We stayed here for one night to catch our flight back to the United States because our flight was very early. They have a shuttle that costs $30 for 3 or more people and we had a family of 6. (It’s cheaper to Uber than this shuttle but due to time of day we went with the shuttle for safety). We had one Economy room (my parents) and one Premium Room due to our kiddos as we needed the sofa bed 🛌 in room because of their ages (6 & 10). The hotel was very clean and well maintained. It is attached to office buildings that we had no experience with as we stayed on a Sunday. To get to your rooms you have to exit the hotel, catch an elevator and use your key to get back into the hotel side. It sounds complicated but we had zero issues. The room was VERY clean and the beds were so comfortable! (See note about the AC especially if American visiting in summer.) The staff was super friendly and attentive, I gave them a 4 due to how extensive the language barrier was in getting around the hotel and even to the hotel. No one spoke efficiently in English but they definitely get an A for effort! I think if we would have considered using Google Translate in person that would have helped. Our shuttle was easy to sign up for the day before and we easily got the time slot we wanted with 6 people this was a miracle in itself. Check out was easy and the staff is available 24/7. Great experience overall!

A/C was definitely not a perk here. Room was very hot with A/C going until nighttime when the windows were opened.

The hotel was nicely decorated in the rooms, as well as in the public spaces. The shower was really nice; great pressure and heat.

The rooms were SO small. We originally had a room that contained a wall that from the door made a 30 degree angle, cutting into the living space. When we moved rooms, which they did with no problem, the foot of our beds were literally 3 feet from the wall. With stuff up against the wall, it was difficult to move about. There was also no closet space to put our luggage; so that too took up the small space.

I only enjoyed a very short stay due to incoming flight late in the evening and very early departure the next morning. I was not able to explore outside of the hotel. The staff was most efficient in arranging transportation very eary the next morning.

I ask to take a glass of wine from the bar to my room but it wasn't allowed. I was very tired from travel and just wanted to relax in my room with 1 glass of wine. I was not able to take the glass with me. I found that unfortunaty inconvenient . I just need to settle and relax in my room.

Staff was very nice. Liked the coffee and nibbles in the morning.

Room was TINY!! Was staying with my son. Asked for twin beds. You could fit a nickel between them. Made for a crowded night trying to pack up to go home the next morning. Shuttle was expensive. Could have stayed closer to the airport for same amount. BONUS was a new surfing facility you can walk to from the hotel. Ate dinner there.

Friendly staff. Nice room and decor of the hotel. Had a fully equipped gym. Great lounge to relax in whilst waiting for my flight the next day. Parking right outside the hotel. Quick access to the airport. Close to green/park areas.

Breakfast in the morning seemed a bit empty when I arrived. Took along time for the staff to refill platters. Seemed bizarre that it wasn't noticed earlier considering there were a lot of people at breakfast.

This hotel has an ideal location next to the airport and their shuttle bus is great for getting to and from the airport and was very affordable. The room and bathroom were very well equipped, clean, comfortable and nice decor. The lobby area was very spacious and comfortable, and we enjoyed a game of shuffle-board. We also used the gym which was very clean and modern, with a good variety of exercise machines and working out stations. The breakfast was good in a very spacious seating area.

There could have been a wider variety for breakfast.

This was one of the best airport hotels we stayed at. It's really well designed, quite cosy, with a reading corner, bar, and playing area for the children. The rooms are very modern and compact but with everything you need in it. We'd stay there again. The bus to get to the train to go to the centre of Munich is right next to the hotel which made getting into town very easy.

It wasn't clear that I had to pre-book the airport shuttle.

I booked FlightGate because I had an early morning flight the next day. I appreciated the shuttlebus service to the airport (it costs 12 euros). My room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was easily reached by train and then a bus from central Munich. I was able to check in very early in the day, which was nice because i could safely stash my luggage and then go back into the city for more sight-seeing.

When I checked in, the desk clerk volunteered the information that the hotel's restaurant was open from 6-10pm (I could have the hours wrong but that's not really relevant to this comment). I went back into central Munich after checking in and in the evening, I decided to eat at the hotel restaurant rather than the crowded restaurants downtown. I was quite disappointed to find out that the original desk clerk was wrong, the restaurant is closed on Sundays. No other restaurants are in the area. I had to order a pizza by delivery, which was mediocre at best. The hallways leading to/from the elevator are rather dimly lit at night.

Varied breakfast from cold cuts, cheese to cereals, eggs, sausages and even champagne (it may have been Prosecco ;-) )The staff was amazing as we all were stranded following the closure of the airport. The hotel hasn't got a restaurant but staff told us to go to Netto to buy some food and use the microwave at reception, and also mention another hotel where we could book a table for dinner (for the second night)

I can't fault the staff considering the circumstances (Snow storm, airport closure, utter chaos on the road and airport). OK no restaurant but it is my fault as I didn't see when I booked (I was rushing to secure a room)

Great value for money - staff was very friendly and kindly helped with a few extra requests. Lovely lunch and breakfast, nice lounge and outdoor area, convenient location close to the airport and hotel offers it's own shuttle to/from the airport that takes only 10 minutes (no driving around picking up people from other hotels). Definitely recommended!

Rooms are quite small but had everything you need, were clean and worked well for a short stay.
