. There’s a large shopping center includes cafes, restaurants,shops close to the hotel, and you can easily walk everywhere without needing transportation. The room is comfortable, clean, and well-organized. The people we interacted with were very kind and helpful, which made our stay even better.

The only small issue we noticed was that the room felt a bit small. Also, no water kettle was there

The location was very convenient for our needs, close to the highway exit, with a gas station nearby. The room was clean, the breakfast was varied (fruits, pastries, juices, cereals, milk, coffee, cheese, jams, boiled eggs...), but we lacked an omelette. A plus is that you could take something for breakfast to go. Great value for money. (100 euros/night for 2 adults and 2 children) Parking near the location, 15 euros/day

H2 hotel and H4 hotel are internally connected to each other, there is no such situation as lack of space in the hotel. I recommend booking with breakfast included, the breakfast buffet is really good and high quality. The hotel is 300 meters walking distance from the nearest metro station and 300 meters from the hotel there is a shopping center called "riem arcaden", you can find everything you want here, especially the food court is very big. The hotel staff is helpful, kind and friendly and you will not regret staying in this hotel.

Very good reception staff, provided all the information required, small but comfortable room and bed, hot shower is really good and available morning through night. breakfast spread is really good and lot of variety for vegetarian as well. The hotel is walkable distance from U BAHN train station (Messedest west) and can reach the center within 30 minutes.

from airport to hotel directions were not clear, we didnt understand that we need to take a bus from a Daglfling S BAHN station coming from airport, we had to take uber to the hotel which cost us 15 Euro,

We initially booked the H2 but upon check-in we were told that they have upgraded us to the H4 hotel with conjoined rooms. We were ok with that but now I can only comment on our experience with the H4 hotel. Would highly recommend it. The location was great, rooms were comfy and clean and their breakfast was to die for. They had everything you could think of including a fresh omelette station, loads of fresh fruits and pastries, an abundance of cheeses and cold cuts, cereal etc. I would highly recommend the H4 hotel.

Parking could be free but otherwise everything was great.

As usual tasty breakfasts, clean rooms, good personnel, fast WiFi and a perfect location for us, cause our meeting was in BrainLab.

On the first floor, we heard how other bathrooms worked, and I don't know why. Each time when in other rooms people were using toilets or showers we heard how it worked. Also, we had a broken tap in the bath and we're always listening to the dpops. And broken button in the toilet and no reaction from the reception when we asked to check and repair it.

Great room, great facilities.

Our stay I really can’t fault. However on checking in we witnessed staff admitting the hotel had overbooked due to the Adele concert and send a mother and daughter to a different hotel. The situation was not handled well, and it put a dampener on our stay. Overbooking is a dangerous tactic and when it doesn’t pay off, it really doesn’t pay off. I would definitely think twice before relying on H2 again as a result which is a shame because our experience was very positive otherwise!

Easy access to the ICM and Messe Munchen across the road. Breakfast was very good, with a lot of seating. The staff were friendly and helpful and the wifi was good for working. There's a huge mall down the road where you can find anything you need as well as a variety of food and restaurants. The metro is also close by and is easy enough to navigate.

The view isn't the prettiest, but that's to be expected in a business district.

We have stayed at H2 Hotel München Messe several times and have been very happy with each stay. The hotel staff were welcoming and friendly. The hotel is near the U-Bahn Messestadt West station and within a 20-minute metro ride to the city center and Marien Platz. The breakfast was good and the room was large and very comfortable for a group of four. Also, there are several other good restaurants and grocery stores at the plaza/mall nearby the Messestadt West U-Bahn station.

There was a connecting door between the two rooms, which was locked and needed to be opened by the staff. We had to call several times before they finally came and unlocked it.
