The hotel and staff were great, clean and tidy, had everything we needed. The restaurant had excellent food and service, particularly at breakfast time, there was a sweet lady cooking for us and I asked her if I could order eggs and she promptly replied "I cook them for you" with a big smile! Loved her.

The location, not the fault of the hotel, was my first time in Munich and I would do better research next time, it's in a red light district.

Staff very friendly; excellent breakfast with lots of choice to suit all needs; dinner also very good.

Location not the best as lots of beggars on the street but it is close to the Old Town so very convenient (about 15 mins walk). It was very noisy on the Saturday night with guests very loud in the corridors. It was also very expensive.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Enough room. Complimentary water, possibilty to make tea and coffee. Fridge. Breakfast was good.

The car parking is too expensive. The housekeeping staff are not friendly. Some staff in the cabinets after cleaning I noted that it was were not the same as I cept. The water just provided the first night. For late checkout they don’t consider which catagory of Bonvoy you are. They charge for each hour 15 € Extra. I take a permtion for late checkout till 1 pm, then 12:15 I asked the black lady in the reception for a room card access, she said if you did not ckeck out 12:30 pm I will charge you ( rude way ) however her colleague told her it is okay to stay till 1 pm but she ignored .

Very clean with good breakfast and close to the main train station.

The outside surroundings not the best. However once you step inside it’s a good experience.

Breakfast was the jewel of the crown. The location of the hotel is close to the main train station. You don’t need a taxi to get to the hotel or get back to the main train station is only 3 blocks from the hotel. The hotel is very close to the major attractions in the old town, you can also walk to pretty much every where.

The Italian restaurant was 50% - 50% we went 2 nights. On june/02/2025 the service was super good and the food amazing. On the contrary on june/03/2025 the food and the service was really bad. The manager that was in charge on june/02/2025 made the difference. Very close to the hotel there are a lot of people doing drugs and I don’t recommend waking there at night. Also the restroom of the restaurant was a little bit smelly.

A short walk from the central train station. Felt like a calm oasis in a busy area. Luggage storage available until check in opens. A good buffet breakfast was included in our room rate. Found the bed comfortable and pillows were decent (not flimsy fluffy things). Room was quiet. There were 3 of us so we had a trundle bed in the room also which fit but did make the room very full. Found the staff polite and helpful.

Not an area i would walk around by myself after dark.

We arrived at the hotel around 6:30 AM, fully aware that the standard check-in time was 2:00 PM. However, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. To our surprise and appreciation, they allowed us to check in early and access our room right away. This thoughtful gesture meant a lot to us, especially after a long flight, it gave us the chance to rest and recharge before exploring the city. We also checked out quite early, and once again, the staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout the process. The room itself was spotless and well-maintained. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we will definitely choose this hotel again when we return to Munich.
