Nice big room and bathroom but as a single traveller I would have preferred the sofa not to be made up as bed. Your staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful. I found a damaged hair dryer in my room and once I'd reported it, it was replaced within the hour. The breakfast is very good too and so is the food in the restaurant. The Westend location is excellent and it was very quiet.

Actually I would have given a 10 out 10 rating, were it not for the following: Poor lighting in the room and no make-up mirror in the bathroom (best lighting is in the lifts...). There are many sockets in the room but not a single USB charging point. Whilst the food in your restaurant is very good, the portions are on the small side given the price. If you fix these issues it will be a 10/10 at my next stay.

Great location, two Tram lines (18, 19) stop right outside. S-Bahn stop is 3 minutes away. Room was modern and comfortable, a little tight, but fine. Breakfast is great, large variety of food (incl. eggs, bacon, sausage, german breads etc.). Staff is helpful and friendly.

Shower temperature control is bad. It's one where you set the temperature and it's supposed to regulate it. But it goes between hot and lukewarm constantly. We stayed in two different rooms and both had this issue.

I liked the room size and room was very clean as well. Breakfast was really yummi. With tram infront of hotel you are in city center in 8 mintes.

I did not like; that when I was checking in, front desk agent has not advised me that I would be deducted 150 euro from my card for security fee for 3 days stay. Which I think is a lot. What if I would be staying for 10 days, my security fee would be 500 euros? Insane As well on third day I was expecting my room to be cleaned, but I needed to chase houskeeping to get clean towels and for them to change bed sheets.

Staff were super friendly and the breakfast was varied and simply amazing! The location is not very central but it is very well connected with a tram (6 stops from Marienplatz), bus or underground.

We had a booking including one child and it may have slipped my mind to ask for a baby cot when I initially made the booking. I asked for it on arrival and the receptionist took note. However, it was not sent to our room for the first night, which was a bit of an inconvenience. I asked for it again on the second day and it was then sent to our room.

The room was quiet. The hotel is close to train station - "donnerbergerbruke". Better to get of at the back side of st (while coming from Airport) & take a short walk which is a bonus. No good restaurants nearby. One Shady Pizza joint - Viona - not sure whether you can visit the place with family though. However a few meters walk off the main raod, there is a residential area where you can find decent food joints.

Friendly staff, very good and varied breakfast, convenient location.

The carpet cleaning was not good enough - there was long hair (obviously not ours); also after taking a shower a lot of water fell on the floor and spread further throughout the bathroom, in the morning some water was still on the floor - it was slippery.

It’s quite close to the train station. However, not easy to carry your suitcase down and up a flight of stairs. Rooms are comfortable with Crab Tree & Evelyn toiletries. Breakfast was good with a waffle maker. There’s also a delicious 3 course meal during dinner at the restaurant which was yummy. Staff were generally very helpful and friendly.

There’s a flight of stairs that you need to take walking to the hotel from the train station. Very inconvenient.

Nice room, good location, good breakfast

Washing machine is only one. Dryer takes more than 2 hours and still does not dry properly. There is no booking system for Washing machine and dryer. Lifts are smelling. Plates and cups are not washed properly. Smell like egg. No drinking water. No mini frij.

The hotel was nice, and clean, room had all needed amenities and the breakfast was nice. staff was attentive and they also kept our luggages on checkout. its located near a train station that makes it easily reachable from the city center (round 10 min) by train

It is simply a great hotel. Professional in each detail. Two things are worth to emphasize: the very welcoming staff and the location that is simply perfect: the same distance from the airport regardless if S1 or S8 is used, it's located next to one of the stations where all the S-Bahn trains are available, trams 18 and 19 to the city center, one stop from ZOB and two stops from the main railway station (by S-Bahn). Grocieries next to the hotel - the small EDEKA next to the hotel and the big EDEKA on the other side of the bridge. If you're going for a concert in Backstage - it's in a walking distance or one stop by any S-Bahn.
